My husband and I recently attended Audiology of Southpoint for a hearing evaluation and assessment of an old set of hearing aids he owned. The appointment far exceeded our expectations. Phoning for an appointment, was quick and efficient. The location is easily accessed and lots of parking. The reception staff, Jeff, is friendly, helpful, and informs the patient of all options and available opportunities to seek treatment at this facility. The physician, Jennifer Clarke, is extremely professional and welcoming to her patients and their spouse. We were immediately put to ease and allowed to express our reason for appointment, medical concerns, and financial circumstances that applied to our case..After evaluation, we were given very understandable explanations and affordable options for treatment. The office and exam rooms are spacious and clean.(everyone wore mask)..the tests were quick, painless,and the consultation is clear and precise. A follow up appointment was scheduled in a reasonable time frame for my husband to experience the hearing aids at their programed settings ...and then return for any necessary changes that might need to be made for his comfort..We were repeatedly invited to reach out to the staff for a sooner appointment with concerns or to phone if we had questions. The appointments were never rushed and our opinions respected..WE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THIS FACULTY AND STAFF...they are awesome! The Lewis

My insurance people insisted I try this local group (had been driving to Raleigh) and I am very glad I did. They are super nice and have a great staff and nice office. They made the process very smooth and had my new hearing aids and custom molded earpieces ready in under two weeks. Great folks!!

I responded to a postcard invitation, something I never do. I had postponed getting a replacement hearing aid for one lost at the onset of COVID-19. I am delighted that I made the decision to visit Audiology of Southpoint. Dr. Jennifer Clarke treated me. She evaluated my hearing, confirming my hearing loss. She was most professional, thorough, competent and patiently listened to and answered my questions and concerns. I enjoyed what could have been a trying experience. Office manager, Jeff, excels as the “front stage” manager. He is wonderful with clients and pays attention to details of appointments and needs. The practice has continued to be attentive and helpful throughout my thirty day period of adjustment. I wholly recommend this practice. This is a business that honors its word and does just what they adverstise.Jennifer was extremely professional and helpful. She gave me a hearing test, serviced my hearing aids and even cleaned wax out of my ear canals while I was there to ensure that my aids worked properly for me. All free of charge, without pressuring me to purchase her services!

Jennifer Clarke, CCC-A is an outstanding clinician! She has the patience of a saint. She fitted me with THREE separate devices until we found one that fit perfectly. Then, she taught me to use these hearing aids so that I would get the most out of them. I, unreservedly, recommend this marvelous audiologist. [I wound up with Oticons in-the-ear-canal model.]

I have been wearing hearing aids for many years.  Recently I found out about Audiology of Southpoint (AS) and went for a free hearing evaluation.  I have had a number of hearing tests from other audiology practices, but the one at AS was the only one I have ever had that also tested my hearing under various noisy environment conditions.That alone was a big plus regarding the quality of care available at  Audiology of Southpoint because, while hearing loss can be measured, the ability to hear and understand voices and other important situational sounds under real life conditions is crucial to how well hearing aids can make a significant difference for those who need and wear them.  None of the other practices where I had been going for hearing care in the Triangle area did this same kind of testing.Since the hearing aids that I had been wearing were 5 years old, I was considering getting new ones, but I still wasnt sure that new aids would be much better than what I already had.  I read online that some of the new hearing aids would improve hearing acuity under various everyday conditions and, with Bluetooth, for clearer phone conversations, and for streaming music and video.In discussions with the AS audiologist Jennifer Clarke, I discussed my  concerns.  She not only explained the important features of the hearing aids but also how they would noticeably improve my ability to hear and understand in various everyday situations.  She even offered me a free one-week trial of a pair hearing aids with those features -- and she programmed the aids according to the results of the hearing test that she had performed during that first visit.I was amazed at such an offer.  Never had any of my other audiologists taken much time to explain so clearly how beneficial the various brands of hearing aids would be, and I consider those audiologists to be excellent hearing care professionals.During my one-week trial, I also did more online research about the various brands of hearing aids with similar features.  When I returned after the one-week trial, Jennifer and I discussed my evaluation of the hearing aids in situations at home and out in public even in Covid mask wearing situations.We also talked about the features of the various brands that most interested me.  I did a brief test of a competing brand of hearing aids to the ones I had used during the 1-week trial.  My decision to purchase new hearing aids was an easy one.  I knew which hearing aids I preferred based on the trial period, my online research and, very importantly, in my discussions with Jennifer.I have been using my new aids for nearly 3 months, and I could not be more satisfied.  The quality of my hearing is the best I have experienced since I started wearing hearing aids years ago, and the quality of care that I have received from Jennifer is exceptional.  Her attention to my particular needs and preferences is unprecedented.  I highly and unconditionally recommend her and Audiology of Southpoint.

My personal introduction to hearing aides was a positive experience thanks to Dr. Jennifer Clarke. Her reassuring, professional demeanor guided us through the process of selecting and fitting Lyric hearing aides. She took time to assess my hearing and understand my motivation. There was no sales pitch, we were a team. Her knowledge about hearing loss and hearing aides along with her concern for my wellbeing were front and center at all times.Scheduling appointments was easy. Being greeted by Jeffrey, the friendly masked receptionist, set the tone for my entire experience.

I made an appointment for a hearing test for my 86 year old mother. My intentions were to take her to another place and get a second opinion. Sarah was so helpful and sweet. She made molds for my moms ear on the chance if we decided to go with them all we had to do is call her and she would order the hearing aids. Sarah put my mom in the hearing aids my mom needed and not the high dollar hearing aids. Needless to say after the hearing test and fitting her with demos, we walked out of there ordering her hearing aids. There is such a big difference in my moms whole personality. My keeps saying I wish I would have done this sooner.The cost was so much lower then I anticipated. I can not thank Sarah and her staff for what they have done for my mom. Happy Mom makes a happy me. Thanks Sarah and thanks to your staff for making our visit so enjoyable.

I recently was fitted with new hearing aids by Dr Sarah Brady. She is wonderful, thorough, and tries so hard to be sure everything is perfect for you individually .... not what’s perfect for the industry.She takes her time with you and “does not rush!” My experience was beyond 5 stars. Please go by and get a hearing check...with no obligations. You will be happy!!! 😊☺️😀

First off, I wish I had ten arms so I could give them ten thumbs ups. What an easy, pleasant experience! Sarah was amazing and went out of her way to make sure that everything was perfect with my hearing aides. It is amazing the things I was missing in every day conversations, but now I hear clearly and dont have to have people repeat themselves over and over. My wife is elated, my co workers are happy, and my quality of life has been greatly improved. Quit making excuses and go to Audiology of Southpoint already!

I can say enough how great this place was. They took me in with no appoinment and even assisted me with some V.A. paperwork. They didnt charge me anything. First class and Vet friendly. Would reccomend then wholeheartedly.
