I havent been in Giant for quite something. Now I know why. The prices are far higher than any other store in Easton. But you should expect that with a Union employee store I guess. The beef selection was minimal. No one at the fresh cut meat counter. One checkout open. I wont be back. I expected more for the cost of food here.

I love Giant, wish I lived closer. Always find things here that I cant find anywhere else, except today. I was looking for Tapioca flour and it just wasnt there. It certainly wont deter my appreciation for the store, and I will always shop here when I am nearby. Love the variety of selections.

Today I had a first. I was trying to find my car in the parking lot. I guess the cart person saw me and called out, “You’re parked over there.” I headed in the direction she pointed and found my car. I don’t think I’ve ever been in a place where people I had not met but who were looking after me, just appeared to help me find my car. I’ve been in Chicago for the past 45 years. This is new to me.

Store is clean and employees are friendly, helpful and respectful, but there selection of products is poor and their use of technology is greatly lacking.

Definitely the best produce in Easton as far as grocery stores go! They usually have really good deals on meats as well. Some things are alittle pricey, especially in the frozen section. They also have a great flower selection. We also enjoy the deli a lot!

Store was clean, everyone was very polite and helpful, and clear signs posted around the store. ((Updated)) My friends and I got some streamed shrimp for a surf and turf, and the shrimp was cooked perfectly, and well seasoned! They also have a well stocked selection of not only shrimp but fish filets as well. We will definitely be back again for more seafood in the future!

Giant has a great & vast selection of what I refer to as your basic living needs, if you are looking for a very specific item, you will find it,or find an employee to find it for you. Sometimes, the prices are reflected on SOME of those products. Im willing to pay a little more if it saves me from having to run around town. Theyve got great sales, just grab the circular on your way in. Customer service is outstanding and I dont think I can find a cleaner grocery store. I use a scooter to get around & have no issues navigating the store. At least, the Giant food in Easton, Maryland is easier, without all the cardboard displays clogging up the aisles.

I love this Giant. It carries just about every product you could need. Very clean in the store as well as outside. The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of a 5 is because of the prices. Still overall on the high side. The sale products are a good sale price.

I shop at giant all the time and get steamed seafood all the time. Yes i am single mom of two kids i work full time and i do receive food stamps i dont take advantage of having food stamps. But today went on there for some shrimp which i had them steam them like in the past and used my food stamps no problem. Well today they would not take my food stamps trying to tell me that they have never let you use food stamps on anything steamed that is a lie. There is a code to use that they ring up raw. And the manager would not fix it and get a raw lable. I got a couple other things it was like 90 dollars worth of food. They take it all back and would not try to fix the problem. I work in food business i know that they cant resale the food so it is trash now. I WILL never go back there and i spend lot of money in there every week..

Excellent service and great selection of organic nuts, berries, granola, alternative milk, yogurt. Am always impressed with their flowers too, very well done and my goto place for supplies.

I like this market place because everything is good, fresh and high quality. But the cashiers are almost all the time in a bad mood or looks like upset or mad, I dont know why...but I prefer always pay by myself for avoid a bad experience. Anyway, I pass almost everyday to this place because I can found good groceries.

We went in for some last minute items and very pleased with the selection. The cashier was outstanding. Friendly, funny, just amazing. She made our evening.

Aldi has not lived up to our towns hopes. At first we thought the new store was exciting...Actually it was. Alas, the newest quickly became sameness......Checkout lanes, the full length of the store, empty disinfect dispensers and dirty mens rooms. Often produce returns due to mold when unwrapping, no brown rice, just white.At first the low prices got your attention,but quickly one realized you were not in Trader Joes or Giant.....Just a mediocre chain store, with limited offerings.

A good choice given the options (Aldis and MalWart). They have a respectable organic food collection including decent produce most times. Also Sells wine and beer! The store is fairly clean, decent customer service and easy to access from the road. Also has good discount, self-service gas station for Giant card holders.

One of my favorites and I use the pharmacy there exclusively.

Giant has the freshest meats around. Very clean and the people at the deli when I was there today were so friendly. I enjoyed them both.

Love the selection of fresh produce and hard to find foods. You can shop while enjoying a Starbucks beverage, wait for your prescription, and even grab some wine! They also have a very impressive salad and olive bar that Im sure will be back when we get the all clear on covid.

I was at giant Easton this past week for a prescription pick. A technician at the pharmacy by the name of Wendy was nasty, impolite and terrible customer service receptionist. There was an issue with my prescription; I told her I was going to call my doctor. Few minutes later I called in and unfortunately she answered the phone and I told her I was going to keep my original order. She was nastier and slammed the phone & told me to wait. I hanged up the phone and called my doctor to send my prescription to Harris Teeter. I tried to call their customer service to tell them about this woman but took forever. I urge everyone not to go to giant’s because their service is bad. Terrible place and worst service . Thank you.

The place is always clean. The staff always seems pleasant. I appreciate their salad bar being well stocked all the time. Great assortment of rolls to go with the salad as well. Pretty much anything youre looking for, they have. Ive never really had a problem with their pricing. All round, I think 5 stars is fitting as I dont really have any complaints about this store.

Im bumping my rating up to 5 stars because this is so consistent. Whatever happens at the meat dept nobody knows. The display case is always full but I never see anybody buying anything. Deli- always people working and lining up to order. It gets 5 stars because it has the best management and staff up and down the aisles than any store in town. Oh, great bakery and a Starbucks, both well attended.

This is the best Giant I have ever been to, and Im a retiree of Giant. Very large store, always clean, always well stocked. Beer & wine available here also.

Full service grocery store with deli, meat case, seafood dept., bakery, produce dept. (no salad bar), beer and wines, fresh flowers and live plants. They run great sales and have good deals weekly.

Note to self, paying with multiple gift cards at the self checkout line can cause issues.

I CANT IMAGINE ANY FOOD ITEM THIS STORE DOESNT HAVE! PLUS FRESH BAKED.

Went to get a cake and noticed some of the cakes were labeled chocolate cake, white icing when clearly we were looking at chocolate icing on these cakes. Bought a cake that said yellow cake with chocolate icing.....which it had chocolate icing but the cake was chocolate! Not a fan of chocolate cake!!! Maybe your bakery needs to check into this in Easton, MD. And hire people that know the difference or wherever it came from. Maybe they come in already with labels but I wont buy another cake from here!!!

Lots of free parking easy handicapped access they have an excellent selection very good breads, beer and wine and Seafood fresh and frozen. Prices are on the high side but they have discount specials each week.Extras include an in-store bakery, a pharmacy. and a small coffee nook with tables

The meat was brown and molding and there was a rotten smell.

Daryl, of Bakery, makes The Most Delicious Chocolate Buttercreme Frosting! He custom made a large raspberry filling sheet cake for my Mothers milestone birthday. It was a Beautiful work of art and Scrumptious. Many people who saw and tasted it raved about it. I am So Glad Daryl takes heart in what he does! I highly recommend Daryl to help you with your bakery needs.

Make sure to check every expiration date on any item you place in your cart. They are horrible when it comes to making sure food is not past its expiration date. I failed to check the dates on tea that I bought the other day. They were 10 for $10. Of the 10, only three were still good. One of them had expired back in Dec 2016 (6 months ago). This is not the only time this has happened. Every trip I find items past the date. I give them to the staff, but it seems they just cant figure out how to make sure the food they sell is safe and in date. So if you go to this place, make sure you check. When in doubt, get it somewhere else.

I actually had to stop and complain. Went in for two items one being ice. Was told next to last row in back of store. Lots of seniors in Easton too much walking in this big Giant. Competition is great in town . Like more convience.

Have to look for deals, ND lunch meats are high, but everything always fresh, clean, well staffed, and stocked with varieties not all other grocery stores carry. Pharmacy makes it convenient to wait for prescription while shopping

Good grocery store to go to prices are competitive but sometimes there missing ideas/out of stock but other than that its a good store.

If they want to make me happy they should just lower prices across the board and stop requiring coupons or minimum dollars expended to get reduced prices.
