They are in fact rip off artists. I made plans before I drove 7 hours from Florida to get the car I wanted. They wanted too much and we agreed to a lower price before I made the long trip up there. I even went to my bank to get the cash for the price we agreed on. I even had screenshots from them last year when they had the car listed at a lower and more fair price. After I made the 500 mile trip up there they lied and said we will not come down to the agreed price you have to pay the amount we want. Even though I had the texts messages to prove it from the owner they would not come down to the price they promised me. According to all these reviews they have done all these type of things before so my recommendation would be if you are going to buy a car from them make sure this is the car that you want and I would not recommend financing from them because they really do seem dishonest. If you want a car they are selling make sure its worth the trouble for you because anything can happen. I got a good car from them but thats because I did my research and made sure that this was the car I wanted. I knew their reviews were bad but to me the car was worth the risk and glad I paid cash even though they lied about the price. They also lost the key when I inquired about the car last year and they had to go to a locksmith or dealer to get a key made because there is damage to the ignition switch. I recommend if you buy a car from this place you do the same as I did. If you absolutely have to have the car pay cash and dont expect them to be honest and make sure the car is worth the trouble you will go through with these people because they are not honest. They have 2 locations william D Auto Sales and Duluth autos. Both with similar reviews. I will not be buying from them again but I am happy with the car.

I am a college student it’s very hard for me to save so I decided to finance a car with the money I had in my pocket. I went and Nancy helped me out . They even worked with me. And my payments . From the day I bought my car (last year ) to now they made me feel important if I have issues with payments they work with me as long as I call in advance and explain my issue (usually isn’t a problem) and the car I bought is nice runs really well Acura 2007 . My car will be paid off by the end of the year . Definitely will be referring people to purchase with them thank you Danielle also

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. They sold an employee of mine a vehicle and within 1 week all check engine lights came on. The breaks do not feel safe, the vehicle is shaking really bad. They knowingly sold my employee a vehicle that they shouldnt have sold. I am going to report to Better business authority. They are not willing to return the vehicle or do an exchange. I think the fraudulently messed with the emissions so they can sell the vehicle. I will get with Clean air force. AGAIN, DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE.

Hung up on me after I demanded tags. They kept giving me a date and postponing. Come to find out over a month after buying that they haven’t even processed paperwork for it and needed more documentation.

The sold a car and said they was going to fix it the next week then decided not to and come to find out the cops said this ain’t the first time they did it
