Our first time at this location or a Biscuitville in general... Good food good service. Worth your time.Edit/Update: Stopped for breakfast this morning (6/11) and have the dogs with us. The lady at the window saw them and gave us biscuits for them. They are super cute too! We were expecting something like a milkbone type thing, but no! Biscuitville makes biscuits shaped like dog bones!! 😊❤️🥰Also, our biscuits were very delicious this morning!!! 👍

Theres Breakfast and then theres Biscuitville the best biscuits ever I mean ever mom loves theyre steak egg and cheese biscuit and the grits I love the French fries and the southern iced tea the chicken club and the homemade honey buns are to die for

My first time to Biscuitville and the food was amazing!!! Better than any of their competitors. However, what truly makes this place phenomenal is the voice behind the drive-through... Ms. Debbie! Can I just say, she was a ray of sunshine and even told us she makes the best tea in town and it truly was!!! We seen her in the drive through window and you can tell her smile through her mask. Shes the most friendliest employee Ive ever met!

The food is delicious. I go there at least three or four times a week. Great staff with an awesome manager! Candy is the best!!

First time here .. the line was dummmmmmmb long but moved relatively quickly . The lady taking my order was great, I explained I had never been there before and she was very patient and they got everything correct . Food was excellent ..will be returning.

Biscuitville mostly everything with bread. But very good and fulfilling for a breakfast and maybe lunch . They are very clean and good best place to get breakfast real quick and easy . Everything is fresh especially their muffins so many different flavors to try there. My favorite place to eat breakfast/lunch .( trust me it is amazing)

Pretty good. Little more than I like to spend for breakfast but almost worth it.That what I said then . Lately they get my order wrong (buy a steak egg and cheese but get just a steak biskit) and today I set in a line for 10min only to find the place was not even open (645in the morning. Im done . It was good . Go to Mickey Ds across the street .

Whenever I am traveling I-85 in North Carolina, I always try to stop in Burlington (this occasion, Durham) for a quick bite. They have better food than any of the traditional fast food chains.

Amazing service. Biscuitville biscuits are always amazing. Love their hash browns too.They were talking orders in the lot, so you didnt have to talk through the speaker system. Faster too. Ive never seen a drive through so efficient.

COVID-19 WARNING! We tried to get food from this location over the weekend. The woman taking payment was not wearing a mask at all. Then we got to the widow to get our food, 3 of the 5 folks we could see from our car had their noses sticking out. We politely asked for a refund and explained why and were treated terribly by the worker at the second window and the manager on duty. This location has become a staple since moving to the neighborhood, but having a high risk family member, we will not be returning.

Very good food, better than some of the other Boys scuitvilles. This location was on point on the food and so quick. Great service, friendly people. Would definitely go again.

I have trouble getting them to understand extra butter. This time both biscuits only had butter on one side. The other side was fine. And I had to wait because they were out of biscuits. Really? At Biscuitville?

Biscuits were decent. Definitely not the setup that I was expecting. Its fast food breakfast served all day. I did happen to fall in love with their Strawberry Muffin! Great staff at the time I was there.

I frequent this establishment approximately once every other year. But, I saw they were promoting their cranberry and orange muffin. It was DELICIOUS!!!

I love this place! The food is great. The service is usually great. Only once have i had a rude server.

Met with 4 or 5 City of Durham Police Officers as part of their outreach efforts to the community. Called Coffee with Cops, we had in depth conversations on a number of subjects including gunfire in the neighborhood, reasons for the citys vacancies in the Durham PD as well as the hopeful discussions going on about the deployment of gun fire sensors in the city. The coffee was good and very hot.

The service is usually quick, there is a traffic problem that occurs when traffic coming into Thts parking lot from Holloway St side. The traffic coming in from that side does not have the right away coming into the parking lot no matter how long you have been waiting!

I do like Biscuitville. These places are an NC local chain, and their pretty good for fast food. Locally sourced ingredients, and the food is fresh cooked. It all has a southern flare. I wouldnt come here looking for vegan or gluten-free options. But, if you want a well done biscuit with some deep-friend meat on it... then this is your place.

It took 45 minutes before I had to get up from table and go to Manager to let her know the service was so slow, and wanted my food. It took her 15 more minutes to put it together and still she gave me grits, rather than the gravy I had paid for. Not a place I would go again. Im visiting from Dallas, Tx, and had planned on having a biscuit for my mid-day snack.I am trying to send email as asked, it doesnt work the address you left.

I am thoroughly impressed with this Biscuitville! The management should be proud. The staff is always friendly and Ive NEVER had a bad experience here. The service is quick and accurate.

The cooks are phenomenal and they have one manager who is always the same every time you come in and she greets everyone. Quay is awesome

On my visit on 9/11/17 around noon, the staff including the manager, was extremely helpful, pleasant, and genuine. When I inquired about a seasonal special and was told I was just days too early, the manager surprised me with a small sample of the special to come. Not only did the manager just build a regular (as I just moved here over the weekend) but he also helped with the hype as now Ill tell all my friends how good the seasonal special will be!!! Thanks so much, Ill be back soon!

Fresh hot food all the time

I got there around 12:10pm. They said they were out of sausage for the day. Then they were out of honey buns. The bacon was chewy which is why I switched to sausage months ago. Grits just werent good. Extra biscuit mashed and no butter added. I usually have a pretty good experience there. Not today.

If you love southern right down country food, this is the place for you and your family. Fast drive thru service😉

Biscuits were delicious. The coffee was great because it was dark, every where else i went was light-brown and watered down.

This is the first time coming to this location very unhappy lady taking the orders in drive-thru was rude did not get everything I and I was planning on buying more stuffbut the lady was rude did not want to take the rest of my order will not be coming back to this location to ever again

The gravy tasted burnt, the apple fritters look like they were burnt, the strawberries lemonade was water down.

Biscuitville has the hands-down best biscuits in the South! Their fresh, flaky biscuits melt in your mouth as it tickles the tastebuds making you scream, Hooray for biscuits! Id recommend what biscuit to get, but frankly, all are awesome and worth trying...theyre so affordable, why not try them all?

I went here with a few others. The oatmeal can be vegan friendly and the others who I was with enjoyed their food as well.

Normally I get a great breakfast at this site in the village . But today maybe it was the stuff maybe it was cuz they were busy I dont know they let me down and then let my co-workers down as well. The food was dry overcooked we didnt get everything that we wanted in my order Im very disappointed

Very efficient and kind staff! I was very pleasantly surprised! I don’t go to Buscuitville often, but when I do, I ALWAYS choose this one because of their staff! They’re some hardworking people!

The food has always been extremely quick, consistent, and good. I stick to the basics -- sausage biscuit, sometimes with gravy. I did try the Cinnamon roll this time and it was also fantastic. Very friendly staff and clean bathrooms.

Everyone says to try this place so we finally did. It was good. The place was clean and packed at 1030am on a week day. While we waited for our food we watched the gentleman make the biscuits. We do not live close but we will be stopping in again.

Excellent.Daveyon, my cashier and all around go getter with emphasis on superior customer service, took my order and ensured my comfort as well as gently reminded me on the need for condiments and utensils.Manager Qua (Pronounced Kwā) was a dynamo. She was unobtrusively proffessional, supportive, efficient, and caring of staff and customers.Master BiscuitBaker V was a machine...effortlessly creating batch after batch of hot buttery deliciousness.The whole staff was top notch. I think this is my favorite location and I have visited a few others.For all my eloquence...the bottom line is...they make me, a stranger, feel like family. They treated Everyone like Family.

The food was as good as I remembered I have not been in North Carolina for about 6 years. Theres always fast service and a friendly smile on the other side of the counter, the only thing is that they need someone staffed in the dining room to continually clean off tables and sweep.
