Koch33 was very professional when I brought my Explorer in for a recall. The recall was taken care of in a very timely manner and a quick inspection was performed. They did find some other issues that needed attention and told about them. When I gave them the approval to fix, again it was done in a very timely and professional manner.

I have been very disgruntled at the lack of customer service with most dealerships the past few years. But I do believe Koch 33 has given me hope in good service again. They not only took excellent care of my car, they sent me a video of all the things they checked. They communicated with me adequately, which is lacking at most places. I will definitely be using Koch 33 again, and I will likely start having my family use them as well after this experience.

Everyone was very courteous. Karissa kept me informed the entire time. My vehicle had 2 safety re-calls, it needed an oil change, state inspection & emissions.

Took 3 months to get an A/C repair completed. I did go through Ford Corporate which covered the majority of the cost. However, the entire time I rarely heard from Koch and constantly heard from Ford Corporate about their difficulty getting in touch with Koch. Now the repair is finally done in time for winter so no way to test and see if it was a success. Never had an issue like this with Koch before but definitely considering using Nazareth Ford in the future.

Service tech was very professional and on time. Such a time saver when the work is done at your home!

It took too long for an oil change You would think if your advisor was tied up with another customer when my car was ready they would pick it up to finish paperwork would have saved me 45 minutesMy advisor did a good job

Very thorough inspection & the True Video of the whole thing was just AWESOME. Easily shareable & an amazing reference for anything major needing repair. Waited a long time was the only argh thing about the visit tho. Id recommend Koch 33 Ford Service Center.
