5 stars because there isnt a 10 star option which is what Easton Auto Care really deserves!! In the middle of farmland halfway from home to our vacation in Ocean City, MD, the dreaded flashing engine light comes on... thats the bad one. We limped into Easton, MD around 4 pm looking for an auto repair shop that could help us. Two shops were booked but one shop recommended we go to Eastern Auto Care because the owner, Tony Long, is a great mechanic who knows his stuff. We took their recommendation, arriving at Eastern Auto Care at 4:45 right when they were closing shop (5pm). After listening to our saga about our vacation in OC to celebrate my wifes birthday, Tony offered to bring our car into the shop (keeping his staff past closing) and do what he could to get us back on the road. Luckily, Tony is a Master mechanic who is experienced working this particular systemic Honda engine problem. After determining the problem and recommending a temporary fix Tony called my regular mechanic in VA to discuss his findings and recommendations. My mechanic agreed with everything Tony recommended. My wife and I were relieved after hearing that news. Tonys technician completed the repairs and we were back on the road to OC. Our stop at Eastern Auto Care was a blessing. There are still friendly, honest and compassionate people ready to help when they can. Lastly, my wife told me to include the fact that the customer bathroom was spotless.

Always great experiences here. Tony truly knows his stuff and I completely trust his guidance with my vehicles. Hes the first guy I call when I need automotive work done. Prices are reasonable and its done quickly.

Morning of 6,/8 I had a serpentine belt installed. I was going to be quite busy with errands as my Mom was getting her first chemo treatment from 11-3. A bit later, getting stuck in lunch traffic on Marlboro and on my way to Dr Computer, I heard this TERRIBLE screeching from the right, back side of the car. I actually thought airplanes were flying overhead... Lol. Well, I finally made it to Tonis and I had NO brake pad... metal to metal, as Toni said. I was in a quandary as, then, while at Tonis, Id just received a call that Moon had an adverse reaction from the chemo (she was an hour from completing the treatment), and the ambulance was there to take her to the hospital . I had no resources to help me with a lift, and Toni was down two employees and I didnt relish the idea of driving with no brake pad ( although Toni said I could, just to drive very slow and not go far). Toni stepped up to the plate with EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and had two of his guys work on my car so I could drive it. He stated, She has enough to worry about right now. Lets do what we can to help her out. I could not have been more grateful!!! How often does a customer get service like that!? Certainly above and beyond!! And, thats what COMMUNITY is ALL about. I will NEVER forget his kindness!! Thank- you, Toni... and Missy Gina... (who doesnt look her age... LOL). By the way, Mom and I were already regular customers of Tonis.

Although not my usual auto center, I took a chance because they had good reviews. I was not disappointed. I had a check engine light. An auto store stated it was an O2 sensor. So I bought the parts. and requested a quote online. Tony called within the hour and tried to work around my schedule. I could drop after hours. Then he called to confirm the problem and even reminded me of the oil change and wipers that I had forgotten. The prices were reasonable and they didnt do anything without my consent. This is one very satisfied customer. A week later the office did a follow up call to see if everything was running smooth and if I was satisfied. You diffiently have a customer for life

I had to buy a used car quickly because my last car was totaled (I hit a deer). It was stressful having to buy a car under pressure, but overall this ended up being a great experience. The owner of Easton put me at ease and I got my new-to-me suburu at a good price. He was transparent and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend coming here!

Easton Auto Care, LLC just saved my bacon big time. I HIGHLY recommend taking your car there for anything from basic maintenance to in depth work. Tony knows what he is talking about and will get you sorted as quickly as their schedule allows. Just all around good people there and great to work with.

I called to get my nieces car looked at that she had just bought out of state. April got us in very quickly and was very efficient and friendly with all that would need to be done. They addressed the issues and we had her car back on the road the next day all at a affordable rate!! Absolutely quality customer service from April!! She even called a few days after to follow up to make sure everything was running good!! I highly recommend Easton Auto Care!!

Over priced Mom N Pops car repair. Over charges on car repairs. Much better repair shops out there. I would not recommend.

Got ripped off by another shop out of state, Tony took my truck in right away and fought the other shop to honor the warranty. He was honest about his findings and did not slander the other shop. when everyone is in the business of ripping you off its hard to find an honest place to get work done, all my vehicles will be coming here for service from now on

Great so far! When other mechanics in town recommend the same place when they were too bust to help me, that says something. Completely went through my Dads 98 Nissan PU and changed all fluids, replaced shocks, exhaust system, complete tune-up etc. 4 pages of items. Only drove it a few miles so far but it ran and felt like new. They even called me a week later to make sure everything was working ok. Seemed like a 5 star performance to me!

Got a flat tire this morning. Called and asked if they could order tires for my car and they said yes they would be here the same day. Dropped my car off and they were done by four, they called to let me know that my car was ready and I could pick it up whenever, they even put my spare back where it was suppose to go. Awesome company they will be getting more of business since they were the cheapest in town.

I was travelling from out of town and desperately needed a repair to my front bumper in order to keep driving. ....although Tony was busy with another job, he made time to work on my car and got me back on the road in under 2 hours! if only I had a mechanic like Tony in my neighborhood, he would be my guy for sure!

Called at 4pm on a Friday with an issue on my Corvette. By noon on Monday Tony had it done. Not only had he talked me through every question I had, he took care of it as if it were his own vehicle.
