DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE! my parents are now on the second fridge in 2 weeks. The first business they dealt with tried to fix the fridge and when it couldnt be fixed they refunded them their money.This fridge that my parents just bought from these people still hasnt been fixed and its been over a week! They have lost hundreds of dollars not only on the fridge but new food after the first fridge they bought failed. Theyve been telling my parents for over a week theyd be out to fix it and no one ever showed. Now no on will answer the phone and they blocked my parents!!!! Im going to take these people down. This is not right and its looks terrible as a business owner. I just finally called one of the guys in town WHO IS ABSOLUTLEY AMAZING AND HES FIXING THE FRIDGE FOR THEM RIGHT NOW. A COUPLE MORE HUNDRED DOARS. LATER, but Dicksons stands by their work unlike this horrible company. Heres a couple pictures of what we found tonight!!!!

Do not buy from this company !They sold us a defective refrigerator and then ignored our calls to fix it. They say its warranted but do not honor the warranty. We ended up paying a local company to fix it.

The day of delivery I call them at 10:30am they said they still havent loaded truck yet. 1pm nothing still. Had to go to work my brother filled in for me they showed up at 4:30pm.Tape on washer dryer has my name with 9:30 to 11:00 time.2 weeks later washer broken and they wont fixed. Last 3 days call and call get the run around. Yesterday went there twice same BS. Prices are cheap but dont expect them to fix any problems. I have many properties I know now where NOT to buy my appliances.Apology not acceptedThey had 3 days to come out. Im 9 minutes away from them. All they do is lie lie lie especially girl in the morning. Had two Schedule appointments never showed up and use excuse after excuse not come out.This was for a rental, I treat my customers good. I call my guy he was there in hours and fixed. If you want cheap prices this probably the cheapest you can fine. Good for handyman but not for everyday customer.

Do not recommend.Was sold two faulty appliances. Was able to return the first one though the owner(?) / workers were quick to point the finger at me for the issues it was having.The replacement also has issues which at this point I’ll try my luck having a repair technician take a look at.Employees smoke inside and don’t wear masks at all times like they require their shoppers to do.Notice most every good review is from an account that has made only one review. Most likely created by the owners.

No this review isn’t fake!! This is raw and real! My Samsung washer and dryer was delivered properly and timely by very professional people ( Marlon) if I can remember! They was very meticulous with the set up to assure it was working properly. I didn’t have any issues with the owner or staff! They were excellent. It’s been about 1 week and some change, everything is working PERFECT as brand new. I will continue to purchase from them.

Terrible service Ive been calling since December 30th of 2020 it is now January 4th of 2021 they have said they were going to come out and fix my refrigerator again since they didnt do it the first time on December 30th. Ive called at least 20 times a day talking to some guy every time saying he will call me back in 10 minutes or a lady that tells me that they will be out between 3:00 and 4:00. This is very unprofessional and it is not right I was a pain customer $180 for you to come out and replace two items in my fridge and tell me its all set and you will not honor anything. All I want is my refrigerator fixed. It is for my first floor tents it is not fair to them or me to be going through this.

Paid for a Refrigerator and stove and a delivery. I was told the fridge wasnt ready for delivery right away and I had to wait a couple of days. I was told that they would call and confirm the delivery (they never did) and they would call an hour ahead of time the day of the delivery (a Monday). They never called and never showed. I tried calling and no one answered. They very next day I got a call saying the refrigerator was still not ready and they would deliver on Friday. Well its now Saturday with a no call no show. I will be demanding a full refund. Please go somewhere else, this is a horrible business.

Had refrigerator delivered yesterday. Guy said he checked to make sure everything ok. It’s not ok. It’s leaking all over. Not making ice. And cannot get ahold of company. Awful service

Very poor service, bought a washer from them we had issues with it and they did replace it with another. The 2nd washer also was leaking and not working properly, after several emails and calls we set a tech appointment where they never showed up (3 times actually) issue was never resolved. I paid someone to take a look at it, paid for repairs (while it was still on their warranty) and now, 6 months later, I had to break down and buy a new one. Nothing but headaches and cost me in the end when the repairs should have been covered.

I have been shopping for appliances for a friend in need for the last 2 weeks I finally came across this place and had my mind blown !!!!! It was the cleanest place I’ve been to thus far AND they had a HUGE selection of options for anything you were looking for. I ended up buying a fridge stove and dryer and it was just the best experience I’ve had so far. The owner was very helpful in keeping me in my price rang and showed me many different options - they also offer fast delivery and removal for old appliance currently in the home.highly suggest stopping in and seeing what they can do for you !!! Well, we bought and paid for an entire set of stainless appliances, but after 3 days of waiting for a delivery tomorrow I was called and told theyd be there between 3 and 6 pm. I waited around with a contractor (who had taken off the front door and had to put the new front door on AFTER the delivery). We waited until 7:30pm! No show, no call, and still nothing. no response to texts or voicemails. We flip houses and have rentals... repeat business! Not anymore!

I bought a whole kitchen set in stainless steel for 1500$ and had no problems at all delivery services were wonderful and let everything set up for me to use them. I will definitely recommend them and i will use them again for my next project. Thank u A+

Been calling this company for weeks now to repair my refrigerator. I’m tempted to just go buy another refrigerator but I have an extended warranty that I bought from them. They didn’t show up 3 different times, they don’t follow up or call you to let you know what is going on. I basically wasted 3 days waiting around for them and no courtesy call? I’m just getting ignored at this point. I’ve called the office at least 4 times a day for 2 weeks. I can’t leave a message and the phone just keeps ringing. Im going to escalate this if I need to.

These guys get you in with their prices, but not worth the hassle. After 2 weeks the stackable I bought doesnt work, and for 2 days they have said they would come out, and nothing but lies. It is too bad I would have a lot of business to throw there way

We saved thousands on our kitchen remodel . All beautiful stainless, in excellent condition. One with a minor dent at the bottom. We almost didnt go because of some of the reviews. But we know some are competitors and some people may not have been as fortunate as we were. Pano and his wife are sweethearts. I think they may need some more repair and delivery help to keep up. We highly recommend this warehouse style shopping if you want to save. Why pay retail if you dont have to.

This company is very unprofessional. I bought appliances from them 6 months ago for one of my rental properties. The refrigerator ice maker never worked. It took 3 months to get their technician out to disgnosed the problem.He came out in November here we are in February 14 and still have not came out to fix the problem. I have been calling 3 times a week to try to get them to come out. Some guy Pete always says o will send technician out tomorrow and never shows up. I spoke to owner and she promised she would handle the problem. THAT was a week ago and still nothing . Now I call her cell phone and business and they wont even answer or return my calls.Stay away from this place.!!! MY NEXT CALL WILL BE TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER PROTECTION

Very bad business. No receipts, they sell used parts, inaccurate quotes, very rude people who answer the phone. Owner is not very nice at all. They hang up on you when you ask for a receipt. Technician installed circuit board and charged more than a used part would actually cost. Misinformation about their products and services. Very unprofessional. Would not give an approximate time when they would come and make repair. Did not properly determine what the problem was and just installed a circuit board on the fly. Water was all over my floor within minutes of their departure. Refrigerator not fixed when they left. Bad service.

First I want to preface that any positive add here is more than likely a friend or family member of the business. After my poor experience I went on Google and found very similar experiences as to mine. Purchased a fridge for a rental of mine in August. My wife had gone down there and we purchased a 30 inch full size fridge as it needed to fit into a very specific space. It took over 2 weeks after setting up 3 different delivery dates and they no showed each time. Finally, they showed up with a 36 fridge so you may not even get the fridge you selected. Obviously that was sent back and keeping with the theme another 2 weeks for replacement after again 3 more no shows when they confirmed. The 2nd time they got the size right however the compressor was bad so it kept tripping the GFCI. Thankfully I ordered this early as the replacement came exactly on my tenants move in date. So 6 weeks to get one fridge. If you have made it this far, that was just to get a fridge that was functional. It really wasnt and after being blown off or told I would get a call back from the owner himself, nothing ever happened. I ended up fixing it myself for $2.00 and 30 minutes of work. Being an owner of multiple apartments I would recommend to anyone shopping for a product like this to go to Js Used appliance which is right across the street. Unfortunately that is where my wife was supposed to go however made her way into this horrible place. I deal with many businesses and this place by far has no place serving anyone. Products do not work, service is horrible, and warranties are not honored.

Suly & Panos were great. I have bought appliances from them at least 4 times before. Their prices are great and they are always available to help. Fridges, microwaves, stoves, dishwashers, Ive bought it all here and have no complaints.

What a joke. Installers came late and tired with no estimated time of arrival. Call 20 minutes before showing up. No installation experience at all. My stove was not leveled, The propane burners were not adjusted, even though the instructions recommended doing it . Back trim piece was put in with two screws not the four screws that it needed.One screw was loose the other bearly in.The old orifices were left in the bottom of the burners.Bunch of clowns.Would never recommend .

Place is a shop chop. Selling wreck appliances won’t return your money to just credited you with another bad appliance. Stay away you’ve been worn.

Ehhh.... its a discount (used/dent/ding) appliance store. No frills warehouse in an EH industrial area. If youre looking for cheap appliances, youll find them here, but they wont be pretty. Maybe a rare bargain is to be found if youre lucky.

Dont buy from them, I would give them 0 stars if I could, bought a 1000 dollar fridge, delivered Wednesday may 20, this morning I found a pool of water behind the fridge when we moved the fridge there was a rusted hole on the back of it. We have been calling them all day but they dont answer. They will steal your money and sell you faulty appliances.

Items delivered and they do not work. After several attempts to contact them unsuccessfully, I showed up in person. Owner stated he would send someone on Saturday. Waited all day even calling to confirm. No one showed up. DO NOT PURCHASE ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY. I have a broken stove and dishwasher with a heating element that does not work. They recently changed their name to Warehouse Appliances and have a new Facebook page. I am assuming due to bad reviews. BEWARE! Next step is small claims and better business bureau.

This store is the worst retailer I have ever dealt with. I purchased a dishwasher which they said was refurbished and had all necessary hoses etc. I got home to learn it did not have everything needed. After spends my two days going from hardware store to hardware store to find what I needed, the dishwasher DID NOT WORK!!! When I called the owner, she admitted that they never did anything but check for hoses. I had to spend my time to bring this garbage back to the store and she acted like she was doing me a favor because she agreed to give my money back!!! If I could rate this store with zero stars I would! They should be out of business!

I was skeptical about buying used equipment but I started small with just a dryer. Good shape and delivered on time. Worked great so next I bought a dishwasher. Same experience. Now I went big and got a refrigerator. A few weeks down the road the icemaker stopped working. They tried to fix it but no go. Well the owner himself came out with a newer model and replaced the whole appliance. Thank you Palo. Service was exceptional. Will be sure to do business with them again. I will also tell my friends.

Terrible customer service delivery was not on day promised and then once my dryer was finally delivered the plug was wrong. I called and was told it would be delivered that evening and still no plug for dryer. Do not buy from this company I will be putting a complaint in with the BBB!

I advise no one to do business with this business or business owner. I purchased a refridgerator from here and it went bad in 2 weeks. I tried multiple times to have them repair my fridge and or return my money so I could purchase and a new one and he refused. Then once I confronted him on the matter he called the police on me.If you are looking to get a appliance go anywhere else but here!

As a business owner and operator I would never put a negative review to jeopardize another business BUT in this case it was absolutely necessary .I received 1 broken washer only to get another broken washer that would cost 600 to repair, I had a Technician come out from another company to come look at it and he said it was “jerry rigged” to last short term .I can go on and on about this company but trust me your gambling with your money if you buy from this company and the odds are not in your favor.

My mother bought me a fridge. It was delivered and does not work. They came out to fix it...no sooner did they leave then it stopped working. We asked that the guys turn around and come back. They refused and nobody would call me. Now, they refuse to take calls.

This place is rated an F by the Better Business Bureau, wish I had known that ahead of time. They make you pay cash only, and they dont give you the proper paperwork. I bought a brand new washer from them with a 10 year warrantee from Maytag, and they never gave me the paperwork to register my washer for the warrantee. When they delivered the washer I paid the full amount on delivery, they didnt even have a receipt for me...I told them there was no way I was giving cash with no receipt so the delivery guy gave me his copy of delivery paperwork as my receipt. When I didnt get the paperwork I called and got the most rude and snarky woman imaginable who put me on hold for about 5 mins before hanging up on me, and now they wont answer any of my calls....why wont they give me the paperwork? Is it possible that the washer is not in fact brand new....Im really starting to wonder now if it was actually a stolen washer and they cant give me the paperwork for that reason. This place is all around sketchy, stay far away.

Appliance does not work and company take their time to fix or replace

I bought several appliances from them. It took weeks for delivery . They did not bring me the stove i paid for, the refrigerator did not work properly and the dishwasher had a broken seal. They had to come back and fix the fridge but even after being fixed the ice maker did not work, the water stopped working a week later and now the fridge I bought from them is only cold on the bottom and leaks. It distroyed my kitchen floor. They said they would repair it. But have not as of yet. They never replaced the dishwasher with the broken seal, I had to call persitantly on new phone numbers i got from the internet to get them to answer my calls. I think they blocked my phone numbers.I waited 3 weeks for them to deliver the replacement dishwasher washer and she finally gave me my money back. The broken dishwasher is still here. They dont value me as a customer. They did not show up for scheduled deliveries and did not call to let us on let me know they would not be coming. The delivery workers did not speak English and I could not talk to them about my concerns.

Perchist a refrigerator for tenant apartment in February it was dead by may. They charge a $75.00 service fee, to come out and look at the junk they sell you, that dies right after there little 60 days warranty runs out. Ill never shop there again.
