Amazing place to work. Kind people, fantastic hours and benefits. If you need a job, this place is ideal for the area. Be prepared to work, though. If you just want a check, better try taco bell. Its real work.

Lots of options for coloring and I drive trucks for a living and I delivered here its a nice big gigantic lot very secured professionally maintained. Very easy in and out for a truck driver. Right next door is a cafe to eat at also and park your truck.

Overall experience was good. Unload me in 2 hours. Overtnight parking is outside from this facility.

One of many employees who had terrible problems continuously with them messing up our pay. It has changed dramatically over the past 10 years. Upper management is no help with anything we report. They are always hiring and its no wonder why. So much downfall here.

They are one in a million. I got to the facility a day before my appointment and they took me in and out within 30 minutes.

Friendliest Dude Ive ever met working security at the guard house. Extremely efficient and Uber professional. This young man needs to make videos on how to conduct yourself professionally at any entrance where you are checking folks in. I was very, very impressed. I checked in at about 4am and the temperature was below freezing, but considering this young mans attitude you would have thought it was a 78-80 degree spring day with a slight breeze. Thats how cool he was. Family Dollar, promote this Dude, ASAP!

I arrived at 0845 for a 0900 appointment. After waiting for a couple minutes in line I was checked in and sent to the receiving office for my door. I was given my dock and less than two hours later I was unloaded. The process was very easy and I was in and out in under two hours. My only complaint would be that the queue parking area near receiving fills up really fast. Other than that theyre a great customer.

I was delivering at this location!people its really nice and helpful.You need to show BOL and CDL when check in. They will put a sticker in your trailer, then go to the receiving office and give paperwork so they will set you a dock to get unloaded.Once unloaded theyll call you to the office again. Before exiting leave one trailers door open because they will check that your trailer is empty. After that you are good to go!Other thing its that if you are by appointment, you cant go early.

Checked in at 11pm for 9am next morning appt.lady guard was super nice,asked me if I wanted her to see if they would take me.she did.they said yes.put me in a door was gone at 11:40, they have overnight parking on the road behind the warehouse b4 you get to the truck entrance. You will see it b4 you even get to the truck entrance. Also there is a truck stop 13miles back up the road in Marlow OK at the intersection of US 81 and OK 7 open 24hrs and plenty of parking.its a Phillips 66 I think.u cant miss it.

Truck traffic can get congested but for the most part, Im in and out pretty quickly as long as the paperwork and loads are ready...

Went for interview and was easy to find. The parking lot is well organized and easy to navigate .

Cant get anyone in receiving to answer the phone. Cant get answers to important questions if people ignore the phone or no one is on duty.

Pretty fast unloading but dont if they are consistent with it. No overnight parking. Got there 2 hrs early and got a door. Hopefully its like that next time I go 🚶

Unloading was fast about an hr. Lady at receiving office was alittle grouchy. She was very short spoken with all the drivers in line. Throwing stapler, slammed phone down. Perhaps she was having a bad day. Security was very professional. Not a bad experience.

Ive worked at this facility for over 12 years. Its like any large retail work place. It has many good days, some bad days, it has drama within departments, but if you dont like drama, then you dont take it in. It is a great paying job for the Duncan area. It is like any other job you have, it is what you make it they are always looking for good people.

As long as you arent afraid to actually work its good pay and most people are friendly

Parking lot dirty. Employees have to work with no air conditioning when its extremely hot. Youd think with as many new stores as theyre opening they could afford to air condition and heat the distribution center.

I had an appt there at 0900 hrs, i showed up at 0745 and was unloaded by my appt time. Friendly staff and fast unload time.

Actually i was picking up chep pallets from ifco. Same property, different company. However, everything went well. Easy/Quick check in/check out. Under two hours to load me. Not bad 🙂

Drop and hook, in and out. One problem here they have the empty trailers, sitting so CLOSE you cant get to the landing gear. Thats a problem, if the trailer is too high and you need to lower the trailer, some to back under without jumping your kingpin... You guys definitely could do better in that department.

Arrived at 0815 on a Thurs morning for a 0900 delivery appt. Took a half hour to get to guard shack. Driver must have Delivery number, safety vest and mask. Took another half hour just to get back on the property, into the office to get dock assignment, then actually parked at dock. The process is not streamlined well at all, and OTR loads take second place to dedicated trucks. It seemed there were a lot of trucks arriving at once, so guard shack, staging area, office and docking areas were busy. It took an hour and a half to unload 18 pallets and do the counting before getting the phone call that paperwork was ready. Then back in to the office to retrieve paperwork. Exit process was quick. All the folks were polite and professional. Total time was about 3 hours. Can’t speak to lumper fees, my load was prepaid by broker/agent. Oh, and there is a long, empty street on the north side of the facility with a cul-de-sac turnaround at the end where trucks were parked waiting or spending the night. Hope this helps. 5-7-2020.

Fast unloading but lost my load locks

Any large Distribution Center that gives us a place to park overnight is a great outfit. I greatly appreciate them.

Sounds like its luck of the draw because the guards were relatively professional not rude but not overly friendly and I showed up 15 minutes till my appointment time but they told me I had to sit and staging area for 15 minutes then go park at exactly appointment time and go into receiving. They said that this normally only happens when they get backed up and sometimes you can show up an hour early but most time if youre earlier than that theres a higher chance that theyll turn you away.

When you are coming use 2nd st. Cherokee rd has no thru trucks sign.

Nice place to make delivery fast and easy

7:00 AM appointment.The guard asks to show up one hour prior appointment 6:00 am however the actual check in at the window won’t begin until 7:00 am (added a photo) usual distribution center.The overnight parking located on the back of the building 3/4 mile away from the check in with no restrooms.

For a distribution center its pretty dirty, guard was kinda rude. OTR trucks were backed up out to the street with one blocking the outbound lane and he was more worried about getting the two dedicated guys in first cause he knew them very well. Took almost 15 min just to get checked in.

Very very slow place. Takes hours to unload. Strict apt times and when you get here all down hill and definitely slow place.

Its a DC! Overpriced lumper fees for straight unload of pallets. We as drivers need to charge these people back for leaving unnecessary trash and debris in trailer

I had a 9am appt . Got there early 8 am and I was unloaded at 9:15 am . Lumper to unload . Shipping office and lumper very professional.

Complain because we were early. Made us wait until another guard told us to go park in the waiting area around back and get checked in with receiving was there a total of 2 hours.Best way to get here is the Duncan bypass which is Oklahoma 7 to 2nd street. And turn right. Dc is on the left. About 2 miles down the road. Side road you can park on over night.

First, its a distribution center!! Lol!!! Today was 2nd time here. 1st time was here about 3 hours and had a lumper fee($125 I think). This time no lumper fee and in n out under 2 hours. They ARE a bit slow at check in/out window. Other than that, less than typical for a distribution center. There are 2 different fuel stops within 2-5 miles of it.

Lady at the gate was curt and rude. She was more tired and concerned with leaving and being pissed that her replacement hadnt shown up than giving me proper directions around the plant.After getting checked in (the lady here was nice and very sweet), I had to drive around looking for my door only to see theres a damned trailer in it.After trying to flag the yard truck down twice I finally got his attention for him to ask me what I was doing.After getting my issue attended to it took mr 20 minutes with my bolt cutter to get the trailer unsealed... All while watching this same yard dog drive by very slowly, obviously staring at me, and laughing.Yeah. This place sucks.

The lumper fees here are outrageously HIGH. Run by the Capstone Crooks. Best have 500+ set aside for forced lumpers. Must be paying for the whole SW Oklahoma to eat steak dinners everynight at these rates.

Only thing I didnt like was the lady at the window was snotty, she will make you feel like youve got the IQ of a monkey, and if you ask her to repeat something she snaps at you like if you were a deaf retard. I understand they deal with alot of stuck up flip-flop wearing prick truck drivers from California but come on dont take it out on the next guy. If you dont have to pay for lumper service thats because your broker has prepaid. I hauled a load for XPO and it was prepaid so no lumper fee here.
