To call up there and be told y’all close at 6pm, then when I come your closed. I also came within the hour I was told. I called again and they did not answer, kept ringing. Called again and you guys took your phone off the hook. What business gives false information like that. Extremely unprofessional and a waste of my gas. Inconsiderate establishment.

They are VERY VERY disrespectful ! I wanted to open a pack of hair to feel. And one of the workers watched me on the camera and came and snatched the hair out of my hand telling me I can’t feel the hair! How do you expect me to buy something but I can’t feel the hair?

Horrible customer service. Racist establishment. Accused me of stealing and not the first nor second time Ive seen someone be accused. Every other time I go in there someone is being accused and I used to think they were really stealing, now I know they are just paranoid.

I visited today. The two guys intentionally tried to sell me the most expensive option and refused a professional discount because it was through a coworkers license who was right beside me. Never again.
