Being new to an area can sometimes be overwhelming at first. It was time for my car to be serviced and Seth in the Service department was exceptional. Highly recommend.

I am very pleased with mercedes benz of Durham! Its a no nonsense, smooth and pleasant experience! Our saleswoman was awesome and took care of us every step! I will only shop at mercedes of Durham from now on! To put that in perspective it is a 7 hour drive for me! I would like to thank Maryann for a awesome car and experience!

Very helpful. They understand the parts well or have people that can help others in their parts department. It is always good to hear American southern dialect mixed in with our diluted society.

Excellent service. I had ordered the wrong springs for my car. Calling the Parts Dept in a panic as the car was already at the shop!, My God Man was patient enough to find me the correct springs and next day aired them to me at no extra charge. Offered to set up an RMA with full refund !!Left a great impression on me.I have even bought another Mercedes since then.

Had a question, they replied in a timely manner and I ordered right away.I received my order more quickly than expected.Parts were perfecto!

Very fast shipping and reasonably priced. The seat belt buckle looked so good, I am going to have to order another one for the passenger side.

On vacation. Ordered a part and asked that it be shipped to my vacation location rather than to my billing address. Part was promptly shipped to my billing address. Caused a lot of confusion and uncertainty. Required me to spend time trying to unravel the mystery. Why then rate 5 stars? Once MBD understood the SNAFU, the parts department over-nighted the part to my vacation address. All is well!
