I was ready to purchase a phone for an early upgrade and the guy waiting on me said they just got notice that there is going to be a sale on the galaxy phones on this certain date. So he saved me money and I really appreciated it. And I will be back on that date

Have phone trouble you have to get a new number then they dont even cancel out the old phone then you get charged double for the old phone and the new phone then takes 9 to 10 business days to get your money back have to drive an hour just to go get help with the phone

Called to ask details about their phones and plans. I had applied months ago and she asked for my name, this was a hard pull on credit AFTER i told her i did not want my credit pulled. She was remorseless and made excuses but it is a CREDIT PULL when they ask for that, even when they tell you its not. After I complained to the CFPB they were unable to fix it. I would avoid this place if you have decent credit.

Product prices are all based on plans,prepay has very few phones.Waiting in line ridiculous time frames EVERY time I go to this location,they really are slow.
