I do like this store some what, but they are never in stock on the furniture lines, and its a long wait list to get anything worth liking... The store is pretty good as far as keeping other items on their shelves, its maintained fairly decent, except for the restrooms they could use a little work! Staff are pretty friendly and helpful. Overall the experience is pleasant!

Tonight I was at Big Lots looking at furniture. They seem to have nice Quality Furniture and pretty good prices. I like how they just have random things throughout the store at cheaper prices than you would expect. I enjoy speaking to the cashier she was very friendly and nice! The employees here are always friendly to me when I go in! Here are a few pictures of the furniture that I looked at this evening!

Always great deals, but this store seemed a little disorganized. Electronics in several different places, etc. Staff was friendly, though not overly helpful.

Went there for a inexpensive bedroom chest. All they had was a couple chests for 300 too 600. Only 1 color too. Very disappointed. I went somewhere else.

The furniture salesperson was super nice at the East Peoria store, she made sure we got what we were looking for and helped line up a delivery personNow as far as the Peoria store both of the girls there in the furniture dept had the same vocabulary( its out of stock and will take 6-8 weeks to get) thats itDid not Even offer to check other locations for us, thats why we went to the East Peoria store, made the purchase there, Customer Service goes a long way

Great as always. I have a list, but I always find more stuff I can use, at a great price. Today they had all kinds of soda, and they got in their Halloween candy. Great place for bargain hunters.

Big change in products, but I guess it works for them. I went there because they had a freezer section, but they took them out now. Dollar general next door expanded their section and had what I needed for a good price.

Just love shopping at big lots used to shop at the one in bloomington until they closed sure wish they would come back to bloomington

Went to look at furniture. Yes Big Lots sells furniture, good quality furniture too. Unfortunately, all their furniture is currently on backorder due to COVID-19 😾😾. The store still had a lot of good deals.

Bought a couch that had a couple of rips on bottom corners was supposed to get discount didnt. The guy running the furniture talked like a car salesman. Sold us as mattress said he should be getting box springs in soon, didnt even bother getting phone number to call when they come in an you cant ask anybody else there they know nothing. So if you want furniture dont go there.

Items on shelves were empty. Hardly any Christmas items to buy.

I always enjoy visiting this store when I am in the Peoria area. It is a large store and has a great home department. They are always friendly. The store is always clean. They have a good selection of furniture as well. Their gardening supplies and decorations are adorable. This is my favorite section!

Its Big Lots. The customer service is always good here. The store was as clean as it usually is but like I said it is Big Lots. It is a mish mash of close out items at great prices.

Great place to go to stock up on pantry supplies. Today they had a one day only sale, everything in the store 20% off. We purchased 52 dollars worth of merchandise and paid only 42 dollars. The people who work here go the extra mile to see that you leave as a satisfied customer. This is what gets any business return customers. A joy shopping here.

Great if you just wanna browse. Great selection of furniture and home decor. As for anything else, if theres is a specific brand you need, I would recommend going somewhere else as this store is pretty much hit and miss.

Good variety of many things at a cheaper price. You get what you pay for tho. Quality isnt the best but it is what it is. I shop there sometimes especially when money is tight.

Big store with lots of items! Most staff was super friendly and others were just not. Easy to get through the isles and everything was organized and neat.

They usually dont have much that I would buy for myself but I can say they have good deals on tons of different stuff. The furniture is a little on the high side of pricing just because it looks nice the quality isnt there.
