Good professional & very experienced, took my chevy Tahoe to them & they fix it after I took it to 5 other Mechanic that said engine might need to be changed or those engine always get this & that, wateva ma man by Nop fix it,haha

I took my Audi to this Mechanic Bierman for overheating in the engine.Knowing he was unable to do the job he had my car sitting in his Garage for approximately 6 months waiting for parts. Thousands of dollars paid out for repair and on the way home on the parkway car broke down and had to be returned to him instantly.After another extensive period of waiting he claimed he need more money to fix another area on the car. After another waiting period and more money doled out to this charlatan the car was brought home.Battery was replaced due to car sitting at the Mechanic for 1/2 a year.Took car to regular mechanic for oil change.Minimal driving due to Covid.On the Fourth of July 🇺🇸 I took the car it to drive around. And smelled smoke coming from engine. Pulled over car instantly and towed car to mechanic. Informed car was unrepairable.Took car on flatbed to Audi dealership and was informed that the car was for the scrap pile due to the job performed on car. The dealer did not even charge for the analysis and said it was a shame to have an engine butchered in that manner.Any body with any views as to how to go about suing this fraudulent mechanic.?Suggestions please!Do not go to NOP Complete auto Repair 430 William street East Orange NJ

If I could give zero stars I would. Please save your money and go to a creditable mechanic. These guys were supposed to service my timing belt, when I got my car back from them, every light from traction and suspension was on and check engine. And the guy said it’s nothing he can do even though I paid him 400.00. Please stay away. Don’t get got like I did.Update*** JUST TOOK MY CAR TO A NEW ME MECHANIC AND THEY IMMEDIATELY TOLD ME, the timing belt wasn’t changed right. It’s not aligned properly. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY. Will cost you even more money when u have to take car to a NEW MECHANIC FOR THE SAME PROBLEM.
