I took my kids(4 and 7) and they were shopping with their own money which they took out from their piggy bank. The cashier(Amanda)was extremely pleasant and helped them with their purchase in a friendly manner and they were so happy.

I arrived, told them I was there and within less than a minute, they were at my door with my package. I have ordered several times and each time has been great. The young people that bring the package to the car are always polite. This is far better than other pick ups I use. I will use Target much more often simply because of the pickup option .

They need to update their app the product I was looking for was available on the app but when I got there, they didnt have it.

A cashier named Amanda was incredibly rude to my family and I. She quite literally yelled at my nephew to watch his fingers on the checkout belt. Understandable, but she was very rude. And then she continued to throw our items around. One thing we decided we didn’t want, and then my nephew said he did want it again. That happens with kids. But the cashier was so rude about it. Explaining she had to bend back down and grab the item. Very condescending.

First time placing an order online as in store pick up today. I searched Targets website for a few Christmas items for my daughter. They were in stock. I ordered them online and when the items were ready, I picked them up with no problem. Very satisfied.

Went here to pick up face masks for my family. I had 5 on the counter. I was told there was a limit of 2 per person. My daughter was with me so I said okay then I’ll get 4. Then I was told that there were 2 masks in each package therefore I could only buy 2. I think this associate is mistaken about one package counts as 2 because it contains two masks. That’s like saying the one bag of Doritos you purchased counts as 147 because that’s how many chips are in it. While I’m being hassled about trying to purchase masks because of a tiny sign people are entering without any masks on walking past a giant sign. Go figure

Came into the East Peoria Target and was having trouble with the Circle App/Red Card. Our cashier, Anthony was super sweet helping this 55 year old figure it out. When the coupon still didn’t load, Lexi helped and I was able to get the discount. Hope Anthony gets a shout out!

I was very disappointed in Target. I like that they sanitize they carts. They have posted that you must wear a face covering and even have a security guard at the door BUT when two young men came to the door without masks they asked if they could come in and he said sure no problem.If a policy is posted it should be followed. They were very vigilant the last time I was there and there was no security guard just an employee cleaning carts and reminding customers they must have a mask. I lost all respect for their management that night.

Exclusive Products Best selection in Exclusive Funko and Figpin Exclusives. I never have seen a Chase in the store. I was their waiting on the one brought 10 ot of the 12 2 missing were the chases. Employee said their wasnt any but i know for a fact their 6 per case. Thats every were now though.

I was in an extreme panic because I had procrastinated for gifts for Christmas again! I realized that I was missing a present so I frantically called everyone I was shopping with and no luck. I called Target to see if it was left behind when I shopped a couple days ago and they went out of their way to help me!! I spoke with Emma but there were multiple people trying to help me out. It is Christmas Eve so I know it is crazy there today, and i want them to know i VERY much appreciate them and their kindness!! Thank you soooo much! Merry Christmas.

DO NOT BUY ELECTRONICS FROM TARGET. I REPEAT DO NOT! Even with the original box and receipt they wont stand behind a laptop that got hot enough to burn my daughter and no longer powers on. They referred me to the manufacturer. I shopped Target because Ive always been pleased with their customer service. But not now.... Target lost a family of customers today.

Corporate is remodeling, but they still never seem to have enough staff at the checkouts or customer service desk. Selection of plus size clothes is laughable. Childrens selection is awesome though, as are their toys and holiday decorations.

Was just okay. No help on the sales floor. Head cashier and the cashier were good. Price on shelf was $30 cheaper than what it rang up. Cart guy had head phones on and ignoring customers. I was parked in the handicapped spot and he walked by me twice. He let me walk 4 spots away to drop off the cart. And he walked by me empty handed as I was on my way to drop off the cart.I just left Chick Fil A and the service was great. My 9 year old nephew was impressed with how friendly they were.

Always a clean environment. Staff are quick to help and do their job. Prices are higher than say Wal-Mart but quality of product increases. Place is normally busy. Has a Starbucks and a pharmacy included within.

The facility looks good, which is expected for being a relatively new store. Whats most annoying about Target is that their selection is rather poor. And for infant products their inventory strategy must be to always be out of most products. Everyone time I go to get infant products, the shelves are always picked over. I now have decided to use a competing retailer.

I think many of the cashiers need further training on the red card. You cannot use it if you are using a gift card for the balance. I feel like the training consists of only pushing the use of the red card.

Prices good on makeups,hair care prodas,& paper goods- tt& paper towels.Fairly decent selection of dog & cat foods- slightly high.They promote the Red Card as a loyalty card with 5percent discount per visit.Just another credit or debit card.5 percent doesnt pay tax,let along interest charged on credit card.I asked,if I pay cash do I get points,rewards,anything? They looked like I was a Martian.I have plenty of low or no interest credit cards- how about store loyalty rewards- like most other chains?!Only good thing- restaurants are right inside store to right,there are plenty of handicapped parking spots- but a long walk.

If Target were as concerned with stocking their shelves as they were trying to appear hip and trendy the store would be considered adequate...

I usually have a wonderful experience at target but the last time I went there was an older very thin woman with blonde hair that basically made me take all of the heavy items (detergent, bottled water, cars of diapers and wipes) off the belt after I had loaded everything up so she could come around to the other side of the register with her little scanning gun. While I had a crying child in my arms, mind you. Very rude. Will not be going through her line again.

Great store! When you first walk in there is a hug area for sports t-shirts and other apparel. There is a Starbucks also!! I recomend the vanilla bean frap.

Frequent shopper, I visit a few times a week and have ever since the store opened. A few visits ago I noticed I was being followed through the store and having prior experience as a loss prevention assistant in a retail store I knew immediately that I was being followed by LP. I ignored it at first because I know shes just doing her job. But I have been followed by her every visit since. She has followed me through the store on about 8 seperate occasions now. I have never stolen in my life, and hold a credit card with the store. I find it offensive that I am being so blatantly followed when I have never done anything to deserve it. So I will be taking my business elsewhere, where the LP at least has the common sense to watch from the cameras in their office if they are so suspicious. Oh and you might want to let her know she might want to change up her outfit from time to time, its a dead give away shes LP when she wears the same thing every single day, just saying.

This Target store is always clean & well cared for. The staff has been expeditiously helpful too!
