The store was clean, stocked, & the staff very friendly. It is my favorite of all the stores, good variety, clean & organized, & I like that.

Extremely messy, shelves not stocked completely as they should.. Even some barren.. Merchandise on the floor most likely left by customers still not picked up by worker.. Overall very disorganized..Staff very helpful and polite as always, but the store left little to be desired..

This store is always so organized and neat when I go in. They always have everything I need as well. The customer service is great as well. Definitely will shop here more often.

I wished the store were cleaner. But it does have a lot of things that I need and they are ready to find. And the staff are polite.

They never have what you need in stock. If it is there you cant find it because it is still on the U-boat. They need to practice door to shelf. If it isnt on the shelf it will not sell.

This is a good place to pick up something quick and you dont have to fight the crowds.

Aisles are so crammed with product that hasn’t been put on the shelves. So crammed that it’s hard to walk through without tripping and falling.

Could be cleaner but has great customer service.

Ill be honest, from the first time I seen a dollar store in the middle of No Where,( U.S HWY 81 & Terry Rd.)so it had my curiosity since then, but the service seems to try to help youins as much as possible !! There always openingly joyful and genuine !! Dont just take my text as absolute,go on over and see for youinsself, I know youins wont regret !!!

Great place to save a lil money

Considering the other GD in Duncan its one of the better ones.

The Dollar store on South 9th in Duncan always looks dirty & cluttered. They take no pride in keeping their store clean. Its been this way for a long time.

The store is in horrible shape. They have so many Shelves that have no products on them and the ones that do it’s just thrown up there with no organization. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a store in such bad shape. But one good think is the gentleman that checked me out was very nice and checked me out quickly. So that’s a plus! I just think they need some help with merchandising.

Theirs 3 dollar general stores in duncan I went to all 3 within 2 hours none of the 3 had what I was looking for which is a dollar general brand so their the only place that sells it. And all 3 stores had lines at the check out halfway thru the store waiting to check out several people walked in saw the line and walked out

They are awesome there and very helpful to me.I only go out at night when one lady and one guy is Nice to us here in Duncan.

They put stuff in the papers then they sell out first day papers come out

They are always understaffed. Not their fault but they are very friendly

Friendly staff, can find my purchases quickly, usually have what Im looking for, in and out no long Waits

Clean & better organized

Feel kinda sorry for the people that work there. There are boxes everywhere and they are expected to put them all up and wait on customers at the same time. They really need a full time stocker

If youre in a hurry you might want to try elsewhere as there are never more than one cashier. If youre lucky to get an extra cashier, the rude customers will jump in front of you no mattee how long youve waited. It is the cleanest dollar store in town & usually well stocked.

Tried to return an item that I purchased from another location. The guy told me that they couldn’t do it because I didn’t buy it at that specific dollar general location. Took it to the one in Elk Plaza, they returned it for me, and even gave me cash. Asked why they would say the other store couldn’t do it and said they probably didn’t want to deal with my return. Huge inconvenience. Always a long line, usually out of what I need, and aisles are messy.

As always the Dollar store prides itself at offering a wide selection of just about everything.for around the house at a really affordable price .. throw in a couple of pleasant and knowledgable employees and youins really do have a real time hero in those times of need !!!

Store #00294. Im visiting Duncan Oklahoma for Thanksgiving. This store is 2 blocks from my in-laws home. I have shopped there many times in each visit.I went into store this am. I was totally shocked at the condition it is in. The shelves were very empty. The floor is just nasty with trash!!! I have pics of all this. It appeared they had stock to put out. The female employee running the register, after being spoke to by a male employee, made the statement that she didnt care if the store got stocked or not. She appeared to be very frustrated, when the male went out the door.I am DG employee. I would be ashamed to say that in this neighbohood.

Why put signs on doors requiring face mask when the employees dont wear or enforce them

Great except for theyre Always out of Sprite Zero (12 pk cans). Weve got 3 DGs here in Duncan & I check all three each week but rarely find sprite zeros. When DG has them on sale for 3/$10.00 its even crazier. Overall things were great. Thank you,Teresa Bond

I love the products that the Dollar General carries. I prefer them over other dollar stores. The reason for the poor rating is because the stores, all 3, that we have in my location are filthy all the time. Theyre not organized, the aisles are full of unopened inventory to be stocked. Other aisles are in disarray, clothing in the floor, dirty shelving. And - the employees are either outside smoking by the front door or theyre on the phone complaining about their jobs as theyre checking out customers. Its truly saddening that customer service & employee pride are not what comes to mind when I hear the words Dollar General.

Just depends on the day how good the service is and how quick i am out of there

Some of the staff are slow/unhelpful & rude. the service sucks no matter who is giving it and they are so slow, the layout of the store is not functional and its always a mess and you cant get down isles. The only Dollar Gen in the county thats worth going to is in Comanche.

Friendly cashiers but they need help in the store. For as short staff as they are they are always friendly.

Sorry but I will not shop at that dollar store again its a waste of time, they never have anything I go in for, they need to stock their shelves, hire some good help. Plus it smelled like marijuana in the store.

Dollar general is a store that l treat as a qwik stop. I do get most of my can goods there, they are less cost than Walmart, and water also. DG is sort of like a Walmart on a very small scale,but limited in choices.It is only three blocks from me, and staff is nice.

Staff are friendly but I felt like some things were disorganized on the shelves. In my example, I picked up things from the clearance section and they had been placed in the wrong section, even though there were several of the same thing.
