First thing I must say is that their website was very impressive and professional. Made my appointment to go and see the stove which was brand new and met Tatiana. Tatiana was a breath of fresh air with how exceptionally well her customer service skills are. After I got home I had a few more questions, and she did not hesitate to help me. I highly recommend T and A for all your appliances. They have everything you need and are very nice people to work with. Tatiana is the best!

After the storm we had in NJ las week I lost the fridge I had in my basement along with other belongings. I tried to get a fridge from different local places but the delivery was going to take too long and it was urgent for us to get a new fridge.When I found T&A I wasn’t sure they would deliver to NJ but they took the time to help me find the right fridge for our basement and delivered it within 2 days from my initial call.I’m beyond grateful for the costumer service provided by T&A appliances.

My trusty 16 year old Kenmore refrigerator stopped working on Tuesday. I called T & A Appliances at 7:30 PM. I spoke to the owner. We made an appointment Wednesday morning to look at floor models. I had my measurements, and knew what would fit my kitchen. I met them at 10:45 AM, and my new fridge was personally delivered and installed by 1 PM the same day by the owner. Its a brand new Whirlpool in stainless steel. Could I have saved a few dollars by going to a big box store? Perhaps. Im sure delivery fees would have been less! But what I wanted was to have a working fridge and support a local business. Responsiveness, courtesy, efficiency and availability. Im satisfied.

I actually just walked in yesterday to look at floor models, had the fridge picked out delivered today. They are efficient and answer any questions you may have about the buying process. They were cautious about moving the product indoors - removing any doors that may be in the way (and then putting them back of course). I am satisfied with the experience and would come back if I needed to replace another appliance.

I called looking for a good used refrigerator, to my surprise they had a brand new one, because of two tiny dings. I love it, was extremely impressed with their customer service. The owners were on vacation at the time of my purchase however, they took the time to make sure it was delivered within hours of my buy. The delivery guys were so very pleasant and professional, they measured everything first, whatever they moved in my home, they moved back in place. I dealt with Debbie who is the administrative assistant for my purchase, she was wonderful. My entire experience was so easy and fast. I would recommend them to everyone. Do not purchase any used refrigerator from this place. I bought a refrigerator from here 2 months ago and the fan went. Which caused the refrigerator to not cool. Called T&A and the warrant was only for 30 days and the fan went right after the warranty was up. This place is a rip off you buy these expensive used appliance and they only work for a month to get past the warranty period and then you have to spend hundred and thousands of dollars on a used appliance and now you have to replace it.

We recently purchased a lightly used refrigerator from t&a. The fridge was in excellent condition and very clean. The delivery was same day and actually within a few hours of going to pick it out. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for new or used appliances!

Our dryer stopped producing heat in the middle of a load of towels Sunday night. I went right to FB Marketplace to search for gently used ones and was able to find the exact model that we currently had through T & A Appliances. I messaged Tatiana and she responded back right away. We were able to go down the next evening after work to purchase the dryer. It was exactly as described and works well. Very friendly people with great pricing. They even made sure to plug the dryer in before we took it to show us that everything was in working condition. I’ll definitely be keeping them in mind for future appliance needs.

Very professional! Husband brought fridge to my home and was polite and professional. Literally did all of the work including taking my Door off to get the fridge inside. The fridge itself was a great deal. Saving over a $1,000 on the fridge. Will definitely be returning to them in the future!Update! Fridge stopped working after 2 months! Had someone come out and look at it. He said the compressor was fixed at one point a while ago and was done terribly. Paid 800 for a fridge to last 2 months. Not happy.

Let’s start with I reached out to this place to buy a washer and dryer mid February and by the beginning of March dryer totally went. As a social worker in these times of COVID-19 I have seen the devastation it’s caused businesses. I wanted to give them business and unfortunately they sold me a washer and dryer for close to 1,000$ with a 30 day guarantee I reached out immediately once the dryer failed and they said they’re on vacation an basically discredited and blocked me. The lady was very condescending and the husband was very aggressive when we did speak on the phone telling a customer “he is pissed” because I called...very confusing poor communication & accountability for selling BROKEN appliances to a hard working family that wanted to give local businesses BUSINESS never again! A waste of time and money!!!!!!!!
