I recently bought a phone from this place and the Rep was absolutely nice and knowledgeable of the service they provide. I had to return today as I needed help with my new device and Valerie went above and beyond with the help she provided me. I absolutely the service they provide here they were in no rush to getting me the help I much needed.

Its not the store it is the boost Mobile system they only workout for people that are not African-American if you are African-American theyre not going to help you especially with the covid-19 IM covid-19 victim and theyre not doing anything to help me out and I have been a customer for 5 years straight sad

I highly enjoyed the service I received today at Boost. After 3 failed attempts amd a different locations, I called Boost and they were welcoming from the start. I got my new phone and added a line to my current service with Boost with a smile on my face. There was a rough start to my day but Balery and Cathy took the load off with ease. Highly recommended.
