This BP was bought out by Asians. Not a problem but the way they run it IS! Its always chaotic at peek times. They dont guide the cars and traffic like the others used to. The attendants are always busy talking amongst themselves and pay very little attention to the cars. People are always getting out the cars or through the cars, reprimanding the attendants because they are talking and dont ask about what gas we want or pull the gas pump when its done so the customers have to do it. Honestly, its being run REALLY bad. Wish the old attendants were there again. They were nasty to people sometimes BUT...at least they moved their butts and my gas got pumped as quickly as they could move the cars. (But to be honest, I understood them being nasty and agitated when you have customers that are that way all day long). All in all...I wish there was another BP closer. Really considering just making another gas station in the area my go to, instead of this place. The community shouldnt frequent a place that cares nothing for the community! And it shows in their regard for us. 😞

I paid for $30.00 worth of gas and they gave me no gas. They wanted to rerun/recharge my card again, said something is wrong with my gauge everything but give me a refund. I ended up having to go to shell on Dodd Street. They are ciphering gas at the B.P on Main Street and taking advantage of our community. Long story short instead of them providing some form of customer service and accommodating me they choose to call the police on me. I am disgusted by this staff and business and their questionable business practices. I am adding the receipts 🧾 to show proof of purchase of two gas stations today. The gas is also very expensive at the B.P on Main Street and does not last long anyway.

Finally a good gas station near me where the employees dont beg for money. This place is the best the prices arent bad and the service is attentive. In and out no headaches!

The worse gas attendant ever. I told him to fill up my car with regular gas 3 times and for some reason he decides to want to put in Premium.

Got reminded this morning why I stopped coming here. Awful service! Pull in to get gas just to have someone tell me to wait because of a shift change. Went somewhere else and got prompt service

Stole my money. Got $10 gas and was told the gas was in the tank. Didnt want to get into an confrontation. Be aware of this location.

Always good service, just a heads up if you are in a rush for work dont get gas from here around 7:15ish cause they go through a shift change and the pumps will be down for about 15mins.

The prices are great! My only complaint would be that they are the only gas station I know that turns business away during a shift change. They are unaware of when the next cashier will be in. I have never seen a gas station function this way....ever.

Lines are very long and not enough pumps are open. I have had heard way too many complaints about this. But the staff are very very friendly, funny and do their jobs quickly and with ease.

Bp gas seems to last longer in my car. But this particular station seems to be constantly changing gas attendants. I have never seen slower services

This is place to get gas on the go. There is one gentleman I have know him for many years always have a smile on his face. I believe he is the manager no.

The pump worker are quick and attentive. They look a little rough around the edges but its east orange. Cheapest BP Gas.

Vacume only. No more self service car wash!!! City forced them to take it down because of traffic! I talked to the guy, city suggested them to make underground facilities!! So I think car wash is gone for good this time!! Very upset!One thing I always wondered, DOES ALL BP HAS SAME QUALITY GAS? I seems to find performance inconsistency between my refills. I hope its just in my head!

Pros: same price cash or cc; pump & save with membership card. Cons: claims to open 24/7 with some time around dawn when system is always down; customer service is average to poor; cleanliness needs improvement.

April 9 at 7:17 AM I bought $20 worth of gas. they charged me $80! I didnt see it until 2 hours later. Now I have my credit card company getting involved. DONT GO HERE!

Send everyone waiting to pump gas away saying changing shift and takes 40 min..one pump guy was arguing with his coworker and. Believe thats the real reason..very bad customer experience..

Absolutely unprofessional. I pull car up to the pump and wait almost 10 minutes for the attendant to finish pairing his phone to his Bluetooth speaker​ and proceed to play the loudest my inappropriate music I have ever heard. I didnt get a hello or even a have a nice day upon leaving. The whole place is a nightmare and all of the pumps are never open which causes there to be a line Every single time I go or pass by this place. Terrible.

Gas price is always reasonable and also convenience machines for vacuuming and air pump.

They have great service and the customer service personnel is very polite.

Its usually busy but the employees are always courteous.

Regular is always at least ten cents less than other BP stations. Currently 2.09. Make sure to throw you attendant a dollar or two. They work hard! Cheap gas means one guy usually has to man four or five pumps.

Very bad experience, one of the attendant was very rude and obnoxious, he had no manners how to talk to his customer. One nasty men I ever met, he was loud and cursing at the customer and he slammed the nozzle, he was very hyper he had attitude problem, he was black men tall with filthy mouth.
