Certainly the best experience Ive had in the United States. Customer service is excellent, prices are honest, and communication level and availability to the customer is very high. Toby and Sarah were happy to work with me from out of state to do some repairs on my 1958 Triumph, kept me in the loop and executed my instructions and intent on everything. I only wish they were in MY town and not 200+ miles away. Highly recommend them to anyone with a British car, you wont be disappointed.
Great English car shop. Nice to look around at all the history and British engineering on display.
Flying Circus is the absolute BEST shop Ive ever taken any car to. Toby and Sarah were so lovely to work with and kept me very informed during every step of the process. They went above and beyond repairing my beloved Mini Cooper. I could not recommend them more highly!
Toby and crew are extremely knowledgeable, patient, and honest. Hard to find good repair shops, let alone those that work on classic cars. Always very upfront with issues and concerns that might drive up the cost.
Toby Briggs runs the absolute best British cars indie shop in the Triangle area. While I am very much a DIY guy for both of our Jaguars, there have been a couple of instances where the job had me stumped. Toby and his crew have always been able to pick up where I left off and get our Jags back in order for a very fair price. And he is always willing to provide expert advice if he believes you can handle the job yourself and all you need is a little guidance. You wont find many businesses that operate that way these days. Thanks Toby.
Toby and his team were always helpful and informative whenever we ran into issues with our XJ40. Im no longer local, and wish I could find people as skilled as them to work on my X350 where I live now.
Excellent work done by excellent people
Would not trust anyone else but Flying Circus. Theyre very supporting and knowledgeable about my issues . I have been a Customer for Years.
Exotic ares got to love them..
That could be great.
Nice shop. A few cool cars.
Had great well priced service for my jag. Wont go anywhere else with this car.
Very down to earth. Excellent service
I dont think enough people realize how much is actually done as pertaining to the EXTRA MILE that is given by the Flying Circus Team, not to mention the lack of recognition given this team. I take my Jaguar to the Flying Circus, which is the ONLY place I will allow to work on that particular car. Any time I take it to them, they always figure out the most cost efficient way for me to walk out of there happy, and Ive got to say I am EXTREMELY HAPPY when I leave their business! Ive only had the pleasure of working with Toby and Sarah so for the time Ive been taking my car there, but theres no doubt in my mind about the other team members being just as generous as Toby and Sarah. Since day one they have made me feel more than welcome to come and discuss anything about my car that I didnt know, because of them Ive learned alot about my own car that I never knew, I appreciate them for taking that extra time to explain to me in full everything that I need to know when ita needed. When they take my car, it always comes back to me totally fixed in the area(s) needed along with prices lower than the shops that are known to be the lowest costs! If you have a car that fits the types they specialize in working with, I strongly recommend taking ur car to the number 1 business, the amazing FLYING CIRCUS to be treated just as special and as close as family is supposed to be treated. Sarah, Toby and the rest of the team that makes up Flying Circus........I truly appreciate you all, as well as doing business with you!! Thank you!!
Great mechanical speciality shop for British cars
I had my Defender 90 serviced here. I was under the impression that this was one of the best shops in the Triangle to have an English vehicle/Land Rover repaired. The people in the shop that I dealt with were very nice, but long story short they broke my truck and charged me a lot of money . When I picked my truck up none of the issues I had discussed with the shop manager had been addressed. I made it extremely clear what was wrong with the truck and what I wanted done. I question they even looked at the truck. I asked the mechanic to explain to me why he thought my truck was fine. Upon furthur inspection he agreed that he had missed the problem and promptly took my truck in the shop and replaced the part I told them was broken. I had been extremely clear that I wanted this part replaced initially. What made me really dissatisfied was they had the audacity to charge me a full price on replacing the part. I argued with the cashier and paid an inflated price for the part and a half hour of labor. Had they have eaten the labor costs etc I would have been completely happy and wouldnt be writing this. Furthermore my steering box was leaking like a sieve, my steering box had never leaked prior to my visit with FCEC. They could not offer any explanation as to why my steering box was leaking, at this juncture I was getting ill and left. I inspected my steering box the next day and found that one of the high pressure lines fittings had been loosened and was hardly hand tight. I am not really sure how said line managed to loosen itself, in addition to leaking steering box line my clutch slave cylinder line was leaking and ultimately cost me a weekend. I am extremely dissatisfied with their attention to detail. Many people have great things to say about FCEC, their rover tech was one of the first in the state I expected a lot more. They tried to sale me a new radiator and suggested i needed to have CVs replaced since they were leaking...... I am anxious to hear of others experiences with this shop.
Great service, very knowledgeable, and high integrity!
Knowledgeable and honest repairs.
Great people!
