I wanted to be happy with the end result but I just wasn’t. I went to this shop Thursday Jan. 28 to place an order I needed for Valentine’s Day gift for my child. I gave him the design and picked the sweatshirt out from his shelf. He said it will be ready that Friday Feb. 5 but I never heard from him. I figured I’d give him some more time but reached out by email on February 7( that’s 10 days!). There was no communication at all. I was patient and waited to hear from him and called Feb. 11 and he said it will be ready by 1 pm Friday February 12, I called and of course he said It’s not ready! He said it will be ready 5 pm. So I said fine I went to pick it up at 1 pm on Saturday giving him plenty of time and expecting just to pick it up quickly but when I got there ... you guessed it! It wasn’t done!!! I was patient, I wished I had cancelled the order the minute I walked in but he said he can do it right now, easy peasy I’ll have it in 7 minutes! So I gave him the opportunity to set it right. I waited 20 minute for him to complete the design, as he said he didn’t have the font of the design I picked out so he replaced it without asking me and I wished he showed it to me before printing because the coloring was way darker than what I wanted. I am so unhappy with his work and unprofessionalism. I found him unreliable, uncommunicative, unprofessional. Customer care needs improvement. I paid in full in cash for the item but I was utterly dissatisfied and disappointed with the item! Oh and the owner never gave me paperwork, if he did he would of had to put the pick up date instead of stringing me along. He gave me no receipt and I paid in cash.

Love this guy! Im forever coming in with a wacky idea for a T-shirt, and he never lets me down. Is custom work is top notch. His personality and his sense of humor definitely help add to the creativity of the project.Whether its a custom T-shirt for one of the kids or something random for an adult party you wont be let down.I highly recommend Local Tees!

Incredible quality in both the t shirts and printing

I love supporting small/local business and hate doing this but that should speak volume about how bad this company is to work with. I walked into the store with a layout of exactly what I wanted, the colors, the sizes, etc. It was supposed to be a fairly simple job. I sat down with the owner and we went through everything and left a 50% deposit. I told him i needed the shirts for an event that was roughly 4 weeks away. He said no problem they should be done by the end of the week or early next week (sat down with him on Monday). I call him the Wednesday of the following week and it sounds like hes never even met me before. I had to go through the entire order again! He said early next week youll have your shirts. This went on for almost 5 weeks until HE yelled at ME over the phone. I didnt get the shirts in time AND he had the nerve to get short tempered and mad at ME! I ended up canceling the charge on my CC and going somewhere else. They were very happy to help me and i got my shirts in a few days. Dont waste your time going here.Edit: After I wrote the review, Solin contacted me and I sent him proof of my order. He apologized and offered to make the situation right. I appreciate this and will add a star to my review.

I bought a local LI Brewery t-shirt for my son as he and his girlfriend enjoy visiting local breweries. I was initially attracted to the shirt because of its clever and very artful design. I loved the shirt even more when I received it. Not only was the design beautiful and bright, but the t-shirt itself was very well made.Best of all, when I gave the shirt to my son I was rewarded with a big smile and a nod of grateful approval. I dont always hit a homer when selecting gifts for my son, but this one was out of the park!!

I had ordered one of their signature Craft Beer shirts through a third party website as a gift for one of my friends. When I opened it I found a small stain on the side that seemed to have come from somewhere in transit. I emailed the company to see if there was something I could do or if an exchange could be made and was shocked to have the owner of the company email me back. He was so understanding and helped me with any questions that I had, going above and beyond in customer service. The products are a great quality at unbeatable prices. I would absolutely recommend their products!

Worked with Solin and Distinkt Tees for the better part of a year. He ran reunion t-shirts for me and set up a web store for my daughters soccer team. All of his work screening shirts / sweatshirts, etc. was great. Had some challenges on the embroidery side since the machine and process was a bit new.

Wish I could put in half a star since I didnt even get the order complete - but at least I didnt put down any money. After a month long communication with the company, making it fully aware of our deadline for a charity event, the owner/rep fell in and out of communication. Even with less than 20 t-shirts, I knew that Thanksgiving was going to be a challenge so I rushed polo shirts (for embroidering names) to his address and kept seeking clarity and updates. He was erratic with any news. Now, today, after not updating me through the whole weekend, he finally replies with apologies. At least he (says he) retrieved our polo shirts to return.

Didnt have what I needed

My friend recently had his bachelor party. Knowing that we were in for a night of debauchery, I wanted to make sure no one was left behind whilst bar hopping.
