Sammie and Jennifer have been the best and very helpful to me.

I just left this store and the sales lady was very nice, cordial and polite. She was also a great salesperson and tried to sell me everything I asked to see..lol. The items I did purchase, she took them and put everything together so that when I walked out of the store, I was ready to use my phone. She was what I call and EXTRA MILE salesperson and I left with a sense of peace unlike going there other times. Give her a raise!!!

I called last Saturday 12/28 inquiring about an Iphone 8 Plus 128gb. The female I spoke with told me the manager ordered it and it would be in by the following Tuesday and she would call me when it arrived. I called twice during the week and the phone still hadnt arrived and this same female kept giving me bs about the holiday delay and saying I have your number, Ill call you. I find it hard to believe the manager ordered this device a week ago and it still hasnt come in yet. I dont think it was ordered at all and the store was just full of bs and waiting for me to get tired of calling them. Very poor customer service for a company that at its best delivers standard mobile service. I would think you all would be a little more grateful for prospective and current customers!

Been in alot of phone stores and most of there employees care about nothing but selling u something, and most of my experiences have been not pleasant to say the least. A young man by the name of samuel at one of ur stores n durham nc on university drive has always been very professional and helpful every time ive seen him. The way ALL your employees should be. Need more ppl like him

Customer service is terrible I just came to pay on a bill.. The little girl helping didnt know what she was doing and had me enter my pin over 10 times.. She kept stopping and speaking in Spanish to her Co worker.. I didnt appreciate the service today at all.. Very unprofessional..
