Very helpful staff, a wide variety of smells to chose from, theres a scent for every type of person! Only downside is that the smell in the store is STRONG and gives me a headache sometimes, but wearing a mask does help.

This place had so much stuff! Any other Bath and Body Works location Ive been to have had so many empty shelves! This place was so nice!

Date of Visit: 10/29/2020 - Probably one of the best Bath & Body Works locations I have visited. The staff was very friendly, kind, helpful, and COVID-conscious.

I used to love this bath and body works and would go here all the time! It wasn’t until recently that I’ve been totally turned away from it. The store manager, Kevin, was nothing but rude to me the last time I was in the store. I’m not sure how he runs this place, but I certainly won’t be back.Thankfully local stores like Mix Cosmetques are here to take care of me for my soap needs.

Kevin always has a great big smile on his face and his staff is amazing!!

Love this place. So many scents to choose from. So many different types of products to choose from too. Travel sizes, lotions, soaps, candles, lip balms, etc... the list goes on and on. Youre sure to find many scents that you will fall in love with. They always have great deals going on too!

I dont do a lot of shopping here....was trailing my wife, but this is a well trained staff. Store was neat, well decorated, staff greeted us warmly, asked what was on our shopping list, and were very nice and helpful.

10/10 will always recommend, the management and staff there are AMAZING

Dont get me wrong, I love bath and body, but the people who work at this particular store have driven me away from ever coming back. I was in the store for 5 minutes today. 5 minutes. And within these 5 minutes I was asked 8 times if I wanted a basket by the SAME two workers. Each time, I nicely said no thank you and tried to keep shopping, but I was interrupted every 30 seconds with the same question. After 8 times of denying a basket a worker literally shoved one into my stomach. I backed up and told her nicely i did not want one. The girl looked at me and asked Are you sure? And when I said yes she rolled her eyes and scoffed at me. At that point I wanted to set down the one thing I was trying to buy and walk out of the store. This is not the first time employees at this store have been rude and EXTREMELY PUSHY toward me. Theres a difference between being helpful and being pushy. Never again.

We needed to sanitize our hands to enter. Only 30 in the store at one time. Staff was very kind

I love the variety of scents they have here for not only perfumes but also lotions and candels! They also have great deals sometimes.

I adore this store!The candles are some if the best you can find. The antibacterial soaps are always a must have. The scent portables are always in my bag. Im not a Wall Flower fan, but as a previous user, they are quite consistent when fragrancing a room.I cant review the soaps and lotions, because Im delicate and only use products my dermatologist recommends. However ladies, they are a great way to layer that fragrance, to get amazing results. When I worked there I would sell you like this.1. Use the body wash in the shower.2. Apply body lotion (best results, apply before your skin completely dries. You wont get much moisture if you dry completely)3. Fragrance. I recommend the EDT, if they have it in that scent. (Best results, DO NOT rub the EDT once asked to the skin. Why? Rubbing an EDT vs. an EDP, will kill the base and top notes. This will make the scent disappear quicker.)4. Fragrance Spray. Use this to refresh throughout the day, to make sure you smell just as lovely.Now youre ready for your day, and everyone will be jelly that you smell soooooooo great.

ALOT glass lotions we got bath oils hit SAS spent Benji easy on plus I REG. Got dozen wildflowers. Bonus was ten mins notice awful smell of reached in hand swells, Im with S. O. & get recipet so outside bath body ready go in Happy make quick sale closing, said no rush one says before entering, Im like we have returns your bagging leaking oils proruduct all over sure going be exchanges returns and better packing Im rash on hand recepit covered oil from early. My wifes sad close SORRY I MISSPOKE CLOSING NOW, EARLIER BECAUSE THE HAD BREACH OTHER DAY SOMEONE TRY STEAL MY FUDGE.
