I requested to have my phones battery and charging port replaced. The first day I came to pick up my phone, my phone had no cellular signal, no mobile data signal, and I couldnt get wifi. I wasnt told this BEFORE I came to pick my phone up after repairs. It was just a terrible surprise when I got it. I had the shop keep it to see if they could fix that issue. I was told that water damage in the phone took my signal away while or after they were replacing parts in my phone or something? Even though my phone worked absolutely fine in terms of signal BEFORE I sent it in. My charging port and battery work fine, but I now have no phone, just a glass brick. I did get a refund.

When my feelings where in doubt. CPR Tech figured it out. Plus the price is right especially in times like now with the repair of my computer. Thank you for your service. Ive been to other repair places CPR is the best.

My iPhone refused to charge and I was about to go on a road trip. Stopped in here to see if it could be repaired and the owner quickly said he could probably fix it. Took it in the back to clean the connectors for less than a minute and it charged no problem. Owner is really friendly, the shop is clean and personal, and they buy and sell phones. Ill definitely be back if I have any more problems.

I will only go here for any repairs. My phone broke and they had my screen in stock and the repair took no more than an hour. My phone looks brand new and it works perfectly. Last time I had to go to this place was three years ago. Same dude, same level of efficiency, and he remembered me. It’s just, I didn’t know people could enjoy their job that much. Glad to see they’re still in business because of the area their suite’s located. I see a lot of businesses go in and out of there.

Had a small crack on my iPhone’s camera lens that I wanted fixed. The man who worked there tried to debate with me and insisted I should leave it alone because it doesn’t affect the pictures taken. Then claims he would have to replace the entire back of the phone and to leave it with him for 24 hours. I went to a different place and they were able to fix just the camera lens in an hour.

This is the place to go for any kind of computer or cell phone repair! The personnel really know their stuff, and fully explain to you what they propose to fix your problem. They are also conscious of your budget and tell you when it would be less expensive to buy a refurbished version of your device rather than fix the one you have (although they will fix your current device if you want them to). Over the years I have taken desk top devices and a Kindle to them, and have been happy with both the speed and the cost of the service. These folks have my highest recommendation.

This business made my day today. Had a cracked screen, called to see if they had one in stock or did they need to order one. They had to order the screen, and it arrived late the next day. So today I ended up driving to the wrong CPR cell phone repair shop in Brier Creek (Im relatively new to the area) When the Brier Creek shop didnt find me in their system, it dawned on me what Id done. They said they had the screen avaialble, but I said NO! lol, the other shop ordered the part for me, so I was obligated to go there.These two shops are a bit of a drive apart, but I had the day off.I get to the correct shop, (this one that Im writing the review for- I triple checked ) and after a short wait, the man (didnt get his name) showed me that my screen was in fact, NOT cracked. It was the screen protector. !!!Now Im really feeling inept, but he was sooo nice, and kept tell me sorry. Sorry? Im the dunce here today, and a dishonest business may have taken advantage and not told me and done an unnecessary replacement.I appreciate his honesty, and will certainly go out of my way to this business in the future when /if needed. Very pleasant people, and honesty is valuable quality :)

Very irritated. Charged my $159 up front and told me to leave my phone over night for a part he didn’t even have in stock. I went without a phone for 24+ hours and won’t have a refund until 3-4 business days because he didn’t not have enough cash in his drawer to refund me. Front screen was replaced and now seems laggy and raised around the edges like it isn’t a genuine Apple product which to be fair i did not ask up front but I just figured for $179 i would get a genuine Apple product. Super inconvenient, super irritated.

I needed the screen and digitizer replaced after dropping my phone. When I picked up my phone it was opened to my personal photos. He had told me he needed my pin inorder to replace the digitizer and screen, but I later learned thats not actually necessary. Who knows what else he was looking at. He also said he had to replace my battery, which wasnt causing me any issues prior to me delivering the phone to him. He told me I didnt have to pay for the new battery (as we had not discussed this prior) but he reduced the price, so I paid for it, thinking he was being honest. I dont think this man is honest, and he frequently shows up late.

Highly recommend! He replaced my Macbook Pro screen fast, did high quality work, and charged several hundred less than Apple. On top of that, he is a really nice, helpful, and intelligent man. A real pleasure to do business with! I would definitely go back with a phone/computer repair.

Brought my console in 3 weeks ago and I still haven’t gotten it back, and this wouldn’t be a problem if the man there hadn’t said it WAS GOING TO TAKE 2-3 DAYS. I tried calling multiple times and the people never gave me a reason why it was taking longer, and never called to tell me that it was going to take longer, never going back to this place

They gentleman were very helpful. They had thorough knowledge of my problem and were very quick to fix it; all at a reasonable price. What was most outstanding was that they went to great lengths to preserve my files. Ive already recommended them to my peers and friends.

Ive had two recent experiences with CPR, both of which were exceptional and involved battery replacement. I took an iPhone in and within 15 minutes walked out with a fully functioning phone. In the second incident, I brought a tablet in to replace the battery. The owner, Omar, explained to me that some tablets, such as the one I had, are disposable and as such the cost to repair them, even replacing a battery, is more than the original cost to purchase it. He didnt have to do that. He could have simply replaced the battery and sent me on my way. I had forgotten how much the tablet had originally cost, and would not have considered the disposability factor if he had not been totally honest with me right up front.I will certainly use CPR for all my cell phone & computer repair needs in the future.

I brought in my laptop to even see if it was worth getting repaired because a previous place had cracked part of the casing. The laptop worked fine but overtime it became harder to open. At first everyone seemed nice. But I got no follow up phone calls on how the repair was going. After weeks of having it, I was finally able to pick it up. But it was completely dead. They gave me someones old crabby charger. I was told they would replace my charger for tge inconvenience. I go back in a week, different story. I now have to bring back my laptop. I go in today and after politely waiting almost an hour. I was up next. I get attitude when I start asking questions about my laptop. Then told, oh this will stick out, now they claim its a short in my port. So I say why not inform of all of this before proceeding with the repair? He starts talking about the price I paid and was very rude. I thought I was given a reasonable price because of my military service. All in all he refunded me my money but now I have a laptop that I cant use. I never thought it would end up being worse. I do not like to talk about race but this time I have too. The lady before me appeared white and she asked him a ton of questions and he answered with no problem. My friends laptop I brought in the same day. They checked hers out and didnt charge her a dime when she declined her repair. He answered all of her questions. Im mixed but most people assume that I am black. Ive been in this store multiple times and have been observing while waiting in line and I couldnt believe it when I heard the prices they quoted to the black people were higher than those of either East Indian or White. I wasnt asking for special treatment but a lot of places give military discounts. All I wanted was my computer to be fixed. Giving me my money back was really nothing because my child had to go without a computer for over a month. Disappointing to see and go through when unknowingly I share white and east Indian backgrounds. I told him though that what he was doing was unfair and not right and its people like him that make me regret serving. I would never talk to a customer like that. I didnt stoop to his level of ignorance. I am not a racist person but I have experienced racism. This is one of those times.Added on to respond to owner.Just because youre a minority doesnt mean you cant be racist. You had my laptop over a month and I cant cut it on to see if it works. You were very rude to me for no reason. No follow up phone calls. I didnt insist on anything. I asked if it could be repaired and your response was yes. There were 2 witnesses in the store that saw you in action.

CPR did a very nice job for me after I dropped my phone in some water. They used a special technique to dry out the phone and then determined that I also needed a new battery and a new front cover for my phone. They fixed my phone in the space of two days. Beats the heck out of buying a new phone!

I have taken my computer for repairs here twice within the past year or so. They are extremely professional, caring, and do a great job explaining the repairs. I recommended them to my parents and they had a good experience as well. They do not overcharge and get the job done in a reasonable amount of time.

Just terrible! I went in on 11/27/18 to get a replacement screen for my Motorola phone and I was told the part would arrive in one week. The following week I called and was told it wasnt there but they would call when it arrived. Since that point I have been by twice and called a few times and I still dont have my screen! It has been 6 weeks and they have NEVER called my despite promising they would. I know it was a less than $100 repair but not a single phone call? Really? If they didnt want my business I wish they would have just told me upfront. Go some place else for your repairs.

These folks went above and beyond to replace my iPhone glass screen before I left for a nine day trip. They told me they could get the part the next day which others told me would take 2 or 3 business days. They made it happen despite the fact that I gave them the wrong model of my phone. I was very happy with the entire experience.

CPR ordered the touch screen for my broken android which arrived within a week. I then brought my phone in and they replaced it within an hour. Technician was courteous and efficient. I was pleased with the results despite being a little hesitant because the storefront was in the midst of renovation and the business name was not easily visible from the street. I visited this shop with a problem with a Microsoft surface. I received a professional, quick, knowledgeable, and careful diagnosis of the problem from the manager. The customer service here was outstanding (a big contrast to my experience at the Microsoft store where they were unable to help and instead tried to sell me a new computer). This shop is able to handle a wide range of problems from phones/tablets/computers and their prices are reasonable. I felt confident that they would treat my device with great care and I plan to return here with future computer problems.

Great service and great people. Omir was very helpful and willing to find the best option/solution for my situation. I brought in my Macbook Pro model 2009 with a non-working screen since I dropped some liquid over the keyboard.Omir was very clear about the fact that maybe the computer just needed to be cleaned, and not necessarily replace any major parts if not needed. Luckily for me that was the case. I then proceeded to purchase a Solid State Drive to replace the old one in my Mac to make it way faster. I brought the SSD in that I got from best buy (CPR also sells them) and before I knew it I had a almost new MacbookPro. Its old but runs super fast with the new SSD and Omir also upgraded to the highest compatible OS.Overall super happy about the service provided at CPR. Don’t hesitate they got your back!

OH MY GOODNESS!!! I NEVER write reviews but this guy and his team have it going on! I went to FOUR different places around the triangle including the apple store to simply get help with some more ram being added and no one would help. This guy not only got the problem solved but was also able to fix a virus that had been making life miserable. My wife needed her battery replaced in a Samsung S7. The first battery they put in didnt hold charge well, so we went back. The manager, Mr. Mirza, was entirely sympathetic and immediately replaced that battery with another, more expensive one. He was totally professional, friendly and took time to be sure we understood if there were any other problems, he would take care of us, no questions asked. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Horrible experience! The owner changed the story and upped the price twice. They did not do what they promised and took longer than agreed. My invoice states they restored and recovered my hard drive but they lost critical files and all the MS Office programs. For what I paid i should have bought a new computer and had someone else transfer the files from the hard drive.

Still using the PS/2 mouse, that Id purchased here 8+ years ago. Best of luck!

CPR Cell Phone repair has had my phone for over 3 weeks and the only reason Im giving them 2 stars vs. 1 is they offered me a loaner phone due to taking so long to fix mine. My phone is still not fixed after 3 weeks, first it was a bad battery, then it was maybe the charging port and now well, maybe the logic board is bad . Ive heard all the excuses I can stand ..... While the proprietor is very polite I really dont think these folks have a clue on cell phone repair ..... FED UP !!!

I had poured something on my laptop and I called them and they told me $30 to reclean but when I reached there they had another fee which is $65/hr and they said it could take a minimum of 3hrs and its not a guarantee that the laptop will work, they could have been straight from the beginning instead of driving there and then they change the story.
