The plans are affordible and the cell service is alright, but the customer service is terrible and that goes for the entire company not just this one location.
I found the clerk not to be very helpful at all I went to pay my bill and add my girlfriend on to my account and I wanted to pay my bill even but she wouldnt let me because I was like I dont know 5 days early so she didnt want to mess with it the whole time we were there she was on the phone with other people it just felt like I got put off too much but as far as Boost Mobile the service I like it
