During the day when the owner is there, it’s efficient and well stocked. At night the staff is incompetent and are not professional the least. 3 staff members one on register the other two complaining about a line forming while continuing with their “duties”. Customers should not have to wait 10 minutes to cash out nor should the employees show blatant frustration. The main employee with the updo braids is criminally unemployable with her lackadaisical attitude towards patrons. With that being said although conveniently placed to my residence I’ll patronize the local West Orange location for better more efficient service.

I was a great and advide customer of 711 for years until I was robbed and the perp used my card at this establishment more than once and no one thought anything of it, to make matters worst I was told its they can do. Hopefully once the police have the pictures cause its numerous cameras all around you so you better believe your on candid camera, and I will absolutely be pressing charges, so I hope whatever was purchased I hope you truly enjoyed it cause the Green Monster wont have those accommodations. 😃😃😃😃😃😃

They deserve 5 stars at least because they are true to the hours of service. 24hoursCalled to make sure they are open at 2 am and they answered right away.Not like 4 others locations that close before midnight and claim that they are open 24h.

Customer service is poor two ladies dont know they name not aware what happened on today but after school came to the store to get something to eat amd they both had a very bad attitude and for furter reference if you cant maintain your mouth attitude or body language then dont work at a fast food store or anywhere for that reason!!!

I love to start my day with 711 coffee and butter rolls and great for anything I need i always go in for coffee come out with more I thank the staff for all they do and help

When it gets crowded, the store is small and there are only 2 registers so it can be a little nerve wrecking.

Its a dirty place the store makes a lot of money the parking lot is always full of garbage because they dont pay an employee to clean or put out trash cans at night the rats come out

I just walked from my home to this location at 3AM due to an emergency to upload money on my chime cardAfter patiently waiting in lineI was told that cant transaction be done until 7amTheres no signs of this anywhere in the store and i called prior to walking there just to be sure and no one picks up that store phone EVERPlease put a sign somewhere so customers know before hand. Thanks !

Its a 7-Eleven you get exactly what you expected. The staff at this store has to be some of the friendliest people I have met. I come here every morning to get my Cup of Jo the place is always clean in the coffee is always fresh.

Staff is always good to me and the store is always clean. I prefer this store to the others.

Some of there prices are to high, but a good place to buy your drink or candies.

I went here to get a pizza at 3:23 AM and was told that the ovens were off for cleaning, now at no time are both ovens supposed to be off, these people were actually turning their bosses money away because of this. I would fire everyone on this shift if I was the store owner. This is not what 7 11 advertises, they actually say you can come in at anytime and get a fresh bite of food. Which is actually false advertisement.
