These guys that run this place are ridiculously over their heads. Their self checkout lanes are in constant disarray, some days they will ONLY take cash and others card and sometimes both.Their seasonal timing is off by 2 months. They will have a whole shelf of air conditioners in Jan-Feb when it is 40-50 degrees during the day and 15-25 at night and not a single heater in sight. Christmas stuff before October is halfway through.But hey they got toilet paper now!

The store is clean, generously stocked in all areas, and the employees are very helpful.To update your home, spray paint the vent covers with Rust-Oleum Matte Black Spray Paint. It is a great change.Of course, you will remove the vent covers to a safe area, on a newspaper covered surface, to spray paint them, while the walls are being repainted.

As long as the store isnt too crowded, I enjoy the experience. The products as well as the prices are reasonable.

The electronics manager for the phones is awesome! She had tats on her hand give this woman a raise .

Walmart is very well stocked, the produce is fresh, and the products are people and pet friendly.

The employees r very helpful.the store is clean. BUT they dont have avaried selection of fruits or vegetables they dont even no what a STARFRUIT. Is. And the spring garden is not very good.you would think with wallys money they could give is a good selection of plants and trees

Went in the morning. There is a Hugh difference in the staff friendliness and helpfulness than the other times. Later shifts no ones seems to know where things are or you cant find anyone to assist you. I will certainly be coming back early from now on everyone is friendly.

I usually have good service at this Walmart, but when checking out, I was told I would have to go back to lawn and garden to buy mulch. Since I was buying ten bags and had already checked out, I took my bags to my truck, drove over to lawn and garden, and asked to buy mulch. I had been told that they could check me out remotely. The associate told me I would have to go back through the store as the lawn and garden was exit only. It’s ridiculous to make customers go back through the store. What’s the point of remote check out? Improve your customer service.

Rude employees. I have no problem following the rules. I do however have an issue with unstated rules. No signs in line about the rules. Just another big business killing smaller businesses. I will try my hardest not to return. This place is where souls go to die.

Too many customers and not enough good employees

In general, I hate the whole Walmart experience. However, since they ran most of the competition out of my small community, I have few choices for immediate needs. My advice-order online from another, better company.

One of the cleanest Walmart stores Ive ever been in. Unfortunately Im tired of bring stopped at the exit every other time I shop here. Its bad enough to check yourself out with the attendant watching. Then to get asked for your reciept when your trying to leave.

Since the law went into effect on the booze, this store has made a dramatic change in their grocery section. Even months later still having a hard time finding things where I once was able to find one item now have to go on a search to find the item. And, have half the time when I do find an employee to ask, they dont seem that happy to help the customer. If the employee isnt happy where they are, they shouldnt be working where there are customers to assist with. I will continue with the 3 stars.

I will never go to this store the employee that was working this afternoon in pickup was rude hateful lady... i had my kids with me and she was still very vuaguler.. dont know her name and of course she had on a mask but it was about 2:00 or 230 this afternoon...

I love the employees at THIS WALMART more than any other I’ve ever been in. Sewing department ladies are awesome; always adequately staffed. Clean store. Overall pretty helpful employees and management out milling around and taking care of things that need to be taken care of. It’s a good store and not at all unpleasant to visit.

Me and my wife have health issues and we are forced to wear masks but i go in there to shop and majority of shoppers and workers arent wearing a mask unacceptable how do u have a rule in place when u wont even try to inforce it i am sickend by this all the other Wal-Marts inforce this rule

I went to Wal-Mart Supercenter today 07/07/20. I returned an item. She I wont name names, said my money would be on my mastercard within a couple of hours This same person at one time tried to keep a return with reciept. Im turning u in T. We will call you for now.I will turn u in to the police. Ur fake . You should be more careful about what you do to others. Ive reformed I love the Lord .Just make sure I quit doing this especially to the elderly.

Sad..🤪🤪love... Duncan Walmart but now they treat you like a criminal if you use the self checkout would not even use that junk system if you actually have some people running the registers come on the 1st through the 3rd .

You can always find what youre looking for. And if not one of their workers are always happy to show you where things youre looking for.

My sister and I could not get over how clean this Wal-Mart was. All shelves and the products on them perfectly placed. My compliments to the manager.

This Walmart is pretty tidy and the staff is very helpful. Ive been to several in small towns and the one here takes the cake. They care about the appearance of the staff and the store. None of the employees have a problem with answering questions or helping you find things either. One of the better ones around.

Its a good place to shop but unsatisfied with communication between staff and me about some things I bought. The manager hung up on me while speaking to her and everyone that I spoke to about what happened was rude, disrespectful and wouldnt let me tell them anything without them interrupting me or my mother in law..... It was a simple question as to why they charged me differently for three items I bought six of....

Pretty good Walmart. But I wish they sold “My/Mo Mochi Ice Cream.” 😔Everytime I went there I never saw it. But I would see it in the Chickasha Walmart. I haven’t gone to the Walmart in awhile though. I don’t go out much tbh because of reasons. But if they do start putting that ice cream in stock. I’ll be sure to go over there immediately for it. But other than that, it’s a great Walmart!

Convenient, fast, and I found everything I needed and the employees were nice, and helpful.

Nice people, very helpful, also with my illness I have to use one of the scooters then the cashier helped me with putting my stuff in the basket and had another associate come out and put my bags in my car, they are very accommodating, then everyone thanked me and wished me well, I always shop there for numerous idems and if they dont have what I want they always ask if I want them to get it for me. Its always clean and I have never had a bad experience there, and the hot items and deli food is great

The management is a joke and not helpful at all, went through about 5 different ones in one day to get a couple issues resolved, still not happy with the results. And the tire center cant do anything. Had to break my lugnuts loose for them cause it was too tight. Guess it took them about 4 hours to figure out they couldnt break them loose. And they crossthreaded the oil drain plug in my wifes car. Guess it definitely doesnt pay to be lazy. Ill most likely be going to chickasha walmart if I have to go to a walmart and avoiding Duncan.

Personally, I absolutely HATE going here, but not because its a bad store... Its because my wife takes 4 hours to get her shopping done EVERY time we go here! Lol.. Great store if youre not stuck in there all day.. they have everything you could possibly need and at good prices.. only complaint is that they need to turn the air conditioner up a little, because youll find yourself getting kind of sweaty after walking around in there for a bit.

Im fine shopping at Walmart. And once I learn where everything is again..I will give it 5 stars. The employees are always helpful and friendly, and most of the shoppers are too.

The store itself was nice and organized. Not enough cashiers, lines are long. They offer self checkout, but they dont pay me to work a register. Im a customer not an employee.

I havent been able to find several things in store lately. Seems your store has gotten rid of many things. I also feel so sorry for your employees in the Duncan store, it is way to HOT in there to shop, much less Work. I would rather go to Homeland or drive to Lawtons Walmart to get my groceries their store is much cooler.

Went to tire center, was told it would take 1 hour. Okay I went for that and waited over a hour and a half and the car wasnt even in store yet. Dont go by what time they tell you, because you will be lied to.

Overall a good place to shop. The scan as you shop option is a little tedious but Im sure will improve as I use more. I applaud them for trying new technology. The staff is always helpful. Have noticed a lot less stock on shelves in last few months. Often out of items several weeks in a row when I go shopping. Perhaps due to online shopping option now?

I totally dont seem too like shopping at this store because there is a lack of knowledge from employees for one . The store runs out of products and doesnt even carry very many products that people really need .The store does carry alot of products its just cheesey and the employees and incoherent at times . Its a supercenter and dont carry the products I need that most super centers have . The store is also very dirty parking lots in the store and bathrooms are always dirty thats crazy and disgusting. I will not shop at Walmart every again . THE products are always damaged or defects .

I am sick of them trying to turn our store into what people in New York and Houston Texas wants. We are a small town and we expect small town service. We want checkers at registers and we dont want all these self checkouts. We expect service from a friendly face. We have spent hours looking for what we needed and is it to much to ask for Walmart to have people at registers to check us out and sack our groceries and items. The other day there was over 10 people with loaded buggies in the line for the register that was checking us out. We all refused the self checkouts and we are going to start going to homeland grocerie if Walmart doesnt get checkers on registers and get rid of some more self checkouts.

This supercenter has improved slightly in the past couple of years, but is still behind others in the surrounding counties. They are regularly short on stock, and have just flat stopped carrying items that I bought regularly and now have to shop the Lawton store to get. Youd think with the data they have from Savings Catcher, they could see when people shop outside their home town, and what they are looking for.

Good clean store. Set up well! The dog food is actually near the grocery section!

Walmart is about the only place we have to shop at. Its not my favorite store but unless you want to drive 30 miles, you dont have a choice. Their groceries arent bad. I use to buy all my Purina Naturals there but they havent had any on the shelf for months now. I went there this day because I needed Boris acid and the internet said they carried it. I couldnt find it and everybody I talked to didnt know anything about it.

I think its really sad that the store has taken away so many sugar-free items, I dont guess you realize theres more diabetics out there that cant eat sugary Foods. For example we all like a good cold popsicle in the summertime let the only ones that you have are so expensive that people cant afford to buy them. Ive noticed this in many sections that the sugar free items keep being removed Jello is one of them cookies ect....

It was actually quite fun. Ive got to say that the employees that I encountered at this Wal Mart seem to be very down to earth and just good hearted. I appreciated that the ahleves and end caps were all stocked well the store seemed to be up to par and well taken care of. The managers and employees are doing a excellent job

Typical Walmart. I think this one is cleaner than a most especially those in the larger cities. However the customer service is terrible most of the time. Only 2 checkers on duty with the only one supervisor working (or visible). Our checker had a coupon that required approval. He resorts to yelling at her. Still nothing she just keeps working on a bicycle while the line backs up to 7 deep. Finally another associate yells at her. Finally she drops what she is doing and comes over to do the approval. Just another typical evening at Walmart. HIRE MORE CHECKERS OR ASSOCIATES OR WHATEVER YOU CALL THEM!

Tana is such an awesome employee! I was completely lost on finding a sauce and showed me where it was at and was so nice to grab it off the top shelf! And she helped me clean up a mess I had found with one of the bags

Had everything we needed and the workers were nice. The only reason I only have 4 stars is because of the long lines. Only had 3 registers open at 7 pm other then the selfcheck. A lot of us would like to actually have someone to help us. Especially the older costumers or the ones.

The way they have newly arranged the store doesnt make sense. I had to do too many steps to find things in the store. I am partially disabled so it made it very difficult. I do believe this store being the only one for 30 miles should have where we can order online and we can pick up at the store there are a lot of retirees in Duncan Oklahoma and it would benefit a lot of them I know it would me. I live in a Senior Apartment building, a lot of us would benefit from it. Please take that in consideration.I only gave it a 3 star because of the difficulty in location goods in the new layout.

I love shopping at Wal mart.There was an employee who stopped working to help because I am handicapped. GREAT PEOPLE AND GREAT SERVICE. MY BANK IS THERE SO THAT MAKES IT EVEN BETTER.

First thing you notice as you step into the store is the massive amounts of clothes, (over 1/3), of the store. Depending on which side you enter, youre either going to be in household goods or lawn and garden. (About another 1/3). Then you might find electronics, sports, office, crafts, pet supplies, toys etc. (less than one third). And now what you guys really wanted is buried in the far back corner, automotive accessories, tools. ( LESS THAN 1/6) of the store. And my wife wants to know why I never like to go there!!

Cleanest Wal-Mart Ive EVER been to. staff VERY helpful & VERY courteous. I dont know if I went on a good day when everyone had received a raise or maybe they are just happy people in general, but all I came in contact with were smiling. Wonderful experience.

Walmarts are always useful and accessible. This one is more organized then some I have seen as well as clean. The staff seems friendly enough, but most are just there to do their job. The selection is not as broad as I have seen in larger cities but overall and in general walmart is always there if you need just about anything.

Was not good the new walmart app went to self checkouts wouldnt let me us it and the person there to help you shouldnt called a manager over it took 15min. And she Couldnt help me if they going to change thing they need to teach there checkers manager how to help the customer with it

It was good until arrived at cashier she was very nice. The conveyor belt had something sticky all over it. She tried to get help. I ended up cleaning it. Told a Supervisor name Victoria and she proceeded to tell at me that they couldnt do anything while we were in the way. The cashier was embarrassed and finally a older man told Victoria to go away! I will be calling corporate. I work in retail and I cant imagine acting this way.

The Duncan Walmart Supercenter has outstanding and friendly staff. Sometimes they seem to have a lot of inventory issues. But the store is clean and mostly well-stocked.March 19, 2019 This Walmart currently seems to have a significant problem with stocking. They have lots of empty shelves and are missing variety in almost every catagory. Hope they fix this soon.

Employees are not friendly nor are they helpful.there isnt ever a soul that can tell you where any single item is located. Like seriously people who stocks your shelves. Dont get me started on their so called dysfunctional management team.

If youre getting your oil changed at Wal-Mart, dont drive away without making sure they actually put oil in it. As many times as Ive heard them do it, youd think I would have checked. Had a 5 minute conversation with one of the guys about which oil to put back in there and find out Im bone dry the next day. Unbelievable.

Its very busy and people are rude. But the cashier was nice and thats the important part so I guess its fine.I never have any problems at Walmart.

It was hard to find what i needed and there was no-one to help with anything. Bottled water was up high and out of reach and i had to find a stick and struggle to get it down myself (a 12 pk). They did have nice new shopping carts with drink & phone holders which i havent seen anywhere else and the person working the self-checkout area was friendly..

Pace through store has slowed with introduction of scan-your-own-groceries-as-you-go, because customers are stopped in aisle scanning and bagging, impeding others progress. Was also stopped and asked to view my receipt as I left. There is no way this view was enough to compare contents of my cart with what was in my receipt, but it was enough to slow me down and frustrate and annoy me.

Im paying W-M to check my groceries and keep the shelves stocked. I bought 18 items Friday afternoon. 5 items I bought this time because they werent on the shelves last time. 3 items were substitutes for brands or sizes. I didnt buy another item because it wasnt there and no suitable substitutes. Then I had to check myself out because there was only 3 checkers and they had customers standing 3 deep. The new W-M is awful. Give me a discount and Ill check myself out. Otherwise give the checkers back there jobs or put them to work stocking shelves. Wish there was some place else to go.

People were as friendly as they could be at 4 am. Easy to find what i needed and checked out fast (most likely due to nobody being at walmart at 4 am...)

The app/online deal always says there are products in stock but when I get to the store either they are moved or they dont have it at all. Shopping trips are hard enough with a disability. Oh and there are never enough handicaps spots I have to drive around for 20 minutes waiting for one to open. Its becoming a bigger hassle every visit. Maybe Amazon will get on board with a local grocery store so my stuff can be delivered soon.

They have people who will scan your items in your buggy, and you can pay with card or Walmart pay. Made it alot easier to get through the madness
