They did a very good job and were easy to deal with. The repair took more than 2 weeks, however. I was glad to have rental cars covered whie mine was in the shop (this is an optional coverage on my insurance.) Insurance paid for the repair, subject only to a deductible.

My car repair was done at Easton’s location and was excellent. Way beyond what I had hoped for my senior 2006 Toyota. The body work to the damaged area and the overall care and spruce up of my old car gave it a new lease on life. It looks great and has prompted me to purchase new interior accessories to have it as spiffy on the inside as it is outside. The communication was reliable and clear. Wonderful knowledgeable employees both in Easton and Ocean City. Their commitment to quality is real.

The customer service is impeccable. They did body work on my car and you could not even tell that anything had been done to my car. The paint was a perfect match. They kept me abreast of the status of my car by way of text messages. They took a bad experience and made it bearable to get through.

My car was hit by debris during a hurricane. I took it to the Ocean City location. They sent it to Easton for repair. When it came back to Ocean City it had a slight imperfection in the paint, and there was a scratch on the back of the car—maybe from loading/unloading on/off the truck. The OC location buffed it, and I was satisfied. If I hadn’t been, they said they would take the back off and paint the whole thing. They aim to please the customer. I receIved texts throughout the process to keep me informed of the progress. Everyone was pleasant and courteous.
