I recently moved here from out of state. I went online to see who sold the type of hearing aids I brought with me as one didnt work. I made an appt. to take them to Better Hearing Rehabilitation Center the next day. To my surprise the audiologist repaired my hearing aid while I was there and didnt charge me. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful and the office was clean and cheery. Needless to say, Ive found my new audiologist here in Durham

Very friendly staff. I was greeted promptly and very politely as soon as I stepped in! The waiting area is very well maintained and taken care of. First impressions carry a lot of weight and theyve really gone the lengths to put best foot forward.

This was my first visit to BHRC although Ive worn hearing aids for some 15 years. The visit was positive and professional. My wife and I felt validated starting with the helpful instructions from the receptionist, Ms Allie. The hearing test was first class, not stressful. Ms Stapleton, the audiologist. was thoughtful and mindful of my hearing challenges, serving as a professional interpreter .... not a salesperson. Feel like Ive found a home for my hearing challenges.

The people at Better Hearing Rehabilitation Center -- Dr. Shaina Stapleton and her assistant, Arlie -- are among the nicest, most helpful health professionals Ive dealt with. I cant say enough about them. They go out of their way to help you.

From my point of view it was well. I had to take pops to this facility to get reevaluated for hearing loss. Overall the receptionist was nice, and the audiologist I met briefly seemed the same. Not to forget, the place is on the second floor inside the building.

Dr Stapleton was extremely helpful in steering me though the difficult decision of whether I needed top of the line hearing aids. At the end of the free trial, when I decided the benefit for my moderate hearing loss was not worth the price, she was completely understanding and gracious. I completely trust her expertise and judgement, and recommend her and her office highly.

Dr. Shaina Stapleton has a great, accommodating manner. She was thorough and clear in her explanations. Angela, at the front desk, was also friendly and most helpful. The BHRC team even allowed my 91 year old father to accompany me so that he could observe the process. He was as impressed as I was and now has his very own appointment.

I had a wonderful experience with the Better Hearing Rehabiitation Center. The office manager was professional and courteous. The doctor was very accomodating and helped me quickly. I had a hearing aid that was not working and she fixed it promptly on the day that I first called the office.

The place is fantastic and Dr Stapleton made it very easy for me. I did not feel like I was at a Doctors clinic. Unlike the rest of the Hearing centers, I did not have to wait for an hour for the Doctor to see me. I got very clear information and felt very comfortable during my visit. Im glad I chose this practice and will recommend everyone.

My name is barbara feeley,christopher hosken share a computer,i barbara was the patient i had such a special visit with de.stapleton,i came in with terrible ringng in my ears,i wear two hearing aids, i was very worried about a possible tumor from e.n.t phycscian.dr took two hours of her time,after closing time to test my hearing aides and readjust them,the scale was way off before coming to her visit,because of the care and concern that dr, stapleton gave me, my hearing aide were increase 80 percent.she showed how much dedication she has to her patients care, later did find out i did not have a brain tumor,but my hearing was increased 80 percent,taking the time to truly make my life improved,i will always be thankful, i was never treated as well as dr, stapleton, she changed my quality of life, she is a very special doctor with a big heart, thank you is not enough to say,i will always return to dr, stapleton for care,
