No response for two years! Terrible service!Here are screenshots showing the one time they responded to me in nearly two years. After that, I received no further responses, despite resending emails. Recently, my work commute has increased and my question came back up. Once again, multiple emails were sent, and no response. Over a week later, I looked them up on Facebook and messaged them. I also left my original 1 star review as seen above. Only after receiving this review did they respond to me, and their response was only to complain about my bad review.I never received any instructions when I initially got the tune, and only found out about how to change maps and adjust launch control through their one response and by reading forums on my own. Being new to the world of tuning, I never would have found out how to actually use the tune otherwise.Others may have had a completely different experience, but I wanted mine to be known. I suggest taking your business elsewhere.**Update** In response to your reply below, your story changed from you originally saying you were too busy to reply to my emails, to now stating all my emails suddenly began filtering to your junk folder. Yeah, sure. My Facebook message (after I gave up on email after 2 years) was sent to you July 8, and you replied July 13 only after I left the bad review. Also, yes, my wife was upset about your ignoring our emails as well, as it is her vehicle. Lets keep the facts straight here, Ive still got screenshot proof of everything.

Never completely finished the work for which I paid. More concerned with getting you out than doing the work right. Very disappointing experience.Update:Amusing response by Moto-East. I brought him my car which in five years never had an issue. Once he upgrades my car, I have nothing but problems. The day I picked up my car, it had issues. One of the issues he resolved immediately. The second he tried to blame on the work he did triggering something in the car. He claimed this was not his responsibility. What?! Although he ignored my emails to fix the problem for a week, I was finally able to get it fixed by showing up unannounced. A week or two after the second problem was fixed, I called him about a third issue. He said not to worry about it; it was normal. It was not. He tried to fix the car (charging me!), but the problem wasnt resolved. After I sent him an angry email, his solution was for me to take it elsewhere. He made ONE attempt to fix my problem! So much for trying to make the customer happy! Go to Moto-East at your own risk.Also, Im impressed Moto-East remembers a customer from 2-3 years ago considering we only had one email exchange. It sounds like hes covering himself with a generic response.

Avoid Visconti, Prime motoring, and Delicious tuning, get these guys to do your tune for the FR-S/BRZ/GT86. Hand down best support with etuning ever, they respond in a heartbeat to an email with datalogs and have new updated tune ready for you after reviewing them by the next day. Its super awesome especially when this is the first car Ive modified with a supercharger and an ecutek tune
