The furniture department manager literally has the best knowledge to every piece of furniture ever distributed through that store. I’ve bought more than enough furniture from Roses and Mrs. Michelle helped make our decision easy even when my wife was being difficult, she walked us through the financing options, she took her time to make sure what we were looking for was found and we were satisfied. If it was possible every single furniture store should have her on their team

Lillian was very helpful. I purchased a king bed onJan 29 and was scheduled to have it delivered on Jan 30. I was able to swap it to a queen bed the morning before delivery and returned for my refund later that day. I can’t wait to come back for my living room!

They were very polite and extremely helpful. And although Im still waiting on furniture I ordered in April, I continue to patronize.

I went into the store Thurs & found an area rug that was just what I was looking. It had a sold tag on it & was the only one. I asked the customer service rep if there was ANY chance of ordering another one for me. Michelle at the Roses in Dunn NC took my name & number & put out an email to see if any other store had one. Today Michelle called me & she had found a rug for me & had it shipped to the Dunn NC store ! I was so happy that she actually followed up tried her best to help me & she was wonderful ! I will continue to shop here because of employees like Michelle! I have my rug ! Thanks to her !Annette Starling
