My car was hit parked in front of my driveway July 9th, I took it to one auto body (whom I won’t disclose) and my car was sitting for 2 weeks with no work done. I spoke to Maureen over the phone when I considered moving my car to their shop instead and she told me to bring my car in. She is absolutely AMAZING and gave me information even my insurance company did not inform me of. They got my car done in 2 weeks and I LOVE the results. Great work and great timing. They did an amazing job installing my new aftermarket bumper and also replacing both my cracked fenders. Everything was lined up perfectly fog lights fully functioning and the car was beautiful. Highly recommend this shop if you want professionalism and quality work.

I called several auto body shops before I called exclusive and no response or I had to schedule an appointment. Upon calling exclusive they said no worries bring your car. My car was vandalized scratched with key on top and drivers side mirror was broken a dent on the drivers side plus my windshield wipers were completely twisted and broken. They make a situation that’s so horrible easy going. Maureen at the front desk she’s amazing and so helpful. They stated 12 days for the repairs to get done my car was done within the week. When I saw my car she looked brand new as if I just drove off the lot again. I recommend Exclusive to everyone and just want to thank you exclusive for the wonderful work.

Exclusive is the best - hand downs!If I could give more than 5 stars I would.I shopped around for a price to repair my headlight & a few dents on the hood. Not only was their price fair, but the customer service is what won me over.Maureen is a absolutely doll and Flavio is amazing. They took their time and helped advised me the best option for my car. Very good flavio

I was very pleased with my experiences with Ronnie and Maureen at Exclusive. My car had damage to its front bumper that required a replacement, and they were very upfront with the cost and potential increases. The repair was only a few days, quicker than I thought it would be, and they even repaired a broken shock absorber for free. The finished job looked perfect, couldnt be happier. Maureen also helped me out with a rental car making the process nearly hassle-free. I hope to never have to need body work again but if you need it, I would choose Exclusive.

My experience at Exclusive auto body was one to enjoy. They will WOW you with the surprise of a lifetime fixing your car. One, the car looked amazing. 2nd they made sure that everything looked the same as it did when the car was basically purchase. After hitting black ice on the highway and sliding into the guy in front of me whod slid up the kerb, I knew where I would be taking my 4 month old Lincoln to get repaired - the place Id taken my last car after being rear-ended and the place I had suggested my friend take their car - Exclusive Auto Body in East Orange, NJ. People will talk about how lovely all the staff are and thats all VERY true, but the REAL reason to take your car there is, their work is AMAZING! There is no where else to take your car for smash repairs, they are the best. Excellent turn-around time, good communication, very reasonable pricing and an incredible end-result. The service at Exclusive Auto is fantastic. Ive come to them twice for small quick fixes (1 for windshield repair and for splash guard) and they were able to either help me on the spot or connect me another service same day. I would definitely consider reaching out to them again before taking my car to a traditional dealership for a quick fix.

I live in upstate New York, but recently had the misfortune of having my new car severely damaged while in NJ and was unable to drive it. Exclusive went above and beyond with their service; this is something I admittedly was not expecting, being a customer from out of state and someone they probably wont see again. They went out of their way to help me (sometimes on their own time off work) and the car looks like new. I would definitely recommend Exclusive to anyone!
