Verizon Duncan has excellent customer service. The associates are happy to help and always greet you kindly. My salesperson was Shane B and the process of getting a new phone was quick and easy and when the phone I planned on getting was out of stock he quickly located one in Chickasha which I appreciated. Great service.
Worst company to get your bill correct. I sat in there for over 45 minutes waiting while the rep was on hold for customer service. Why cant we go in and get help from the reps that are there. We have to have a PIN number, it has to be done online, horrible. That is why we dropped Verizon and went to another carrier. And we still cant get our bill straight.

Salesperson was condescending, pretentious and insulting.My wife bought a phone (after only showing 2 phones to choose from) then telling us, I cant let you leave without a case for this phone.Really? Why?He essentially bullied us to buy a case for the phone.Will be relaying my experience to your head corp. office......

Verizon out dates phones so you have to buy a new phone every 2 years, what a joke, straight talk is sounding pretty good

My phone which was less than a year old crashed during a regularly scheduled update. I have phone insurance. I went into the store the next day. Apparently I got a brand new person who wasnt well trained enough to be helping customers alone. He told me he could get me a new phone that day from the store, which was great but it would be 50.00 more a month or I could use my insurance which would only pay for a refurbished galaxy7 when I had a galaxy 9. He said it was that choice or nothing. I got the new phone as he suggested. This was wrong. So, I got charged for purchasing a new phone while they kept charging me for the broken phone and added a line to my plan which costs to do as well as the new phone charge. I got slammed with hundreds of dollars of bills that I shouldnt have had to pay. So they admitted this was wrong a month later and at my inconvenience again, I would have to bring my new phone from the store in and they would mail me the replacement at which time I would mail back the crashed phone like I should have in the first place because I had insurance. The phone was to arrive 4/18, as told to me by a store representative. No later than 4/18 he said and shipping fedex. I had to take the functional phone in and be without a phone for them to fix my bill. The new phone never arrived. I went into the store to find out the tracking. They showed it would arrive 4/19, today. I asked why I was assured it would be yesterday and was met with a hostile attitude and that they dont control the shipping company. But they do control what they tell customers and they did have a way to verify this with the shipping code YESTERDAY. I rearranged my schedule to be home yesterday to wait on the phone so it wasnt potentially taken from my porch when it arrived. Turns out the tracking information was for UPS. This guys didnt even know how it was being shipped! After multiple instances of lies, and incompetence I do NOT trust that this company will fix my bill as they stated and I sure wont leave it up to them. If I ever get my phone Ill call and handle this with a customer service representative who hopefully can get this taken care of. I do not recommend this store and would not trust what they say. If you have to use this store I would verify with and outside Verizon source like their customer service number. In the future Ill drive to Lawton.
They were ok
The sales tactics are extremely annoying! They will try to throw a $100 case on you every time you walk through the door and when you decline the entire staff makes a big damn deal about it! Its not that we dont want a case. Its because we dont want to be ripped off by the price of it! And no, we dont want to add a tablet either!

Out of the 10 years of having cell service with a coule different companys this had to be the worst customer service I have ever had, told me that since I bought the phone from Best Buy I needed to go back to them for support asked several question and all they could say was since i didnt buy from them they couldnt help me....Im sorry I thought I was a Verizon customer.
