Dr Beeg at the Durham office of the Carolina Hearing Group was very pleasant, thorough, and efficient. I was so lucky that I made my first hearing appointment since nice moving to North Carolina with this group. The receptionist found an earlier than expected appointment for me because I had to go away. Then she and Dr Beeg waited for me as their last patient of the day when I got terribly lost and was very late. In spite of that, Dr Beeg performed a full hearing evaluation and serviced not just my current aids but the older pair I keep as a backup. It felt wonderful to have such kind and outstanding help.

Having a combination of hearing loss and vision loss is unheard of for a lot of people. It can be hurtful just to go to places of businesses, especially when they see you walking with usable vision and a cane.Sometimes people at businesses treat you different and they can even be rude just because youre hearing impaired and visually impaired. They talk to you like something is wrong with your brain or like you are putting on an act. Nope, this is real. I am literally hearing and visually impaired. I wish I was not. But, it is what it is.I needed my hearing aids (I have two) to be maintenanced. I got a hearing test, my hearing aids were maintenanced, and I got a few goodies for my hearing aids! I was treated just like everyone else! I hope to have an experience like this at more establishments.

Had a very satisfying appointment at Carolina Hearing with Brad. He listened to me about my problem with pressure in my ears. We discussed hearing aids and I ordered one that I hope will work. He has told me I get a full 75 days to try it out with the help of Carolina Hearing during that time frame. So far so good
