Our 2019 Honda Accord Hybrid has a space in the trunk for a spare tire but doesn’t come with one. Honda apparently doesn’t offer a spare tire kit so I’d have to buy the parts separately at dealer prices. Instead I stopped in and Chris was able to get an unused tire and all needed parts (tray, jack, jack handle & lug wrench) from from a salvaged non hybrid Accord that did come with a spare and the cost was about 1/3 of ordering the same parts from the Honda dealer. Hello, I had a 1996 Toyota I was looking to junk. I was in a minor accident and the cost of repairs weren’t worth it for me to fix. I needed and was ready to get a car made this decade. I needed a new engine for my 2003 Porsche Boxster. Was visiting family in New Jersey recently when one of my tire sensors went bad. I decided to replace all of them since they were bound to go out soon. Purchased a door for an Audi, Chris was my sales associate. Had a great experience from the initial phone call to pickup! I wanna bring some clarity to the clueless specie.... You are buying a USED part, not pretty, not shiny and NOT NEW. Anything you buy will need some hours of labor to make it work, especially parts with mechanical internals like engines and transmissions. If you are not ready or able do make it work, fit etc.. Go shop new.... Be intelligent about your purchase and lower those expectations.

I have a unique vehicle (Nissan Frontier, Crew Cab, Pro-4x4, 6 cyl. 4.0L with Off-Road Package) which was built sometime between 8/2010-8/2011. Since this type of vehicle was only manufactured during the aforementioned year, getting parts for it can prove to be a challenge. I was looking for a rear axle assembly and an employee of Ace, Hector, went above and beyond his duties to locate a rear end for me. At the time, I didnt realize I had a truck which was only manufactured during that one year, so some parts (including the rear axle assembly) would not work for my vehicle. With that being said, he located the axle and being a veteran, he gave me a good price for the assembly along with a warranty!! So I took a one day trip from Upstate NY to New Jersey to pick the axle up. However, once I returned home with the axle, my mechanic realized that my axle had a Diff. Lock (Positraction) and the ABS Sensors were different, which would have caused the 4x4 to not work. Also, due to my ignorance, we found that by just changing my bearings and seals, the problem was solved. Therefore, I contacted Hector and told him of my situation. He was very receptive and understanding. He told me to bring the assembly back and he would be more than fair with my refund. Hector was good to his word and I was in and out of there in no time, and no questions asked. I want to thank Hector and the Ace Auto Wrecker team for the fantastic business and customer service they provided. I was also advised, if I needed any smaller parts in the future, they would be happy to ship them to me for a nominal fee since I live so far away. Thanks again Ace, Ill be back!!
