I had an appointment set for specific day and time, upon arrival, they told me to come back another day, came back, the owner told me he had other cars on the lift so to come back again, I called before arrival, the owner told me to come, I went he was working on another car, he said he’ll be done in 20-30 minutes, I patiently waited in my car, still gave extra time, he was still working on the same car, so I simply asked him how much longer, he then looked at me very angrily and started SHOUTING EXPLICITS at me ‘the paying customer’ in front of other customers and employees and told me to F..k..g leave. I was in total shock and embarrassed. I left NEVER EVER TO GO OR RECOMMEND TO NO ONE, the WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD!!!!

I always thought this was the greatest American auto shop. I was so wrong. It was nothing but a ripoff.

The staff is great and nice but the cost for repairs for a relatively small paint job outside of insurance is quite high.

I dropped my car off in the morning to get the bumper fixed. Came back in the afternoon and saw my vehicle in the car wash across the street. My first thought was, why is my car across the street? Turns Out Steve (the owner) had taken the car to the car wash himself. My vehicle pulled up sparkling!! I was a fan for life in an instant. Later on, a lady dropped by and Steve asked his assistant to give her back $100 dollars because the parts cost less than he had written in an estimate. A honest one is one I can always get behind! Great job Steve!

Excellent service!! Very reliable Mechanic, this has been my go to place for the past 4 years. I never had a reoccurring issued with my vechile. If you want a reliable car get a reliable mechanic best auto shop in NJ.

Steve is awesome. We brought our car in to get the rack and pinion fixed. Upon doing so he also fixed our muffler which saved us a ton of money in the long run.

If I could give this company ZERO stars I would. DO NOT bring your car here! The mechanics are unprofessional and unskilled.They will charge you the highest amount possible and will add fictitious problems that need repair. Do yourself a favor to save time, money, and a headache and take your car anywhere but here!
