The past month has been nothing but aggravating. Meds not in stock but the text message says it is. I tell the staff I dont need all of the meds on my refill list and they refill them all anyway. I ask for a cost OOP on a product and got an eyeroll from the older gray haired woman. Going to Amazon

I came in today to get the vaccine for COVID-19 and was pleasantly surprised to see how well organized the facility was! There were no queuing, no crowds, and no social distancing to worry about. They were ready for me and my family with our names on a clipboard at the reception and then we got called in immediately into the clinic area where we got the jab. Even with the 10 min wait afterward for any reactions, we were in and out within 15 minutes. Thanks, CVS!

I’ve been using CVS on Hillsborough Road in Durham for years to get my monthly prescription filled. In the past year I’ve had an issues every month when trying to fill my prescription.Today I called to get it refilled and they told me they didn’t have it in stock” that it would be Tuesday before they would ordered it”This particular medication cannot be called it before I’m completely out. It also cannot be transfer to a different location or partially fillet. Which means I have to go cold turkey for 5 to 6 days before I can pick it up... they obviously don’t care to keep up with loyal customers health needs! Which is completely unacceptable!I’d also like to add the person I spoke to was not sympathetic at all! which made me even angrier! He wished me a sarcastic Happy Thanksgiving and hung up on me!!! 😤

Dont get Covid tested here. Go to Walgreens down the street. These people dont have a good process to administer the test. They use LabCorp and the lead time on the test is like 3 days as opposed to Walgreens which will have your results back probably the same day. Also waiting to see if I get billed >$100 for the test (Walgreens was free).

Ive absolutely had enough of this place. Its been my pharmacy since moving to Durham 3 yrs ago, but Im just over it and wont be going back. I put up with their rudeness because I dont often have to go, but enough is enough. It doesnt matter if you go through the drive-thru or go inside to the counter, every person encountered at their pharmacy has a condescending attitude. They are short, brusque, and rude every. single. time. Jayla and the white girl with brown wavy hair and tattoos are especially curt.

This pharmacy is very busy and disorganized. many of the pharmacy techs are not customer friendly and portray a rushed attitude of being put out. Im done coming to this CVS (20+ years btw). Will be shopping other Pharmacies.

Went for drive through covid test. Way better experience than an urgent care that botched my test earlier today and tried to scam me. Hard to make an appointment online and the drive thru wait is long. But the window lady was so friendly and explained everything very well. If you need a covid test come here and expect to wait a little for amazing service that is totally worth the wait!

I have used plenty of pharmacies and even other CVS pharmacies. And they are all fine but THIS CVS pharmacy is the first one where I have felt very welcome and trusted. The staff is always friendly and my prescriptions are always filled on time. When there are problems with stock I am notified promptly. I recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for a CVS in the area.

This is a very busy pharmacy. With very little in the way of customer service. Very unhelpful staff. I had a question for the pharmacist, I overheard her say way didn’t she ask her doctor the question with a roll of the eye. I have gone back three times just to be said script is not ready yet, when it was supposed to be ready the day before. The list goes on and on...... time to find another pharmacy

I was waiting for the minute clinic today and overheard a guy who worked here talking very loud to a customer saying no hablo espanol! I dont think you understand me! He was very rude to her and belittled her because she spoke little English. Everyone was staring because he was very loud. It was embarrassing and hard to watch. He continued to talk about her after she left to another employee. Very unprofessional and rude.

The CVS is further away from my house than other CVSs, but I always get my prescriptions filled here because the associates are so friendly and helpful! Highly recommend Jessica. I promise she will brighten your day!

The picture quality for passports is very poor. My prints turned out blurry and washed out, which was due to initial camera quality (an old point and shoot) and the printer itself. I came in again and thankfully they let me retake them and they turned out slightly clearer.However would recommend Costco or others providing this service

I have been a customer at this CVS for over 12 years, starting back when it was next to Food Lion. I have been consistently treated well and the service was good. The past month or so has been a disaster.Prescriptions that I was told were ready on Thursday were still pending on Sunday. Under-staffed, a huge turnover in staff - not sure whats going on but if it doesnt change soon, I will be changing pharmacies.

The staff is great. However one male pharmacist is extremely rude. We will no longer be using CVS after 3 bad experiences with the same man. I was a customer. I do not work for another pharmacy. I was with one pharmacy for 9 years which was fantastic.We were switching because the pharmacist we had used for years was switched to another store so we thought we would try CVS since it was close. We are going back to our old pharmacy and will get use to a new pharmacist. It will definitely be better than getting use to a new pharmacist and also dealing with a persons mood swings. I have to say I am a loyal customer of CVS. The staffs in the CVS store located at 1724 Durham-Chapel Hill Blvd, Chapel Hill, NC 27514 are so nice and so patient. They treat you as one of their best friends. They try their best to help you. So I recommended CVS to all of my friends. However, my today’s experience in this CVS store, which is pretty close to my work place-Duke, is terrible. The staffs there seem like they don’t like their jobs, don’t know how to smile and don’t want to visit the store again forever. My today’s experience changes my positive view towards CVS. Bad experience!!! Will not go to this store forever.

The staff up front are always very pleasant. However, the pharmacy needs an overhaul. I get notifications that my prescription is ready for pick up and it isnt ready when I get there. Staff will continuously take new customers at the drive through while you stand at the counter and wait. The male pharmacist is so rude!! When you try to ask a question he just acts like you are bothering him. I am moving my prescriptions elsewhere. I would suggest you try and find another pharmacy as well.

I have been using this pharmacy for 4 years. There was a time when they were short handed and things got pretty bad. But I have noticed latley that they are making a real effort to change things for the positive. Ive noticed more employees behind the counter and the actual pharmacist called me personally to ask some questions. I must say that no one has ever been rude to me there. Im happy with their service.

Yesterday my 54 year old mother went in the store I asked her to get candy that was on sale since I saw it on the ad that was sent in an email. She was going to cvs to pick up items for the hurricane thats on its way. She ran into Kevin a cashier who was rude and unhelpful he made her feel dumb because she picked up the wrong size of candy so instead of it being 2/$5 it was $5 each. My mom came back frustrated because he was so rude to her. I dont appreciate someone whose being paid to provide a welcoming environment to pick on my mother. I will now be shopping with her every time she wants to go to This store. If there is another issue like this one I will speak to a manager AND corporate. This is unacceptable. She is a paying customer who loves CVS this makes her day but yesterday she came home sad. Hopefully I dont run into Kevin or his manager because I will have a long talk about customer service.

We took in a disposable camera in June. The clerk said they would call when it was ready. Every time I called about it, the store saidi t was developed off site and they have no way to check on it.In October, I found out that the store gave the camera to my ex-wife. A manager contacted me, but has yet to respond to my email asking for information about what happened. This was by far the worst violation of my privacy Ive ever encountered with any business.If theyre willing to give your camera to someone who shouldnt have it, what else are they doing wrong at this CVS? I encourage other potential customers to steer clear of this business.

This CVS just gets worse with every visit. With the exception of 2 or 3 people, the rudeness is beyond extreme. The pharmacy- not commenting on the knowledge of the staff, because Im sure they know their stuff, is very disorganized, and several of the individuals that work that particular area are rude and unprofessional. I get that dealing with the public is difficult at times, but the rudeness, disorganization, and lack of professionalism is uncalled for. The texting system regarding refills is wrong more than its right. Meaning, when you receive the text that something is ready for pick up, and you get there - its really not ready. Thats very frustrating. I work in healthcare, and believe I can recognize burnout when I see it, and have always been polite. However, this is no longer acceptable.

I have been using this pharmacy for a year, and it is consistently a disaster. The pharmacy always seem understaffed and stressed and the pharmacys technicians customer service is terrible. The wait times are ridiculously long between drop off and pick up, and on numerous occasions, they have repeatedly called and left automated messages that prescriptions are ready to be picked up and then when I arrive, they have no record of them. I gave them a year, but I will be switching pharmacies ASAP.

Always a problem at this pharmacy. Prescriptions are not ready and sometimes they cannot find them in their system. Usually a long line of unhappy people at the pharmacy counter. I hope they change things- clearly needed!

I visited yesterday for the first time and found myself with Nicole, very rude and instead of answering my questions, she went mute and made me go through a very stressful shopping trip. Then, I called this morning to ask if they had a product and Nicole (again!!!!) put me on hold and never came back! .....they need to smile some, and at least pretend they want to help their customers
