Staff is very rude. Follow you around trying to accuse you of steeling even when youre talking to employees to help you. Worse experience shopping in my life. Ive never been more insulted by a staff and theyre unprofessional attitude and the way they handle situations false or true. I will no longer shop at home depot anywhere!

Rob and joe in plumbing are honestly the most knowledgeable and helpful employees I have ever encountered at a Home Depot. They have helped me with my projects countless times.

Giving this place a star. Went to several locations including this one. And took a photo of a price of a product. We had three kids who are super hyper and decided to take them home before calling to see if the products were still in stock in the back or available. They only checked their system. It was higher then it was listed on the tag 179. Put me on hold and then said they couldn’t reach someone on the floor to check the price and then said it was 229 the same price in the system and then claimed it was 229 that they went and checked themselves. Which I know they didn’t there is no way they could in just two minutes. Guess they didn’t want to deal with doing their job. This company really needs to do better with their customer service. Hire people who actually care about their job.Update: I did talk to someone at a different store and they explained to me that even though the product is low in stores when you order it online the price is completely different it is either a couple of dollars up or completely jacked up and they don’t know why. And I’m glad that worker gave me their insight because that makes me not want to do with homedepot if they can’t keep the products online the same price as in the store.

As far as Home Depots go, this is a good one. Fairly clean and stocked, staff is always friendly.Right now is the time for DEALS! Especially if you need whole saw bits, dewalt organizer bins, and battery powered string trimmers!Update: Theres 1 more Dewalt 60v string trimmer there that has a 9AH battery and charger for only $200! Box shows 9AH in the photo but states 3AH battery included! Go get it!

I frequent this store and for the must part thru the pro section. Both main cashiers are so helpful and friendly. I go to other Home Depot around this area too but this is by far my favorite one, mainly because of the people working at this location.

Had to drive out to the Easton location to pick up an order for a client. Steve and John were great! Very helpful guys. They went out of their way to help me find my order and load it up. Thankful for them!

My husband and I spend more time here than in our own home. The staff is always top notch in assisting us.

Decent place, maybe a little on the smaller side? Looked like it to me but I could be wrong.My son and I walked in looking for one item in particular and walked a good portion of the store. Im pretty sure we looked like we were lost 🤔🤔 but we werent asked once if we needed help. Granted Im not a Home Depot regular and its been a few years since I shopped at one, but I do remember Home Depot being known for their amazing customer service. There was a time when I was in there quite often and I would always be asked if I needed help at least once during each visit. I dont know if their policies or whatnot have changed, but todays visit was a little disappointing.I did ask an employee who happened to be standing and joking around with other employees and her answer was very matter of fact - Flashlights? Flashlights?? Theyre in aisle 25, Yeah theyre in hardware Like Im supposed to know where they are? Thats why Im asking you!! Which is exactly what I said back to her before walking away.

Store is usually well stocked and the layout never changes making it easier to find what you need. Store is has a decent amount of employees to help you find what you are looking for. Clean and usually free of clutter and the associates are friendly and helpful.

I found the ☘️ plants I was looking for. I could get all the dirt I needed for the garden. I can ring out fast and the cashier is knowledgeable.

Placed an order to be delivered. Original delivery date was scheduled for Monday. It never came and was told their delivery guys did not show up for work. I understand things happen, but I got no courtesy call letting me know it would not be delivered. I called the store that night and they PROMISED it would be delivered Friday that same week. Called Friday afternoon and was told its on the truck just running a little late. CALLED again at 7:30 pm and was told it was never on the truck and they would be out Saturday, which doesnt work. So it is now 8:40 pm on a Friday night and I am waiting for Home Dept employees (not the delivery drivers) to bring my delivery out on a special truck. This store is the worst run Home Depot. If you have the time, drive 15 minutes out of the way to Phillipsburg, NJ. MUCH more friendly and helpful.

The workers are very nice and helpful i dont mind shopping there if I need anything for work Home Depot is my first choice and they sometimes have good deals on tools I picked this impact gun up with the battery a charger and a tool bag for a 199 dallors thats a grate deal and that was for a 1/2 inch drive the 3/8s drive gun is 199dallors just the tool no battery or charger or tool bag so I made out today and im very happy thanks home depot

Screw Lowe’s. They have nothing on this stores staff and helpfulness.

It has mostly everything one may need for DIY Although one may not find the same thing again. The employees are nice, but its mostly dirty and hard to find someone to help you. And from the entrance to exit door, you need to eat the breakfast of champions!

Peter in the Lumber Department was very helpful in advising us on which plywood to grab for our cabinet build. He took the time to help us out without us even asking. TBH, we need more people like that in the world. He treated us like friends of his and didnt need anything in return. Im very thankful for the advice.

I had major issues with my order and it was delivered to the wrong state all together. Sam in customer service was extremely polite and helpful. Unfortunately he was off the day my order got delivered incorrectly and when I called for assistance, the supervisor Janel didnt help at all. She had another employee tell me to order it again myself, online, and request a refund afterwards. Very thankful for Sam who apologized and took care of it when he returned to work.

DON’T have Curbside Pickup if you can’t make it work. Twice now I’ve tried to use this service and I’ve followed instructions and received confirmation, but then waited over 20 minutes. After 10 minutes I had to call both times and they said they didn’t see my check-in. I had ordered a mini fridge and after 25 minutes of waiting a woman finally brings it out and claims she can’t put it in my trunk because she has a bad back and she’s not lifting it. well maybe they should’ve sent someone capable, what if I were handicapped? thankfully I was able to pick it up. I would not recommend using this curbside pick up service. It doesn’t help either that both individuals who answered my calls were very unfriendly.

Why is it that many large retail home improvement stores are often understaffed? The consumer experiences long wait times when calling. Often we remain on hold for quite some time before giving up and hanging up. Please kindly add more sales associates during business hours; especially during you most busiest days and times. Never go to home depot 10 mins before closing time because you will never find any willing help. Why is it that they never ask you if you need help when your clearly looking at them for a question. I watched 4 employees finish their day in a huddle if pure ignorance. When I walked up and asked about the item which I was looking for was out of stock the answer is I can tell you its definitely not here if it not there. So I show him the item and he says yeah its probably on the truck tomrw. Asking the next person was an even bigger mistake. He said I have no knowledge about that. So apparently Home depot doesnt train anyone on how to handle when an item is not available. Just give them colored shirts to identify their knowledge. That way I dont waste my time asking questions to people who walk around just because they have to.

I didnt exactly go in. I was walking by. But, the traffic in and around their parking lot was good. As in smooth riding for the riders 😏.

Their pick up trucks for rent have a hitch for trailers. but they lock it so its unsuable unless you rent one of THEIR trailers.

I bought a washer and dryer and the delivery was late we were very unhappy but home depot took care of me and the management did a great job of fixing the problem and taking responsible which most companies forget that make a different to show that you actually care about your customer not being happy and helping to try and fix it out. Its not always perfect but showing you care means a lotThank you

I never never understand why it is always so noisy. So today it is raining and I am looking for a lumber cart and a young worker asks if he can help, and I ask for the location of lumber carts. he tells me they are by the door and if not there i would have to retrieve one from the parking lot. No thanks, I dont work for Hone Depot. I am grateful Lowes didnt have that attitude.

This is a nice home depot. I came to this place to buy something for home and i find everything clean and organize. Also, friendly staff. Prices are ok, Overall, had a good experience visiting this place.

They seem to have a full complement of employees. One was available to assist me find what I was looking for.

I spend almost three thousand for kitchen marble countertops，， waited almost one month and half, thats ok, i understand, when the workercame,they did good job,but After they left, I found that they working was wrong, missing two holes to install water pipes. I called the customization company more than ten times and received a unified reply to the transfer manager. The manager did not reply, and there were no answered by emails three times. Now t has been a week, no one has come forward to solve it, I will tell all my friends about this terribly transaction, the garbage company, i dont know this kind of bad company can go into home deport, named.EASTERN SURFACES FINE custom countertops,, Manager,ckeeler

The person who put my tree into the netting for me coughed several times into his mask then proceeded to tell me that his nose was running like crazy, pulled his mask down and used his hand to wipe the snot from his nose and fling it to the ground. Even without COVID, that is disgusting.

Not sure I have ever gone to this Home Depot and been happy. I went today on a Sunday and the entire lumber section was closed down. No one actually filling shelves Just closed I guess for fun. Apparently Sunday afternoon isnt their busy time. Try Lowes. They are so much better.

My HD experience was better than I expected. In the recent past Ive noticed long lines standing in front of the store which was a turn off. Im a senior citizen and always have been a supporter of home depot has opposed to other similar stores. I was able to get plans for my garden and then go into the store and get other things that I needed from the hardware department. The woman at the checkout was very courteous and helpful since I was trying to maneuver a 10 pipe along with my plants. Home depot has won me back has customer who has always enjoyed going there.

Todays visit was pleasant. No wait in line for paint. Quickly found another item I was looking for. No line to check out.. just scanned my stuff and left without waiting or any hassle. Doesnt get much smoother than that. Now, thats not a consistent experience because they are often busier.

Went to pick up a bag of play sand 50 lb marked $4.20. went to the register I did not have the sand with me, said: I would like to buy a 50 lb play sand @ $4.20 please. She zapped the number in and I ended up paying $3.53. No idea why.

The customer service was excellent, and they had everything we were looking for. I also loved the fact that we were able to get in and out due to so many employees making sure their customers were taken care of.

Home depot has made finding tools and parts a lot easier in the store with new signs. If you download the app it will tell you what isle and bin number it is in also. I just bought a 32mm 12 point socket for$10 that was over $30 at the auto parts store, if I needed more than 1 socket you can buy the set of 7 for $40. Have been using home depot for years and will continue to go there for tools or parts no one else has. Staff is friendly and will show you where things are and tell you if you need additional tools or parts to finish your job.
