P&N auto did an amazing job on my 2021Audi A5! Lets start off with how amazed I was with how accommodating they were. I was away when the insurance claim went thru and they came to my house and picked up my car for me. They finished before they estimated also. They buffed out other nicks and scratches that had nothing to do with the accident at hand. Would give 10 stars if I could. Blown away. Great work guys!

I am so happy with the service I got from P&N Auto Works. The owner Amado was excellent from the time I brought my car in until the time I picked up my car. One of my parts was on back order from the manufacturer so he called me and let me know and kept in contact with me in between giving me updated and even suggested what I could do to help the process along. I called right after that terrible flooding that took out so many cars. Even though the shop was filled with those vehicles I was still given a time to come in and speak to them. When I arrived I was helped by Amado. Straight shooter who gave me all the info I needed to get the repair handled. Even gave me advice that saved on repairs. They work closely with Geico so once I contacted my insurance company it was a cake walk. Easy process from start to finish. I believe its a family ran business because Amados sister is the person who called me back nd let me know when everything was done. Again, met with a super pleasant experience when picking up my car and dropping back the rental. They did amazing work on my car. Hasnt looked this good since I drove it off the dealership lot.

When my daughters car was flooded during Hurricane Ida, my insurance company referred me to P&N Auto Works - and I am so glad they did! Amado, Shane and the rest of the team went above and beyond helping my daughter, a local college student several hundred miles from home, even staying open late to meet the tow truck after hours a week after the flood, all the while keeping me informed so I could handle the insurance claim, etc. Unfortunately, the car was a total loss, but thanks to P&N, our claim was quickly processed and we were able to replace the car barely three weeks after it was destroyed. I cant thank Amado, Shane and the others enough for their kindness to me and my daughter and I highly recommend them for their professionalism and dedication to their customers.

Amado and his team is absolutely professional and friendly, I got hit in the rear back of my car, this is my first car and I never been to an auto body shop before, I did my research online come across P&N Auto body shop. read the reviews and decided to go with Them based on the incredible reviews I saw. During the last weekend of August, I was driving home from a social gathering in Warwick, NY, on a dark, desolate and unlit road. A deer jumped out in front of me. I did not see it until it hit me on the front passenger fender. I was able to drive the remaining 50 miles home without any issues.Next morning I surveyed the damage. Fender damage, hood dented, headlight smashed.I put in a claim with my ins company and they directed me to bring the car, a 2019 Mercedes S450, to P&N roughly 5 minutes from where I live.As you may imagine, I was very despondent to have the damage on the car and was under a lot of stress and on edge.I met Amado, the owner of the business. He looked the car over and advised that he would be working with the ins company rep and everything would be fine and taken care of. Amado put me at ease and I was relieved knowing I was in good hands. He gave me updates along the way, and several weeks later I picked up my car and it looked like it rolled off the assembly line.I highly recommend this facility. Very professional and they ensure that everything is done correctly.

My car suffered front end damage after striking an object that fell off of a truck on I-78. I took the car to P&N, given the excellent experience we had with them previously. Amado was terrific in assessing the damage and scoping repairs quickly and reasonably, and provided an accurate estimate for the repair time (with email progress updates along the way). He and his team also made it totally painless from an insurance standpoint - since P&N is in my insurance companys preferred provider network, I just paid the deductible and was done. My car is as good as new. Very happy with P&N.

P and N runs a professional operation. Their communication is second to none.Amado who is professional and personable, takes pride in the end product to his customers and set the tone on day one. Due to the pandemic the appointments are being done with the customer seated in their cars. Amado explained his shops plan, gave a work completion timeframe and promised to keep us appraised of the progress. That promise was kept with phone calls.With the appointment over and waiting on a rental from Enterprise to be delivered, it started to pour. When Enterprise arrived the fact that he came back outside with an umbrella and escorted us from our car to the rental speaks volumes of his humanity.The icing on the cake was the job finished one day ahead of schedule. Thank you Amado, for bring a decent human and running a great shop.If I could I would have rated P and N six stars.

Amado did a phenomenal job with my car both in June of 2020 and May 2018. From repairs to car detailing... he is as honest, detail-oriented and professional as they come. I got my first car recently and I got into a little incident and I was a little hesitant and nervous to go here for the first time by myself. But I’ve always seen this place in my town for years and once I went it they made me feel comfortable and at home and they took that anxiety right away. Also, the work done on my car was absolutely great and they even were able to fix other problems that I wasn’t even aware of, and to top it off they got me my car back three days ahead of schedule. So this is a great place to go to bring your car if you have any cosmetic issues.

What a nice experience! I got too close to a telephone pole and did damage to our Honda Pilot. The insurance company referred us to P & N where we met the owner, Amado. I was referred to this facility by Geico after issues arose on a bumper repair for my BMW which was done at my local collision place. Amato was friendly and understanding of my situation, but more importantly he showed he cared and he was very conscientious about making sure the repair was finally done properly. I was very please that he worked with me to have the car repaired at my convenience, and he went out of his way to get the parts ordered right away and the car was repaired in a day. It was worth travelling further to get a quality collision repair.
