Great back to school sales, clean store, nice staff! Got a really nice TUL planner, regular $27.00 for $6.00 on clearance in the back of the store. Such a nice product line, high quality, that can be reused in the following years. Will just need to buy new updated calendars/ sheets for the following years!

Alex in the printing department is the definition of great customer service--Alex helped me through a printing order for my small business when I was the one who made a mistake placing the online order. I will certainly be returning--all due to the wonderful service!

Take my laptop in to be looked at by the tech support that I pay $15 a month for and rarely use, and get nothing but rude treatment the entire time I’m in there. Carol the sales manager was very displeased she even had to assist me, and didn’t spend any time getting my laptop off of her hands, just saying they don’t offer that level of service. I tried reaching out to corporate for this matter but nobody responded, so now we make it public. If you have the tech support plan, you won’t get much tech support.

Has most of what you need in the way of office supplies, but the stores physical plant is run down. Pricing is definitely on the high side. The store did have what I needed, but it was way overpriced. Can only recommend this store if you need it and need it now.

Was in the store this afternoon looking for some #11 envelopes. These envelopes seem to be next to impossible to find in any store. I had bought some in the past and had one left. Office Max didnt have any in stock. One of the lady employees went out of her way and ordered me some by doing a web search. They are to be mailed to my home address. The employees are very helpful and dedicated. My go to business for my office needs.

Maggie was very helpful & friendly. Kudos on having her on staff. I had a little blood sugar episode while I was in there & in addition to making sure I had everything I came in to get, she also made sure I felt okay before I left the store.

Eddie was helpful and not pushy when it came to up sales. That in my book, is important. Made we want to return again and see him specifically. Thanks Eddie!

I have no complaints about the store, other than price. like a lot of brick and mortar stores the prices arent very competitive with the internet prices. I do understand the cost of overhead makes it difficult to compete. However, I would still like to see better prices. That being said, if youre in a pinch, they have a great selection of computers, office equipment, light networking hardware, printers, and the like. So check em out, if youre in need, and cant wait to have it shipped.

Great service in the print shop. Becky is very helpful and talented. She has given me excellent suggestions concerning my print jobs. She is very creative.

Copy and print review: Becky at the copy and print center helped me out and was very friendly! I had an order that wasnt ready yet, but she printed it right there for me. She checked how my business cards would look and then edited the formatting in her template so they would look the best when they went through their cutting machine. Ill be returning to Office Depot here for further print orders because of her service.

Cant say enough good things about the service that John, the store manager, provided. I was at an Office Depot and the service was horrible. I called the East Peoria Office Max, john answered the phone, and he was able to take care of everything I was having issues with at Office Depot. He even walked the cashier at the Office Depot through what she needed to do. Glad to see that great customer service still exists. Highly recommend!

I went in to pickup some office supplies. There was not enough help in the store, and the store was also warm inside. Its in a good location, however has gone downhill after merging with Office Depot.

CopyMax review I took 500 post card I printed to have them cut them to size for me. The cut job was unprofessional. They were cut all different ways. A lot of the cards were cut crooked or cut off completely. This isnt the first time this has happened so I guess shame on me, but I was in a bind. They never seem to take pride in their work. In the future if I am in a bind, I will just stay that way.
