Great customer service. Justin & Kina were really helpful and kind towards me and my son. This now going to be my store. Their patience in answering all my questions was appreciated and product knowledge were impressive. Keep up the great work !!!

Management at this place sucks. Kelley and the two Spanish gentleman were awesome and treated me with care however the manager with the braids has extremely poor customer service skills. I will be taking my business elsewhere

I had a great experience here with store manager Keema & associate Reemie today! They were very knowledgeable, professional & attentive to my multiple issues, despite this new merger with T-Mobile & Sprint. I will be coming to this store from now on! 😊

I had a terrible experience with the manager. The manager actually quoted me an incorrect price on my IPAD and I had to pay extra money. She told me the I PAD was 0 dollars down and they debit my card without informing me of the extra amount. I would not recommend this TMobile store to anyone. The manager and staff are incompetent and are not apologetic about mistakes made.

Was totally caught off guard, on Thursday, September 5th this store was so helpful, the staff assisted me and my daughter with the upmost customer service. We could not decide whether or not to get a pair of Apple headphones thank you guys for helping us.

Go to any other location. The store manager and other workers their are very young and inexperienced. I had the manager, Caitlyn, assist with a warranty exchange. The phone that arrived was dead and did not charge. I paid only $5 for shipping, which wasnt bad. While I waited for Caitlyn to make a call, I called my family plan holder to explain the return did not happen due to the issue. Caitlyn got off the phone, handed me the dead phone, and told me to keep it since you already paid for it. Caitlyn called me 45 minutes later to tell me I would now be charged for the phone, due to keeping it, after she handed it to me, and specifically told me to take it.On top of the issue of not getting an exchange for a mechanical issue with a phone that has insurance, you will need to deal with unfortunate incompetence of staff, even from management themselves. I have not visited any other T-Mobile stores in the area, but after two visits, I will never be returning to this location as long as current management is allowed to stay with their level of knowledge.

Arrived at 7pm to purchase a new phone. i was told i couldnt, because tmobile phone wait time was too long. Called tmobile myself and I was able to speak with someone immediately, they said these actions are unacceptable an not toIereated. do not recommend going to this store!!
