I had been looking around for a car for months when my grandparents came across Anderson Motors. I had never purchased my own car before and they were completely understanding and helpful of working with me to find the car that I wanted. I ended up buying a 2003 Toyota RAV4 and have been ecstatic about it since the day I drove it off the lot. They made sure that I left with full fluids and ensured that the vehicle had been in the best possible condition before purchasing the car. My car had really low mileage when I bought it and only one previous owner. From what I briefly saw from the rest of the lot, Anderson Motors had beautiful cars that were in great condition. They are more than worth looking into if you are looking to buy a new car!

Worst experience I have ran into trying to pursue a dealership while buying a vehicle. Looked around the lot for a good 30 to 45 minutes. Had 3 vehicles in mind to test drive. Was told to come back in a hr so they could finish plowing the snow in their lot. Totally okay with that. Left and came back in that hr time frame to only be told that we could not test drive any vehicles. Their reason for not being able to test drive any vehicles was that it was snowing and they dont want to get the vehicles dirty. So you mean to tell me I cant test drive a awd/ 4x4 vehicle due to snow on the roads. Was very disappointed I really had my eyes on a dodge ram 5.7 liter hemi and would have drove it off the lot that same day with cash in their hand. Obviously they didnt want to make money. Took my business elsewhere and wasnt denied one time to test drive.

I bought a 2004 Volvo s60 with 77,500 miles on it. I absolutely love it and it looks almost brand new. Jorn was very helpful and he showed me the car fax right after my test drive before I could even ask. I found the car on his website and fell in love with it. The website is very well laid out with all the information on the car organized and in the same place. This was my first car buying experience so I have nothing to compare it to but from what I have heard from other people I would not have gotten the same wonderful experience at any other dealership in Duluth. He gave me some pointers on what sometimes goes wrong with Volvos and the cost of parts which was much appreciated since I dont have much experience with Volvo. It was a very low pressure test drive. I bought the car the day after my test drive and its the perfect car for me! The price was over my initial budget but I think it was worth it for the high quality and reliability of the vehicle. Jorn said I could call him if there was any trouble with the vehicle which was really nice and Im sure most dealerships would not offer that.Overall this was a wonderful experience and I am very pleased with my car. I have recommended this dealership to everyone I talk to about my new (to me) car.

Im a real customer that hates car buying and especially dealerships. I block dealerships if Im scanning Craigslist. I didnt block dealers this last search, saw a vehicle I was very interested in, and decided to swing in and see it. The owner wasnt the normal fake smiley What can I sell you today... He talked to me from a car guys level, and a mechanics level about things I wanted to know about the vehicle, and things I didnt want to know about the vehicle, things I needed to consider, like why it might not keep me happy after the sale. The cons for me said it wasnt for me. I ended up back there on a Sunday wandering (I really really hate dealerships and sales people), and spotted my car. Its very obvious he buys the cars he wants to offer his customers. He talked about why he picked this car, went through it all with me, made sure this one was what I wanted. Very satisfied.
