Great service - when theyre open, which seems to be never. Repeatedly Ive gone there during regular business hours, only to find the gates locked and no one there. When I get lucky and hit a time when theyre actually open during their posted hours, theyve been very helpful.

I was charged excessively for extra labor when combined with the so-called winter service special. I was sure it must have been an error that a local business would want to correct. I paid the bill and sent them a note asking them to review the matter. What I received back was a defense of the indefensible that actually unintentionally demonstrated I had been double charged. I am happy to pay well for quality and honest service, but abhor feeling taken advantage of. Sadly, I have lost confidence them. This is the place where I bought the tractor too.

Very good service they answered all my questions while I decided which mower I wanted. I got a good deal as well less then Internet price.
