The fumes from the nail shop next door make me feel the need to shop elsewhere. And I resent paying for a bag!

I have an odd experience every time I go to this location. One of the employees yells at you for touching things.When I visited lasted Wednesday, an employee was arguing with a customer over whether she would receive the vaccine. To put the cherry on top, I used a credit card that I rarely use to complete my purchase, and 3 days later, my card had $857 worth of fraudulent charges.

Ms. Gloria was very helpful. She recommended a curling custard for my hair. and it actually worked! Love the product love the smell.

The sells person was very informative and polite. Directed us to what we ask for and inform us of some better values. I would shop there again.

This is the worse Sally’s I have been to. They are not helpful at all. Today I went to return an item and the girl tells me I can’t do returns my manager has to do it she will be right back in about twenty minutes. Really right back is maybe 5 minutes. I am never going to this store again.

Cashier was rude!! Yelling at people left and right. Stay away from this location or be ready to be yelled at for no reason. From what it looked like SHE WAS THE MANAGER. Bless her heart. She hates her job.

Wasnt even open on time! I came with my wife and child and we waited 45 minutes in hot sun before they could open. Totally ignored the fact that my wife was knocking on the window. They probably lost about 5 paying customers yesterday!

Not a bad experience. The manager was helpful, however, I believe the attention to service detail could have been more energetic by the other staff. Overall, I would return to purchase products again.

This Sallys is horrendous. Its not the associates but the Manager there is so nasty to the store associates and she snaps the customers up and is totally rude. I happened to be in line the other day and I was only gonna buy some hair color, and she insulted the cashier by calling her slow in front of the other lady that works there and us customers. Whenever you go to this store expect nothing but rudeness from the manager. They should make one of the associates the store manager, they are much sweeter and more professional!

This location does not honor corporate policy. I have shopped at Sallys for decades and have never seen a store ran so poorly. It seems the store manager makes her own policies, which run counter to anything stated on the website. Customer service is beyond poor. Ive called the customer service hotline & the agent was horrified. Well see if upper management makes the necessary changes.

They never answer the phone. They could save people a 20 minute drive if they would just answer the phone and let you know if they have a product or not. Customer service is horrible.
