Store is very clean and stocked, staff are all very friendly and helpful!

Since they remodeled the Big lots in Dunn, Its like a whole new experience. I always enjoyed shopping Big lots because I can find deals there but now Its a little more high class lol But you still get the same deals on a lot of things.Oh in the bathrooms finally Thank you Jesus the bathrooms are nice and clean since the redo.

Always love coming into this Big Lots. Wish I could remember the ladys name that is always there. Shes always nice and friendly fast with a smile.

Always helpful and generous staff! My family especially love the furniture section. (Simple little tradition, of 3 generations together, where we visit this store after eating at Pizza Inn.)

I went to get me a crock pot, I found a nice one, have not used it yet, but I know I will love it, because it has digital setting, and will turn it self to low automatically after the time you set it to cook for .

Always out of stuff! Almost every single time Ive been to this location (in Dunn) they are out of what I went there to get! Cant trust the website either because itll say they have whatever it is youre looking for in stock, then you get there and they DONT HAVE IT!!

Love the remodel as it is easier to find things now. Staff is nice and prices on most things are better than other stores. We get coffee, and all our paper products here.

Went to pick up a couch that was advertised on the floor with a price tag on it that indicated a sale for both a couch and love seat. When I asked to purchase the couch, I was told that the deal ended three days ago and they do not have the couch in stock at all. Why would they still have it on the floor advertised if the sale ended and the couch was not in stock? The person trying to help us ended up pressing us to buy something else far more expensive, so we just left. Extremely disappointed with how this was handled by the employees, will not be back.

I walked in looking for a can of fix-a-flat because my wife got a tack in her tire about a mile down the road. Unfortunately they didnt have any but the gentleman who helped me was great! I wish I knew his name, he looked like he was late teens/early 20s. A taller black man. He offered to let me use the phone to call another store to see if they had what I needed before I continued walking and I told him I appreciated it but I had my cell phone.he was working afternoon 4 days ago. If youre in a management position and you know who Im talking about he deserves to be praised and he also deserves a raise

The manager Joe was very disrespectful. I went to look for furniture with an older friend who is also a private duty in home health care worker who took precious time off to take me since having breast cancer diagnosis. He came up once we wanted to know how much h the couch I wanted would be with taxes he said he didnt do that couldnt figure it walked away went back to talking to another employee named Liz who is in the furniture department as we stood there confounded. Then wen we got to the register to check out some small items the cashier Loretta (she gave us her name) was having an issue with the register over the customers sale ahead of us and she got on the mic for help and instead of coming to her aide this manager Joe yells across the store at her something to try that didnt work he then yells something else to the patient young lady who by now seems embarrassed as the line is getting longer whatever he told her still did not solve the issue and he seemed frustrated because he didnt like being interrupted from the other employee he was in a conversation with not only by customers who needed help but the cashier who needed him to actually walk up to the counter where she was to help instead of rudely yelling across the store...he then yelled at her to move over to the next register and use it...by this Tim a long line had developed...she was the only cashier up there and he just continued chatting then started pushing some chairs around as he chatted with the other employee....I am 58yrs old have worked in retail and never seen a manager of a place like this treat customers or employees with such unworthiness it was appauling...

This Big Lots is huge and clean. Everything is neatly placed and displayed in a well lit area. The prices are lower than similar stores and the products are of better quality. This store offers an assortment of products. From food to drinks, to furniture and household goods. From automotive supplies to office and school supplies.The products change constantly offering newness to yards and homes.Visit, and I am sure you will walk out with something.

I love this Big Lots!!! And the staff was amazing!!!! I wasnt getting my digital or emailed couponds and the cashier assisted me and fixed the problem and this store is probably the nicest and organized store I have been to and thats saying alot!!! Haha I love shopping !!!

I love the home section of this big lots. From furniture to decorations to bedding and kitchen stuff. Great prices and selection of those items. Everything else is so so.

Managers and employees were fantastic

Visit was overall great! The cashier was very approachable and friendly, and she made sure to ask about us having a Big Lots card. Being that we didnt she quickly assured us of how easy it was to apply, and explained things regarding our receipt and the card. Apparently she is a long-time employee being she stated she had been there 15 years. I wish there were more retail store employees with that kind of attitude! The only reason I rated it a 4 was simply because of having difficulty understanding the sale signs on one or two of the displays, and one of the displays being the main thing we went to Big Lots for. Otherwise definitely would have given a 5 star rating (:

I had recently purchased a patio set at Big Lots in Dunn. After completely assembling the full set and placing it on my back patio, I realized it was to big for the area. I contacted the store and checked to see if a return was possible. Not only was I able to return the product today, I was credited back the full amount paid today through my banking. Usually returning items at various stores is complicated and with lots of issues. I had zero issues and enjoyed the whole experience. My wife and I, will be returning later this week to purchase a smaller patio set for our home.

This department store has some interesting items and the furniture is nice as well. I dont go here often, I just dont think about it much but its a good store.

Bought a recliner. Was ok. Sales person and I think the manager, was a little bit snarky. Was a chore installing the back on the chair. My wife finally figured it out. A lot of choices in recliners, so the satisfaction ratio was good. Hint : dont ever buy a recliner that doesnt have an arm device to return to sitting mode.

Trying to figure out why there is two different prices for Hawaiian Punch fruit drink. The red one is 2 bucks flat while the blue one is 2.08. I just dont understand why 💁

Theft prevention is taught poorly here. You cannot glare meanly at guests because you think theyre stealing. Experienced shopping while black. Not returning. And they dont even manage their stock appropriately. I bought a snack and it expired on May 4th, and I added a photo so you can verify. So food that is 2 months old is still on the shelves.
