Keith was awesome! He helped me test and replace my near-dead OEM car battery all in under 15 minutes! Hopefully Duracell will be more reliable than the white label Interstate battery for Subaru. Extended weekend hours here and 10% pick up order special are icing on the cake. Much better price than at my car dealership.

Helpful, knowledgeable staff. Good prices. Im happy to drive a little further to make a battery/bulb purchase here. While I dont mind picking up a pack of AAA or AA batteries at another store, I find that this place can answer almost every question Ive ever had about batteries and usually has what I want in stock in terms of less common batteries and bulbs.

Andrew was amazing to work with. I was purchasing new batteries for my RV ($600), changing to 6V AGM golf cart batteries. Id done some research but was definitely unsure of myself. I ordered online and had an in-store pick up for my specialty light bulb purchase and it worked out great, even got 10% discount for my online order. Everyone at this store is kind and helpful - They recycle bulbs and batteries too if you are working on a remodel. I would say that based on my line of work I do go to this store approximately once a month and they always have what I need for work and great discounts on batteries too. It is a great place to get headlamps, flashlights for storm preparedness too.

I had an issue with the car battery that I bought couple of years back from Batteries Plus Bulbs. So, I went to the store in Durham, NC and got it checked. Once they found that the battery might have become defective, they immediately replaced it with a new battery, no questions asked. Even my earlier visits like for Car bulb, Phone battery at other stores were also quite impressive.

Knowledgeable, friendly and quick car battery install. Here’s a tip: When you have a new car battery installed always purchase the terminal ring protectors. I always do this and have never had any corrosion on the terminals; a lot of protection for a small price! The BP crew will install them along with the battery.

They had what I needed, were able to give me a discount by my ordering online, and installed it for free.Christian, the sales person who helped me, was very professional and courteous. No reason not to go back, and I will for whatever other battery needs I may have.PS - Two years later, an issue arose with the battery. It went dead and had to be jump started by AAA. Went back to the store, they confirmed the battery was defective, (hey, that happens sometimes) and without ANY hassle, promptly and efficiently replaced the battery with a new one. Friendly, courteous and professional. Great customer service and attitude aimed to not only allow me to walk away happy, but pretty much guaranteed I would come back to gladly do business with them again in the future.

Best experience ever, all I had to do is say my name and he pulled it up on the computer picked up the battery and asked me to pop the hood and he installed it. Also saw that they fix cell phones are able to fix FOBS and order them when needed.

Well, I made a 10 AM appointment online for the installation of a battery in an iPhone and arrived on-time. I was told that the technician did not actually start until 11 AM and to come back at 11:30 to pick up my phone. I dont understand why I was given an appointment when it was simply way too early. I had to find a way to pass the time for 90 minutes. Not good for business.

Ordered a set of halogen bulbs for fiber optics I couldnt find anywhere else. Im glad I was able to find them on the website so easily. Order was ready in less than an hour. Picked them up after work- was so easy! Highly recommend- store was clean, well organized, and the gentleman working there was cordial and welcoming.

I ordered my battery online due to the 10% discount. I got a call from an employee to let me know they had my battery in stock. Once I arrived, another employee asked if I was picking it up or did I need help putting the new battery in. I told him I wanted the new battery in and he was very helpful as the battery in my vehicle is in my trunk and was bolted down. It was very hot that day and I truly appreciate him putting it in and it was no extra charge. I will definitely refer others to Batteries Plus, just as I was referred that morning.

I had my battery die early in the morning. Knowing I had a Battery Plus very close to where I lived I went online to see if I could find a replacement battery. Not only was it easy to find a replacement battery with your the search tool, it confirmed that my local Battery Plus had one in stock and allowed me to buy it online with the idea of picking it up at the store, which I did. Then the folks inside the store helped me pull the old battery out and replace it with the new. In all, an excellent experience from the ordering of the battery online to the assistants of the store staff.

The stores staff did a good job of getting the battery shipped from another store for next day pickup. Unfortunately the laptop battery wasnt the correct one for my laptop. Better quality pictures would have prevented the problem. I found the correct battery at Duracell Direct, which had excellent pictures and lower prices.

Bought a battery for my garage door on the website and arranged to pick it up and the nearby store. The battery was what I needed and was less expensive than one available through the Liftmaster website. Got an email telling me it was ready, and it was.

Best experience ever. Came out to hold an umbrella over me while swapping car battery in the rain (offered to swap batt too), then carted my old battery back in store for core return. Great!

Ive used them in the past. Recently they put a battery into my iphone and it blue a resister creating discard issues. They diagnosed the rare event and sent the phone to be fixed and returned it to me in a few hours - when I thought the phone was dead. If the phone was unfixable they were going to replace it. They stood by their service.

I took my iPhone6 to the Apple store a month ago with battery problems. They said the battery was like new and good even though it would show 100% power one second and dead the next. This morning I took the phone off charge and the phone died and could not be Re-charged. I could not get an appointment at Apple so I went to Batteries+. They put a new battery in and the phone was up and running in 15 minutes.

This is a great shop! We have about 10 UPS devices of varying sizes at work. The UPS devices work well except that our power goes out often, thanks Duke Energy. Well, we can bring the devices into their shop and they are very happy to figure out what the replace battery is and install it. We have done this so many times. We now keep 2 extra batteries for the regular size UPS devices and flip it out ourselves. That way we always have backups for our backups! Oh...they also have LED lights...weve gotten some of those too...but they last!

This place sells high quality Duracell batteries. They were able to switch out my battery in 10 minutes. Really great place!

We have a 2 year old and 2 month old so getting out of the house is already difficult.Then we pay $400 and make an appointment to have a key fob made yesterday at 10am. It would be especially nice for the employee who can program the key fob to show for work for the appointment. Now we have no key and no clue when we can get somebody to make a key we paid a small fortune for.

These guys have everything you might want in the battery and bulb world. In addition, the service is terrific. For example, I brought in a stopwatch to replace the battery, and without asking they took the watch apart (correctly) and installed the new battery. This is a time consuming and cumbersome task, and they just did it. Wonderful.

I have shopped at this store for 2 years since moving to the area. Everything (& I mean everything) I have purchased has failed and the store will not issue a refund--not even a store credit. The 24 solar lights I bought failed in 2 months. The return policy is 2 wks w/ a receipt. I was told I could buy new batteries, the cost of which was nearly the same as new solar lights. Out of stupidity (I guess) I bought 2 other solar lights. Both failed.They are on the way to recycle center. I bought a battery for my cell phone. Failed.So I got a new one online. In spite of my receipt (well past 2 weeks), original packaging & warranty info, they refused to issue a store credit as promised in writing. Not going back for more...............

Took watches in for new batteries. Service guy opened up one of my favorites, stuck a battery in and told me the watch wasnt working. He did not know what was wrong with it. He had difficulty replacing the back. I watched him and he did not handle the watch delicately. First clue. He then opened another watch by the same manufacturer and told me he could not replace this battery either. I got my watches back and immediately took them to a jewelry and watch repair shop. I was informed that the first watchs circuit board was blown and this was likely due to mishandling when the battery was replaced. The second watch was fine. I will NEVER take any watches to have the batteries replaced to this place again. I do not reccomend this place for this service

Ordered a charger for a Galaxy phone online and they had it. Picked up within a couple hours. What was great was one the guys there, fixed my keyless remote on a Jeep I had just purchased. Worked like new!Thanks Batteries Plus!👍

Batteries Plus was able to quickly replace my iPhone screen after I dropped it against a concrete curb and a piece of the screen was displaced, leaving the touch screen inoperable. The cost was reasonable for returning my phone to a usable condition. When there were some problems with the replacement screen, the manager, Neal, provided very good service and replaced it again at no charge. It would have been easy to have been frustrated in this situation, but their efficiency with resolving the problem made me a big fan. Hopefully I wont need this service again, but if you do, Id recommend this Batteries Plus location.

When I went to pick up a car charger for my phone that I bought online for store pickup, the sales rep noticed I had bought the wrong charger. They made the switch to the right charger and let me go out to my car and make sure everything worked. Thanks again guys.

Went in today to get the battery replaced in a UPS that I use in my business and Jabari had me good to go in no time, despite doing some serious multitasking. He saved me some money too by suggesting I set up a business account. He also suggested I check the dates of the other UPSs in my business, because they might be ready to fail as well. I was pleasantly surprised how easy and informative the whole transaction was. I will definitely be back.
