Harbor freight has everything you need for a fraction of the cost. Great for home use. Saved my butt again today with a cotter pin assortment and a couple cheap roll pin punches. Glad they opened up nearby!

It is a Harbour Freight, not much more. I could not find anyone to help me though with my questions and was directed wrongly once by someone. They only had had person at the register for most of my visit.I also hate the dont have the coupons anymore which they said was COVID-19 related, but I have a book from May of last year, so not sure if I believe that, but that isnt this stores fault anyway.

Customer service isnt top priority to some of the workers but managed by good people

Been in a few different Harbor Freights and this one is a little smaller and less stocked than the others. But they still have great deals on tons of items and the staff was friendly and the people were able to get through the registers pretty quickly!

Good place for cheap tools. If it’s something I know I’m not going to use heavily, or often, this is my go to place. For instance, trigger clamps. Comparable Dewalt ones were $35ish each - I got ones here for something like $8 a piece. I use them once in a while, and they work just great! The only thing keeping me from 5 stars is there can sometimes be a long line at checkout.

Good for cheap tools that you dont use much, they dont sell, PVC glues or spackle, and stuff like that.. otherwise ok

Needed ratchet tie downs and bungee cords or similar to secure a mattress on top of the car. Walked in the Harbor freight and there they were, on sale too! Took ten minutes in and out, got what I needed quick and cheap. That works for me. Btw, clerks were nice and helpful. Good job!

I’m a DIY’er and only use some tools on an infrequent basis, Harbor Freight fits the bill. Staff is helpful and friendly. Store is clean and well organized.

All in all the experience was nice, I never really have anything negative to say about Harbor Freight the only thing they can do better on is but they know theyre having sale stock up on more of the sale products. And also Ive already had where merchandise says one price and you want to check out the different price and then they dont give it to you for the price thats back on the sticker they give it to you for the regular price thats here nor there and like I said the only thing they can really really approve on is getting more stuff for their sales and having it stocked because they only put so much out and then they have boxes I put the stuff on so that makes you think that theres more products underneath and theres not. That experience was down in Easton, now Ive gone to the other one and that one seems to attend to have more stuff in stock and in store so I dont know why that is or what but thats what happened

But, even homeowners and hobbyists who are looking for more than a light duty toy to fool around with are advised to save their pennies and buy elsewhere.

Cheap quality at higher prices now. You can actually buy a top brand tool for 10% more, why would you buy no-name Chinese junk?

First time here. Im hoping it was maybe just a bad day for these guys. But the sales people and the counter people were so unfriendly. I just spent $300. And they could care less. No one responded or said hello. But I want to put a shout out to the young man who helped me load my stuff in the truck his name was Austin and he was a gentleman and very polite and very friendly. So because of his kindness I will come back.

Selection of tools not the greatest of quality.

I love browsing and shopping for tools and Harbor Freight seems to have it all! Help was very sparse. While I did have all my questions answered, and products found, I had to run around looking for someone to ask. The only person on the floor was the manager who was busy and she seemed irritated to be pulled away from what she was doing.But the prices!! OMG! I went to for one thing and came out with a ton of stuff!! So much better than at Lowes or Home Depot.

Harbor freight is a must have for anybody looking for decent quality tools, power tools, tool chest & boxes, car jacks, transmission stands, free standing water pumps, generators, power washers, the list goes on & on. Its hard to contain going broke because there are so many great deals. They offer a wide variety of specialty mechanic sets including balljoint pullers & forks, many multimeters to choose from, OBD readers, torque wrenches, its a first stop for the DIY. Some of the things are decent & the Pittsburgh brand has lifetime warranty for many items. I travel a good distance to shop Harbor Freight & will continue to do so.

The deals here are great. I have had several projects pop up during a recent sale of a home and made quick trips to Harbor Freight to get the tools I needed. Best price on moving blankets and furniture dollies. Plus there is always a coupon out there. Associates have all been very nice and helpful.

It’s the dollar store for tools. Everything is so inexpensive that you can fill up a cart or basket with random things you see that you need or want and at checkout you’re like, “oh shz, do I have enough money for all of this?” The US GENERAL tool storage is really great for the prices. Very tough and durable, I would say it’s better than some of my craftsman stuff. Pittsburgh isn’t the best brand, I’ve broken a bunch of them. They do have a lot of tools, some are cheap and breakable, and some are the toughest on the market. If you’re interested in getting more hands on, definitely start here because you’ll get a lot to get you started and at the lowest prices.

Had a wide selection of tools and reasonably priced. Its definitely better than the tools available at Walmart. Obviously the price is higher but so is the quality and for me its worth it.

Great prices, but difficult to find anything youre looking for. Very poorly organized, with related items, such as basic power tools, split into 5 or 6 different sections scattered throughout the store. Poor signage does nothing to help. I didnt see a single store employee until checking out, so no one to ask where things are. As an immunocompromised person during a pandemic, I was really looking to just get in, get my things and get out. There was also little stock on the floor for heavily promoted items. However, if you can find what you came in for, they have great selection and amazing prices.

Great place for decent tools

Harbor Freight best place to get tools their quality well and well made even better than Craftsman which they are over priced anymore. Not as much quality as well.The prices are much better. I always have coupons to get the tools cheaper if you watch with clearance you can use that same coupon to use on clearance you can get a good deal on that item. Also cant forget about the the free coupon that they have. The staff are always friendly.

Some good some bad. You just have to use common sense when buying. Some things you JUST DONT purchase at a discount. Other items ARE WELL WORTH IT.

All tool stores are fun in my opinion. This one is better because the prices are great, they gave an excellent selection, and the tools are good quality. Not snap on quality, but more than enough for the average weekend handyman. They frequently have specials and discount coupons. The staff and management are excellent, the supervisor is on the floor assisting guests, and bagging when its busy. Overall a good shopping experience.

First time at the store, easy to navigate. Inventory was rebounding from the corona supply shortage. Very clean and well lit. Probably the nicest harbor freight store Ive ever been to.
