Listen to me -- do yourself a favor and get your vehicles serviced elsewhere. They have no sense of urgency, value for their customers time, and will attempt to extort you.First, when I arrived around 12:30 for my appointment and attempted to check my vehicle in, the person checking me in seemed like I was disturbing them. I waited patiently for my car until almost 2:00. At that point, I asked for a status update. I was told that my car was ready and that they would be bringing it around. I then waited another 10-15 minutes before the same person who checked me in motioned for me to follow her. At that point, I was told that I needed an alignment and new tires and that this was highly recommended. After some prompting, I was then told that these repairs could wait until the end of the year. Mind you...I went there just for a simple oil change and rotation.I completely understand them trying to upsell but they should do what the customer requested before trying that...just my opinion. I made a huge mistake going here to get my car serviced but Im hoping this review will prevent others from making the same mistake.And no...I didnt let them do that extra stuff. I may not know much about cars but Im not that foolish. Places like these are the reason why people dont trust mechanics.

Ive been going to Crown Honda at Southpoint for my regular car maintenance for a few years now. This is the second time I have worked with Mr. Gerald Butler in the service center, and I am so grateful for all of his help. He is kind and honest about the condition of my vehicle and gives me realistic feedback about what needs to be replaced immediately versus things that may be able to wait, which I am especially grateful for given the financial strain of the last year. I feel like my car is well taken care of and the person I am is well-respected. Thanks Gerald!

Abysmal service. I had a 1:00pm appointment for the first oil change on my new Honda. Two hours later, at 3:00pm, I checked on the progress and the service person said, Oh, were like three or four hours behind, its going to be a while. So, first question, why didnt anyone bother to tell me how far behind they were when I checked in? Second, whats the point of making an appointment if they cant even look at your car for several hours? Thirdly, what is the point of giving them your cell number for updates if they have no intention of updating you on the service? When I asked the service person for my keys back she chuckled and said, OK...whatever. This is literally the worst service I have ever received at a dealership service center. The employees of Crown Honda really dont care one bit about their customers or their customers time, and are disrespectful on top of that. Truly pathetic.

Don‘t go here. Awful, condescending customer service. I requested they clean the corrosion off the battery terminals for a fee, check the battery, then call me to discuss if it needed to be replaced. They replaced the battery without my authorization. As soon as I got the keys back, I opened the hood. Sure enough, they didn’t clean the terminals despite me paying for it. I took the car right back in. This was the last straw with this place.

I had an appointment at 10:40 AM for a complimentary A/C check. The individual assigned to me said it would be roughly 2 but maybe 3 hours. After 3 hours and 10 minutes, I called and was told it would be at least another 45 minutes. This is all for just an AC check, not the actual service to fix anything. Go somewhere that will treat you like an individual.

I made an appointment for 3:40 and by 8:30 I called to see if they’d made any progress. No one had even looked at my car.They absolutely need to do better with timing. What was the point of making an appointment if no one was available to do the service that I made an appointment for? DO NOT go here if you expect anything to get done in a timely manner.

I have been a patron of this service center for more than 15 years. Over the past 5-7 years I have seen the service decline. Some of the pros for using the service department 5-7 years ago : honda parts; honda trained technicians, location, competitive prices, convenient service hours, shuttle service, complimentary drinks and nice waiting area, wifi. Cons: No real appointments. The past 5-7 years the Pros are still there but not at the same level Cons: No real appointments, technicians do not check thier work; very unhelpful service greeters (in general, but Tim was quite helpful to walk me through what is really necessary and the risk of waiting to repair. He also looked up coupons for me. He also made sure when I came to pick up my car after he had left that I was taken care of. This is the type of treatment you would expect from these reps in general this is not what i have experienced.), quality of work is not complete.I have taken my car for the same issue official three times. And the problem has not been resolved. This last time I went drop off my car I was told by a service greeter that I couldnt drop off my car and I should come back in four or fives days to be seen. I have never had this happen. overall I am very disappointed and I after they finally fixed the issue I have paid them to fix twice before I will try another honda service location.

The service was done promptly, but without commitment. The usual Honda vehicle inspection wasnt completed. The service attendant tried to placate me with a dummied-up everything is green sheet with areas not completed.When I tried for an appointment, the scheduler said We have over 200 services a day. I inferred, We dont really need your business. I ended up at 8:00 at night. No offer of a carwash. No cleaning inside (worn out Covid excuse).Crown is the only Honda store in the area. Ive know the franchise for years and its motto must be Maximize our profit while doing as little as possible and still keep the franchise.

Had a positive experience getting my oil changed and a driving light replaced. They had good COVID procedures in place and the service advisor was helpful and respectful. They gave me a free trip to the mall where I read a book and waited. Only 4 stars because it took over 4 hours to complete.

They are absolutely terrible with timing. Dont make an appointment here because they will NOT honor it. Sat for almost 4 hours and ended up leaving without a service. It is really ridiculous and not the first time its happened.

Took my car here in June for routine oil change. Found out there’s a recall. Was told by the service advisor that “legally they can’t let me leave with my car with an open recall”. The recall still shows as undone, as I’ve received recent notifications about it. I called to inquire, only to find that the recall was never completed because they didn’t have the parts.1. I waited 3 1/2 hours there for the work to be done. 2. They never told me it wasn’t completed.3. This recall affects something with the fuel pump which can cause it to shut the engine off.So Crown Honda has lied and potentially put me in danger driving a car I thought was fixed, per what they’ve told me. Also, the service manager, Glenn, is a total jerk and shouldn’t be working there.

Wonderful customer service, fixed our leaky tire for free and showed me a few things I didnt know about the functionality of my car and its computer :) He personally escorted me to my car which was a nice touch. Customer service is alive and well at Southpoint Honda! Thank you Dave!!!

When I buy a brand new car from Crown Honda they charge me for changing oil package and until now i didnt receive the Coupon is been 2 years since I buy the car I didnt receive any coupon for change oil and I take my car to change car oil they charge me for changing oil they rip people off and I call the sales department and he said he will send me the coupon again and is 2 week i didnt receive it When you buy any brand new car dont buy any package because youre gonna get nothing

I made an appointment to have my oil changed and some weather stripping looked at that was coming off but still under warranty. I arrived on time for my appointment. I was told that it would be 1.5-2 hours even though I had an appointment. I thought this was a little ridiculous but chose to wait. After 3 hours, I asked about the status of my vehicle. I was told that it would be done in 20 to 25 minutes. At 3.5 hours I asked about my vehicle again. They had not even started work on my vehicle. So nearly 4 hours later, I left with nothing. No one provided me a status update during this time. No one seemed concerned that I had been waiting as long as I had with no work being done. I do not know why they have appointments at all. Completely unacceptable.
