I brought my C7 Corvette Z06 here for some body work.The only reason this is still a 4-star is because Kwan offered a massive 50% discount for my dissatisfaction. A Good body shop does the job right, but an even better body shop knows when they did something wrong!My Carbon Fiber Diffuser was coming loose from the rear bumper that had a crack where a bolt was supposed to go. I was told they would use Silicone Gel to fil in the crack so the bolts can secure tightly back in.Instead...They ended up drilling 5 holes into my AUTHENTIC CARBON FIBER DIFFUSER WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. When I asked why I had two empty holes in my Diffuser, he filled them up with studs, which was nice. However, he then proceeded to drill 2 more holes in front of my eyes, again without my permission.Extremely poor miscommunication. My one piece diffuser assembly will someday crack due to all these extra holes, which means a $1500 replacement. I wouldve just paid to get a new bumper and have it repainted if Id known my OEM fitting (Its not a cheap Aftermarket diffuser fin for anyone reading, this is an entire OEM replacement) Carbon Fiber Diffuser wouldve been destroyed...I was livid to see my expensive Carbon treated with such brute force. One of the brackets isnt even in line with the other 4, making it look very unprofessional.Mistakes are part of life and at the very least, this means my diffuser shouldnt come loose from my rear bumper for some time...Just how did a Fiberglass Bumper Silicone gel fill become a Carbon Fiber Diffuser Drill? I communicated properly and was also told by the owner what the plan was. but somewhere along the way, something entirely different was done.

Kwan assessed my damage in 10 minutes and 5 minutes later had a reasonable estimate.3 days later he had my parts.He ran into some unseen trouble with the damage but refused to charge me extra.The work was perfect.Clean, fast, and no drama.I highly recommend this place.Yknow, you gotta love a place that so clean and organized that you could eat off the floor. I joke...but you almost could.The rear end was trashed, now look at it! Good as new.

Screws up work

Stumbled upon NWA just by luck (when I was actually looking for a nearby upholstery repair shop). Spoke with the owner about possible, future bumper repairs for my wifes car. Got a VERY fair estimate. Fast forward 4-5 weeks. They did a FANTASTIC job for the agreed upon price. There was no attempt at up-selling. They didnt try to renegotiate. It was just solid work for a very reasonable price. They also did some work on my Jeep (and even added tow-hooks!). After being let down my so many auto-body/repair shops over the years... I am a very skeptical consumer. Nevertheless, Kwan and his team proved themselves to be rock-stars! I cannot recommend them any higher that 5-stars. But I wish I could.Thanks, guys!
