Wow this place has a ton of great room furniture that is very good quality. No definitely not heirloom quality but hey with the chaos of life its perfectly priced to last several years. And very kind sales people that walk you through purchasing. Great finance options too. Will definitely be going back here in the future!

Emmett Martin was amazing. We described what we wanted and he gave us three solid choices. No pressure just complete stellar service loaded with great technical knowledge of the furniture. We feel like we won the lottery when we walked in and Emmett assisted us. We are long time customers of Rooms To Go for the last 15 years. The higher end products sold there are top notch, the lower end products suited our needs as the kids outgrew their furniture anyway. Rooms to go even warrantied our previous furniture by issuing us a very fair credit to apply to new furniture. We appreciate you Emmett and Rooms To Go!

Our sales person Tabitha was awesome. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and forthcoming with what to expect with our order. I would definitely request her when I go back for future purchases and you should too. Large showroom with a variety of selections, great prices, no military discount but the sales are great. Other staff we encountered wery helpful and friendly as well.

The large show room was really great. Anita our sells rep was on top of her game, she wasnt pushy and she was very knowledgeable about the furniture and the different lines/styles they carry. We bought the chair and two couches in the photos...of course we bought the ivory colors in each piece. I just let go of a set we bought from rooms to go about 19 years ago. I hope the new set holds up as good as the old set did.

Bob is perfection! He was the first person that I saw as I walked through the doors of the Dunn Rooms to Go. He greeted me and let me know that he was available if I needed him. He was not pushy at all. He let me peruse the showroom at my leisure and gladly helped when I tagged him in with questions. Many fell short in previous attempts (at other area Rooms to Go) to make furniture purchases but not Bob. He was OUTSTANDING!!! PERFECTION! Thanks Bob!

I am a returning customer, even though my first encounter at this location wasn’t the best. This time around, I completely enjoyed my experience with Miss. Anna! She greeted me within 2-3 minutes upon arriving into the store. She was patient with all my questions and concerns. I am very indecisive and she definitely helped me with guiding the purchase. We looked at specific upholstered bedroom sets and rugs. I also mentioned needing a dining table set and she went above and beyond trying to match the colors I currently have in my home, (we even moved the dining chairs into natural lighting to see the exact color of the fabric). I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE ROOMS TO GO IN DUNN! We drove a hour just to find the perfect bed for us because ours was horrible! Causing so much back pain & sleeping problems! We visited the I-95 store in Dunn. It was great! Anita met us at the door and listened to our needs. Then she proceeded to guide us thru the showroom to reveal furniture that met those needs. I’m not about to make decisions until I think I’ve seen it all, and Anita rolled with it. She was patient, knowledgeable and fun. In a few hours we had furnished two bedrooms and a living room for a place at the coast. Salesman was great..... walked around with us while we were making decisions on numerous items (2 sofas, a loveseat, ottoman, rug, mattress and boxsprings). He was very patient and informative. We found some great deals and financing was super easy. My only complaint was they gave us no help loading it into our trucks!! They literally brought our items to the dock and walked away. At least 4 or 5 men who could have helped. That was a disappointment.

This place is big..right off I-95. I came in looking for a recliner. The sales associate Alexandria(ali) helped me look and told me about how to check prices for just a recliner. I am a very big person so I found one that fit me. I did get delivery and extended warranty because I am a big guy. Any how..the purchase was way too easy. Recommend highly.

The outlet was amazing. Greensboro Rooms to Go offered the option of pick up there and I was able to get my merchandise earlier than the expected delivery. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the woman (Celia) in the discount outlet portion of this amazing warehouse was extremely rude and offensive! Her customer service started semi ok but when she found out I wasn’t an authorized user the credit account instead of waiting for me to get put on it she said “why can’t you just pay for it? It can’t possibly cost that much”.

Al at Rooms To Go was by far one of the best people we have been helped by in any industry! We were in Rooms To Go in Dunn for over an hour. The ONLY salesman that spoke to us was Steve in the outlet part of the store. He was extremely helpful and nice. After we found what We wanted, we had to go back to the front of the store where we found Stacy so that she could order the furniture. At least 15 Rooms To Go employees walked past us without asking if we needed help or if anyone was helping us. On one hand, it was extremely wonderful not to be followed around and badgered about what we wanted to purchase, but I have to say that was an absolute first having to track down an employee to be able to spend money. Luckily, Stacy made the rest of the transaction extremely easy and we were on our way.

Our sales associate, Rodney Durham, was outstanding. We went to look at beds for my sister and he listened to what we were looking for and showed us the options available for that criteria. We ended up purchasing the bed from him and then I found a dining set I liked and ended up purchasing that as well. He was knowledgeable, listened, and friendly.

James in the clearance section is the MAN to go to! SO many items in the back clearance outlet that have very little noticeable damage, for a fraction of the price if bought brand new out front. James walked me through every deal and offer he could throw at me. I left with a beautiful new king bedroom set. He paid attention to small details that the furniture could be fixed or touched up on right there in the store. He provided some of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. When I walked into Rooms to Go through the front, no one even greeted us. There were several employees standing together talking amongst themselves. We waited patiently for them to finish, but their conversation went on so long that we just went to the back to look around. I was originally planning on purchasing a brand new king size bedroom set from the front. Lucky for James, his customer service was worlds better than the service out front! Thank you James! Everyone could learn something from you!

Atyia was AMAZING!! She helped us reach all our desired goals! We came in thinking we were just getting a couch but she helped us stay in budget and get a mattress as well! My wife an I went to the Dunn Superstore today looking for a full size bed with a trundle. First off, the store opens at 10am and we were there at about 10:40am. We could not find anyone in the Kids section of the store. They had one full size bed with trundle on display. We got the manager on duty, Russ, to come help. We asked if this particular bed was the only bed offered in a full size with a twin trundle. He said it was but that his salesperson for the kids area was not scheduled to come in until 11am. Why would you open a store and not have all sections covered?
