Hands down the cleanest store I’ve ever been in. PERFECT customer service from young people!!!! I F’s with it!!!! I had a bad anxiety attack in the store and y’all made me feel calm and not embarrassed. I appreciate that!!!! I bought the new Fairytale line for women and a new one for men, forgot the name. All quality products. I will be back for candles!

I simply adore this place during 75% off sales! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Store is always visually beautiful and organized. I added 3 New fragrances to my collection for less than $12.00.

Always a clean presentable store with friendly faces. Only complaint is the over abundance of lotions and NO sprays for their new Fall scents. I know I should have visited yesterday or this weekend, but WOW 32 lotions and not 1 spray for customers to purchase and layer their scents. Shame shame shame on you B&BW. And I was informed they werent getting anymore in...that that stock had been deployed. Were in the military now I guess. Smh. But still a great store to visit. Its a great addition to the Marketplace.

I was in the neighborhood to pick up a Target order and noticed this Bath & Body Works right next door. I haven’t been on this side of town in a year and the last time I was here this store was not here, it was a Payless Shoe store in the space. I had a gift card to spend so I parked and went in to purchase a candle and to my surprise, it’s their semi-annual sale. YEAH!!!  Thankfully I’m on a budget and didn’t go overboard. I purchased two 2 wick candles, two wall flower refills, and 5 hand sanitizers, total was around $35.Store – was clean, pretty organized but I did notice there was a shelf in the back that was empty. I was also looking for the car fresher holder and the supply was very low with one option. I haven’t been inside a Bath and Body Works in over a year but it also looked like there was a limited selection of candle scents.Service – I was greeted by the manager as I was looking at products and the individual that checked me out was super friendly.I’m not sure why the score is so low for this location but other than the areas of opportunity listed above, I have no complaints.

Fully stocked, great customer service, warm atmosphere. Enjoyed the shopping!

Always The Best Place To Get Your Smell Good Small And Large Gift That Everybody Will Love

The young lady at the door greeted me and was very nice and personable. She made several suggestions for new to me products I should try because my all time favorite had been discontinued.

Customer service at this location sucks . They’re so rude ! They don’t acknowledge you, they give you an attitude over the phone. I’ve never experienced that with Bath and body works before so I was shocked .

As always Bath & Bodyworks is always a shopping pleasure. I missed the sale. Everyone was pleasant. Now I can shop there in my community instead of going to Southlake or Atlantic Station. And it surely beats ordering online and paying shipping.

This store is convenient as it is close to my house but I always have an unpleasant shopping experience here! I’d rather drive 30 minutes to enjoy my shopping.

The young lady who assisted us was so patient and knowledgeable about the fragrances for men and women. Then upon checking out, there was one cashier we had to ask not to fill up a small bag and to just use a larger bag or two smaller bags. She used three small bags. Smdh....poor customer service only takes one person for an unsatisfactory review.

Its about time that B&BW came to the Marketplace on Camp Creek. It was long overdue. Very clean. Variety of in stocked selection items. Courteous staff.

The workers were amazing so Happy that this location open in Camp Creek. I just hope the people in area dont run this location off.

The smell along always draw me in and the sales make me spend.

Maybe they are used to people coming instilling but everybody do not steal for them to walk around behind you or to stand in a corner and watch youre stealing I horrible dont recommend this store

Does not open on time for the high risk shoppers. The manager showed up at 9am to do a team meeting with employees. Fifteen minutes waiting at this point and still not open. The selection is not the best.
